Hello hakan1987,
Which license company are you referring to? Have a similar issue with Sportsbet.io.

I highly doubt you’ll get any response from this account you tagged because it’s been more than a year since they last logged into the account it’s possible that they ditched the account after successfully getting their issue resolved.

I’ll suggest you go back to your thread and wait for the response of sportbet’s representative before you can proceed with other means to resolve the issue

Though it's taken time, it's good to see the problem has been solved. So far, I know when an allegation raises, sportbets try to solve it if it's solveable. Because I have dealt with two cases, both were solved, though one has proven to be the wrong allegation. Another was paid fully and resolved. Since the allegation solved, OP should mark it solved and lock the thread.

Yes, I'm an asshole
As this thread proven to be a place for an out of topic discussion since OP's case is resolved and the necromancer who brought this thread back to live should create his own thread instead of raising this one... and the whole discussion that followed it, I'll ask mods to lock this thread.

It’s surprising to still see my comments from over a year ago, especially since the dispute was resolved long ago.Being able to withdraw the full bonus is an encouragement for players who are considering whether to use Sportsbet. I hadn’t mentioned Sportsbet much before, but I was aware of them from early on, probably a few months after their launch, certainly not any later. When Sportsbet first launched, they mimicked William Hill’s platform, with a sports betting interface that was identical. My friends even asked if there was any connection with William Hill, and their customer service replied that they were a subsidiary or partner of William Hill. There are several platforms that mimic William Hill, and Sportsbet is the fourth one I’ve come across. I haven’t registered on their platform until now because, when I was about to register, I heard rumors that they had started refusing to pay out players, which is why I have avoided using them. Initially, Sportsbet had a very high reputation and was highly recommended by nearly everyone. However, as their fame grew, there were rumors that they were not paying out to players. Many platforms start with a great reputation but deteriorate over time. Sportsbet is no exception; it is no longer suitable for players who can confidently win over 55% of the time and now primarily benefits players who bring profit to the platform. Sportsbet also has a private agent account model that appears identical in terms of sports betting, but I’m unsure if the actual experience is the same since I haven’t tried it. Overall, their logo and design are well done. If I’ve made any errors in my statements, please correct me as I might be mistaken.

But I don’t recommend Sportsbet
Sportsbet isn’t a subsidiary of Will Hill although a lot of ex Will Hill employees are at Sportsbet. Tim Health is a cofounder of Yolo. He brought over Joe McCallum and others from Will Hill.

Unfortunately all the crypto books now limit and ban winners. The biggest problem with Sportsbet are their lines. The margins are huge in some markets and are unplayable.

You should create your own thread for your issue since this case was already resolved and not related to you. You already have narrative to your case so just copy paste it or make it shorter when you create thread.

Sportsbet license is from Curacao which you can find on this link

Old message (outdated and no longer applicable):

I have the exact same issue.  Cry Could someone provide me with the contact details for the Sportsbet.io licensing company so that I can report this matter to them as well?  Huh I just received a similar email from them accusing me of having multiple accounts, even though I created my only account just five days ago.
I will update my review and make it positive once this issue is resolved.

Here is the more detailed of my situation. Sorry about my english:

I was looking for a competitor to Stake and recently found Sportsbet.io for sports betting. I verified my account immediately. Initially, I lost my deposit, but today has been a winning streak. I increased my €600 test deposit from Kraken cryptocurrency site to around €1400 in Bitcoin.

I made a withdrawal for the amount and received emails stating that the withdrawal had been processed. However, Sportsbet.io informed me that I needed to contact their safety team and that the withdrawal amount had been returned to my gaming account.

I got in touch with them, and their response looked like an automated message saying I needed to verify my account with their partner. I am familiar with this kind of verification, so I completed it right away. Now I am waiting for a response. I would have preferred a smoother withdrawal process.

Hopefully, the withdrawal will go through once customer service replies to me. That email seems automated because I didn’t send them any documents in the email. However, I had previously sent my passport through their website.

I am familiar with verifying my identity and financial status. However, I was surprised by this request, as I had already completed the identity verification process on their website and received confirmation via email. Similarly, I initially received emails confirming that my withdrawal request had been successfully processed (first post images).

To resolve the issue, I attempted to contact support by typing "I want to speak to a human" into the chat, which allowed me to talk to a representative. The chat representative informed me that the matter could only be handled by the Sportsbet.io security team by using email. Simultaneously, my Sportsbet.io account was logged out, and when I logged back in, the chat option was no longer available on the website. It seems my chat access was disabled.

Shortly afterward, I received an email from the Sportsbet.io security team, which stated:
"Hello Internaut,

Thank you for completing our online identity verification.

Please note that your account was disabled due to being flagged for multi-accounting by our security systems. As this is strictly forbidden by our terms and conditions (namely terms 3.5 and 3.6) we would like to extend you the ability to explain.

Please let us know if you have previously opened or actively use any other Sportsbet.io accounts. If so, please name these or any such user accounts.

Thank you for your time and understanding regarding this matter.

Looking forward to hearing from you."

I created my account five days ago, on August 26th, after discovering the Sportsbet.io website through Bitcointalk. I do not have any other accounts on the platform. This response also felt automated because it did not address the issue of the missing chat feature, which I had mentioned in a separate message (another email). Playing on the site would be more enjoyable in the future if the chat option were reinstated.

I often use my phone for playing, which has a 4G network connection. As I understand it, with this type of connection, it is theoretically possible for the same public IP address to be shared among users due to NAT technology, which is quite common in Finland. However, I believe that users can still be identified by port numbers. I have, of course, not created any other accounts—this is my only one, which I registered using my Google account. When I received the email, I didn't even know how having multiple accounts could be beneficial. I found online that this could be used to bypass betting limits. My bets have been relatively small, so I have had no reason to try to bypass any betting limits. In any case, I have only used one account, in accordance with the rules. If I had two accounts, I would surely be trying to make withdrawals from both of them. In Finland, we have a saying: "the customer is always right," which applies to this situation as well. I hope this issue can be resolved.

I hope Sportsbet.io will investigate my case more thoroughly. I have attached some additional screenshots for your reference. When I searched their email address on Google, I found that others had experienced similar issues. In some cases, people hadn't even received a response about whether they could withdraw their funds from Sportsbet.io.

I will write a response to their email similar to this message and wait to see what happens. I would still like to continue playing on their site in the future, but if for some reason they don't want me as a customer, I would at least like to withdraw my money from their platform. As you can see from the attachments, I was very fortunate with my winnings yesterday. Overall, I am a losing player, as you can surely identify from my playing behavior (attachment).  While waiting to withdraw the money, it would have been possible to get the money back and lose if the withdrawal had worked correctly

Some people in topic should realize that taking rightful earning from a site shouldnt be that hard , and not to look everybody as abuser is not a good attitude.

Wait, you have another independent issue with Playbetr.com?
Is it similar to one of Sportbet.io that has just been resolved?

On the positive note, it's good to know that the issue you has with sportsbet.io was resolved and concluded. Did you receive any official communication from them alongside the refunds?

LOL, I was very close to post something just like this yesterday, almost word-for-word with your first two sentences, but decided against posting it.

Did Sportsbet ever post about this? All we have is the word of the OP that he wrote to the licence company and somehow that resulted in Sportsbet paying him. He did not elaborate more than that therefore we do not know if he received the initial deposits or the winnings and all we have here is what he is claiming.

As for the OP claiming to have another issue (with Playbetr.com) it remains to be seen if he will open a scam allegation against them.

Yes, Steve posted something here, that he'll look into it as he's not quite agree with confiscating all the funds. Granted, it took several weeks to be cleared, that made me think what he found must be in an agreement with the decision made by sportsbet's security team's verdict, thus his silence. I guess I was wrong and he just had a ton on his plates that he needed more time to personally attend to this case.

All in all, I'm glad this case is closed and SB once again prove that they took concern in their customer's complaints.

For OP, I am looking forward to your case with playbetr. Please made a separate topic with proper evidences, lock this thread and mark it as solved.

I can't believe that. Curaçao to answer and even rule against a bookmaker.in principle, the number of registrations from 1 IP is not illegal, but you will need a lawyer. The regulator knows this, but they are acting like crazy Grin

What exactly are you implying here because amongst other things it seems you could be stating that you complained to the licence company and as a result of you writing to them a decision was made by Sportsbet.io to pay you. Is that correct?

As far as I noted earlier in the thread you seemed to be in breach of their Terms of Service, the ones you voluntarily signed up to and accepted to abide by when you registered on the Sportsbet.io website therefore it would be difficult to understand why they would pay you anything at all (if you won while in breach of their rules) however if they paid original deposits back (either as a gesture of goodwill or as a point of terminating the account) that is a different matter altogether.

After I wrote the license company they decided to reconsider their decision. They refunded me the rightful money. Thanks for helping me in here , now I need to take my money back from playbetr.com

Hello my holydarkness,

TO explain myself correctly sportsbet.io has operating in Turkey and giving links in Turkey via telegram bot . SO using vpn is not a illegal act on playing on those site. Please consider this on my status.
I am not sure if you understand the whole situation. I get it because it involves some money so definitely, you could be going through some stage of maybe denial but looking at the whole situation and how you said that you used a VPN service. That right there is a breach of their Terms of service, especially when they say that they don't want you to use a VPN on their site. It doesn't matter if they allow residents from Turkey to use the service or not.

Secondly, VPNs are always used by abusers. So some sites automatically identify the linked IP address of abusers or multi-accounters and ban them. Unfortunately for you, you might have been an innocent user but got caught up in the crossfire.

If you are lucky, they might have sympathy on you but in general, they have the upper hand to deny you the winnings.

They simply deny deposits i made , initial money i invest to this site also taken. This is ridicilous behaviour , they simply ignore my messages and close the ways to contact with them.on their official turkish telegram channel they said to turkish players you should use 1.1.1.1 free vpn to enter site so i am not breaching their terms.

Done just now. I'd like to ask you to give a little bit more patience, if you don't mind, for my message to be noticed by sportsbet's representative and for them to take action.

hello sir,

Do you have any news from steve? In general he help everybody to solve problem in sitewise but my topic he seems like not intrested.Do I have any other chance to talk with him ?

Thanks

hakan

You are correct about Steve generally help solving every problem sitewise. He's also known to never linger on one case once a verdict is made. He has given you his word that he'll get to the bottom of your case, if you haven't heard from him or other support team, then I think he had got to the bottom of it and found that the decision made by the team is correct and justified, thus leaving it. You might want to refer to Findingnemo's explanation here to get a better insight on what ToS you most likely broke.
