Is there a no option available? I honestly think we wont see $100k this year, probably peak at $80k or something if we are lucky. Its still too early for bitcoin to reach $100k tbh
Unfortunately there's none since it's listed on their special and usually it's just a one way offer. I also think $100k is unlikely at the moment but the price surge that happened during the past 6 months is unexpected(at least for me) and slowly $100k is looking like a possibilty.

Everybody who participates will receive a (one) jersey of their choice for entry into this NBA All-Star Weekend challenges competition. Grin
That's awesome to hear.  Cheesy

Here's my picks for the three events. Best of luck to everyone Smiley

1. Devin Booker
2. Anfernee Simons
3. Domantas Sabonis

How does everybody feel like having a good old challenge for the NBA All-star three pointer and slam dunk competition? Grin
Is this a new contest to replace the weekly MM or it is just a temporary one for now?
Steve will be giving those who come close once again with the freebets and what ever else he wants to give out as prizes for placing 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
Is it possible to make one with Arsenal / Southampton's shirt as the prizes?  Tongue I missed the last promotions for the Arsenal shirts. Btw, I received my Watford's shirt after the season is over so yeah its kinda feels weird and It would be nice to have those shirts while the season is still running.
So put in your suggestions and we might take a que for this to add to the requirements.
Whatever works for me. Atleast we would have some game / contest to compete with each other every week.

Just asked about this and yes!
Everybody who participates will receive a (one) jersey of their choice for entry into this NBA All-Star Weekend challenges competition. Grin
To participate all you need to do is give your predictions on this thread in text form, no betting required as those markets aren't available as of yet.
So we have thought to just offer this only to the ones who have posted to this thread in the past year.

Freebet as prizes will still be given out to those who place first, second and third accordingly.
All you need to claim your prize(s) is send steve your username and needed shipping info so to get you your jersey via a pm.

He let me know earlier today about this offer only available on this thread for those who have been loyal to sportsbet.io with their bets in the past promotion, the multimasters.

A farewell gift if you will. Cry

But there will be better promotions given, just like this one, every week (when I have a chance to get them setup Wink) for everyone who still wishes to be part of some event over the weekend into 2021 the year of the ox! Cool

Also I saw this interesting bet on sportsbet's special. If only the odds aren't 1.01 i'd probably drop my free bet on it.  Cheesy

Will it be similar to the bet builder one ? Regardless, i'm down to join the challenge so we could have something going for the weekend.

Also I saw this interesting bet on sportsbet's special. If only the odds aren't 1.01 i'd probably drop my free bet on it.  Cheesy

No, not like the betbuilder one because if it were then it would be announced on that thread since it is separate from this one. Wink
These are prop bets since we will be having the winner of the contests (three pointer, slam dunk & NBA Skills Challenge) and those are determined by one player as the winner. So there is nothing to it.
I remember running a similar competition on one of my other threads which we had the winners there and I remember it because I had the slam dunk winner for it correctly selected (Bam Adebeyo Grin).
So we will run it exactly the same as that one where we will have the three selections for each one (as you can only pick the one winner from each category) and the one with the most correct will be the first place winner and will receive a 4mbtc freebet from steve.
The second and third place winners will win an amount in a form of a freebet to still be determined (might be 1mbtc each still seeing about this).

So in short,
You will need to have a betslip submitted on this thread for each of the following:
1. Three pointer
2. Slam dunk (only 3 participants to choose from so far? Embarrassed)
3. NBA Skills Challenge
Minimum bet amount to qualify is set to: 0.33mbtc per betslip so just under 1mbtc to participant.

The link below shows who will be the contestants for each of these categories.
https://www.sportingnews.com/us/nba/news/nba-all-star-skills-participants-lineups-slam-dunk-contest-3-point/183cxkb7fc5a713x5ubu9czyao

Looks like they are having everything crammed into one night being on Sunday instead of the the night before the NBA All-Star game itself.

NBA picks seem cool but again I've no idea on who or what to bet (but that won't stop me from making a bet haha I so know myself when it comes to Sportsbet bets;)

Oh man that's an interesting bet, I didn't realize bookies were already considering it. 1.01 must mean they are for sure on the outcome, the wiser "bet" is to buy Bitcoin now when it's still below 50k I guess!

Don't know how we will get this one going yet as I just have mentioned it to him and it was too late to get a response back.
So put in your suggestions and we might take a que for this to add to the requirements.
It is on this weekend so it gives only about 4-5 days to put in your opinion on how you would like this to be done.
The All-star game is on Sunday so that might be another competition/challenge put up all together. Cool

It's quite unfortunate to hear that the multi master weekly events have come to an end.  Aside from weekend football matches, It was always something to look forward to every weekend. Despite the d fact that I didn't get to win any of the rewards, it was always fun to compete against some of the best tippers here on the forum. On that note, I'd like to say a big thank you to SB team, Steve, rdbase and tykiwanuka for organizing MM with each passing week. Kudos to you all  Smiley

Hopefully they'd be more predictions in the future.

Thank you tyKiwanuka for great work on statistics!
I can be fairly happy with my average score 7,4, two wins and 100 fame points even if I never won actual reward in bitcoin.

Multimaster is dead. Long live Multimaster. Smiley

No need for me to elaborate, but thanks everyone, especially rd and ty for the time you put into the weeks. Of course to Steve and SB themselves for making this a lot more fun than it already was.

Nice to see myself in the longest drought, and also sharing the highest ever. I guess I'll be like Leicester, winning once and forever wondering what happened thereafter;)

So what on earth are we going to start talking about now that MM is over?!?!

Thanks for the compliments, it was always fun doing the stats, although it took more and more time each week with the list growing bigger and adding more stats.

I also won once, it was one of the eSports MM without draws, but I had to share the prize with lots of people, 6 I think. Anyway I should still be in nice profits from this promo.

I feel like all of the veterans got a piece of the prize. I remember rdbase getting one and maybe tomahawk too.

Yes, there were definitely more winners from here before week 44. I remember morvillz7z won once, rdbase too and probably some more, but might have been even before week 31. leea-1334 won in week 43 (alone !), but didn't post the picks in here, only joined afterwards. If anyone is bored, feel free to go through all 111 pages of this thread and check and report Grin

Not to mention all those huge swing of correct pick each week for me. I think I am the most inconsistent in terms of performance wise in this pool

For a competition like this, it's better to have those swings^^ With going 8-8-8-8 all the time, you won't win nothing, going 4-12-11-5 is way better. And look at the fame points you made with just 17 participations, it's very good with ~12 on average. Only Avirunes, mitchr4 and Inagame are better:

@tyKiwanuka : thanks for all these compilation status . You are the best when it comes to this stuff !

Gosh Im so bad at this, I had 115/255 correct picks which is only 45.09%. Not to mention all those huge swing of correct pick each week for me. I think I am the most inconsistent in terms of performance wise in this pool

The best performance ever with 12 correct picks: buywaytress, arallmuus

The glorious week for me but too bad even with 12 correct picks, I didnt get a single piece of the prize. This one still leave a pretty bad taste in my mouth whenever I remember about this.

The MM was always fun, besides all the (Friday evening) annoyance it also brought, but thats betting.

MM is the event that brought all of us together on Friday evening. It will feels kinda empty without having to post all those score prediction every friday

The amount of interesting stats that came from this weekly contest is just amazing. Good job tykiwanuka Cheesy

Overall MM winners from here (this is not complete): Avirunes, mitchr4, JanpriX, tyKiwanuka, Turquinito

Here are the last and probably worst MM results ever:
I requested stats and you delivered as I knew you would. All in all multimaster has been very positive experaince for me and it even brought our little gang together here. I hope we will have something similar in the future. It is nice to win bets but is even nicer when you can show them down the throat of your friends  Grin

Here are the last and probably worst MM results ever:

Trofo, Avirunes and jayce win this special edition and while Trofo and Avirunes are kind of used to this, for jayce this is the first win. Congratulations to you all for 33.33 fame points each.

