I saw the complete qualifying yesterday night European time and although Leclerc got the pole position I think I knew Verstappen would have got it as Redbull or better to say Max Verstappen didn't push 100% during the first to phases in Q1 and Q2 and when he wanted to give it all to get the pole he made a mistake and this screw his qualifying.

I had it to win the pole position and also have it to win the race, not going to change my prediction as I believe this track is better suited for Redbull as they had always the best top speed and the best times in the second part of the track,Ferrari was somewhat better in the first part and in the last one both were near the same.I believe if no outside events like the rain happening which is predicted at maybe 40% chance of happening or the safety car which is I believe inevitable in this track Redbull would win,but taking into consideration all the outside events I think even a team like McLaren or Mercedes can win if they make the right choices.

During the first two practice sessions, I think that it wouldn't be unfair to say that Mercedes stormed through. After Toto Wolff made a statement like "We finally found the slow button and turned it off", these results came. And it must have been really exciting for Mercedes fans. Taking the participants into account who are picking Hamilton for the podium since the start of the season, Mercedes' returnal would fire up the competition in this season a lot more.

Looks like in the free practice today/tonight depending from where we watch we got an Alpha Tauri and Pierre Gasly near the top and also George Russell in the second place,I guess this is because of the bravery of the drivers more than the car that they have.Let's see how it unfolds during qualifying and the race but I think this will be a good one,let me put the predictions in now.

I honestly don't like the time of the Miami Grand Prix, although for my country it is in the afternoon, I am very used to having Formula 1 in the morning so I really miss this time.
It's evening here in Europe and I prefer such time rather than morning. I really hate to get up early on weekends for Australian or Japan races. Though, it's good that I don't have to go to work next Monday, so, it's not a problem if race will be delayed into the night because of red flags or something similar Cheesy.

Thank you for the reminder jeremypwr. The pool has been going on really competitively. I'm not saying this just for the sake of conversation now of course. I enjoy watching the races a lot. I hope that you share the same feelings as me. Even though I see Red Bull a little ahead this week, I want to prioritize Ferrari for my picks as I'm a Tifosi. Smiley
Pool is really competetive. I'm watching F1 almost whole my life and I bottom last on the table, despite that some other folks don't follow F1 that much. I must admit that's very difficult to make predictions for F1. In football there is few possible outcomes, while in F1 there is so many factors which can ruin your prediction.

Well, this was really hard because with the sprint race and the less Free practice sesions we can have security of any things, so if we add the rain to this, was very clearly a lot of us can be in a lot of troubles with us selections.

Also Imola its a shit circuit to overpass.

Thank you very much swogerino! I did mess around with the picks, and at some point even put LeClerc out of podium but put him back in -- fearing slipping down further the ranks. Should have listened to my gut! Even got 5,6 and 7 right, just one spot displaced down.

Great win, and probably one of the more boring ones as Verstappen led right from start to end. But nice get on yellow cap, strange to see so many spoons huh?

Well I saw a lot of wooden spoons during the standings from yesterday race which is the first time I see something on Superbru and most probably because we are few persons in this pool just 12 compared to the other pool where I am in which is made of 48 persons or so.I was third in the rankings yesterday and these last two races I did pretty good but still at that eleven place far away from the top spot/s.

Well done to @Sojourner,looks like this year is going well for you in both pools, enjoy.

Take care because this year the poleman its the winner of the friday qualification. Its diferent to the last year. I dont know if Superbru took this, only wait to see.
Seems like the HAAS are flying in the practices, lets see if they can keep the pace in the real thing.

Well seems like superbru its no doing this like FIA, for Superbru the poleman its the first pilot in the grid in the sunday, but for the FIA the poleman its the winner of the Friday qualy

UFff man almost lose this week have the sprint race and the calendar its quite different.
I really dont know how this can be, little time to configured the car and if i read good this friday its a rainy day, so lets see this weekend can have a lot of surprise.

I really dont know who can i put in the selections, really tough

I have never seen Leclerc being brilliant in rainy races so far but maybe he had not the car that he has now. From the line up of drivers in the rain Hamilton surely is one of the best and Verstappen being the best after him.If those Redbulls have for real a massive package upgrade for this race and all of this race happens in the rain then most probably we will have a very interesting race to watch on.

I don't know which site offers live betting on F1 as during such races there is a lot of money to be made if we are bold enough, during chaotic races I mean.

Not sure what to expect on the races this weekend. This will be the first time I'm watching F1 again and I'm only following minor developments and not huge changes overall. It's surprising to see Hamilton farther away from the top spot, with Charles Leclerc being the favorite. Hoping a good showing of the drivers on this qualifying. Time to reignite my interest in F1 after a year of not watching the said sport.

As you guys probably know, we have sprint race this weekend and qualifying on Friday. If you want to get an Early Bru Point, you will have to predict Sprint race winner, not qualifying winner:
The times are out of sorts for those who are watching from North America because it is in Europe so you need to adjust your time schedule accordingly to whatever timezone you are in so to not miss any of the races.
But Skysports has the schedule set to U.K timezones so it is easier to remember for those across the pond.
I just go by this site to find the correct times of each race since they are broadcasting and giving me the feed which I am watching from:
https://www.skysports.com/f1/news/12433/12593728/emilia-romagna-gp-when-to-watch-qualifying-and-both-races-on-sky-sports-f1-as-sprint-format-returns

Little lifehack from meand you won't have to adjust timezone manually. On official F1 website https://www.formula1.com/ there is calendar with all sessions times shown in your local time and track time. You also can sync it with your Google, Apple and Outlook calendar and never miss race.

Today is Friday,I don't know if the Sprint race is today or tomorrow but I have read on different social media F1 instagram page that qualifying is today and the sprint race will determine the starting order,so guys please do not forget to put your predictions in before the sprint race starts today at 3 PM so you don't lose the EBP points which is worth a lot since they are equal to 2 points.

It seems I'm no the only one you woke up thinking is Friday hahaha.

Unfortunately , it's a full day of Thursday but no worry , weekend will be here soon.

Regarding sprint race,  I think it is tomorrow and also the results of Sprint race won't change the results of qualifications anymore and this is a great thing. Meanwhile , yes , start placing your predictions but I do think RedBull are having a big ace in their sleeves for this weekend.

Lol,completely have lost sense of the day,by seeing F1 Instagram all day long this happened,I thought it was Friday.I put Ferrari as my favorites in this race too but wonder what could be the ace in the sleeves of Redbull, let me go change the predictions as I have time until tomorrow to do so.

Sprint race have some changes from last year where top 8 gets points instead of only the top 3.
Here is the new revisions for this years sprint race from the official site:
