So recently the affiliate pages are changed and now I can't directly access the commission page anymore. My country is restricted to play but I still got some referrals playing here. Before I could still access the page to see if there was any commission available and then use a VPN to withdraw it. Could there be created something like a seperate affiliate pages without those restriction message?
Very curious case because you are right if you aren't allowed to play because of country restrictions then you should be able to withdraw as you did before. Maybe sending them an email is the best option or if available for you, contact the live support and they will link you to the new page, I am sure during these transitions links are slightly changed and it won't be a big problem for them.
By the way I see bitsler starting to bring some sports promotions like recently they announced NBA 16+ lead early payout. I think the issue with the restricted nation is if they joined after it got restricted or before it was restricted. If they joined after, that means they knew what they were getting into and that means they should be losing their money and not getting it back and Bitsler should hold that money, not spend it, no earn from it, just hold it on a cold storage because maybe governments who restrict it may want that back eventually.
So long story short I would definitely support Bitsler from keeping money from people who joined after it was declared restricted. However if they announce a new nation that is restricted and there were people there before it was announced, then they should definitely have that chance to remove their money easily without any problem, that sounds like a possible and definitely suggested method to go with if you ask me.