This won’t be enough for some prize, looks like the winner will have 9 correct picks. At least it’s not one short again, we have seen this too often in the past already……

An average of only 4.33 correct picks is super bad and lots of users have hit their new personal worst with this last MM: JanpriX, tyKiwanuka, notblox1, leea-1334, BitcoinHunt3r, GbitG, cryptofrka, Ulven.

Feels bad to do this, but here is……

The MM legacy

For 30 times I did the MM coverage here in this thread - felt like it was more, not sure, if this is a good or bad thing Grin It started with 5 users in week 31 of 2020 and @JanpriX getting the first fame points ever from the famepoints genesis block. As the weeks went by, we saw users come and go, one thing was for sure though: @ralle14 would always drop by and share his picks, he didn't miss one damn MM all this time. But there are more veterans, the record holders:

30: ralle14
29: buwaytress, rdbase
28: Trofo, JanpriX
26: Avirunes
25: tyKiwanuka
21: tomahawk9
18: morvillz7z
17: arallmuus

In total we had 39 users publishing their picks at least once. The most crowded it was in weeks 51, 1 and 3 with 22 participants each. Lowest particiapation was the afore mentioned week 31 with only 5.

The records for 1X2 picked in my excel table only go back to week 39 (the rest is only in this thread), but in total we had 5575 picks since then. This doesn't add up to 15 per user per week, because big_daddy provided only 14 once and nelson4lov even only 11 in week 51 Cheesy

Home wins: 2703 / 48.48%
Draws: 965 / 17.31%
Away wins: 1907 / 34.21%

Since week 31 we had 6465 picks and only 3051 were correct, which makes for only a measly 47.19%, pretty bad I think Roll Eyes

The best performance ever with 12 correct picks: buywaytress, arallmuus
The worst performance ever with only 2 correct picks: Avirunes, JanpriX (this week), BitcoinHunt3r (also this week !)
The best average (5 participations minimum): 1) rohang [8.2] 2) Turquinito [7.9] 3) mitchr4, jayce, jeremypwr [all 7.7]
Longest drought: buywaytress, waiting since week 36 (with those 12 correct ones) for some more fame points and you wasted your last chance this weekend Grin
Most wins here in this thread, 7 each: Trofo, Avirunes
Overall MM winners from here (this is not complete): Avirunes, mitchr4, JanpriX, tyKiwanuka, Turquinito

Here is the all-time table (I hope there are no mistakes^^):

The king of fame points, winning the gold medal with 483 points, representing Roobet, is [startRoobetHymn]: Avirunes
The silver medal, with 325 fame points, representing ChipMixer, goes to: Trofo
The bronze medal, with 287 fame points, representing Sportsbet goes to: JanpriX

Congratulations Cool

[/endRoobetHymn]

The MM was always fun, besides all the (Friday evening) annoyance it also brought, but thats betting. The players/teams don't always do what you want them to do - and it's good, otherwise it would be boring. I want to thank Sportsbet for doing this event all those weeks, for me this was the best and most fun promo ever. Also thanks to all the users who have contributed here and made this thread a very nice place to be in a section of the forum, which is not always easy to bear. And last but not least thanks to rdbase as our host in here.

Only Milan vs Roma  is left and it looks like a Massacre in Sportsbet Multimaster street for me and most bitcointalk members and not much better on website with two guys making seven correct picks according to latest updated leaderboard.

I had no hopes that I would be the one topping with the picks along with two others (amongst us). This should be the MM round with most unexpected games. 6 draws of 14 - isn't this the highest we had in a MM round. Well what a way to end.. isn't it? Tongue

Thanks for running this great promo @sportsbet.io .
