Well I have noticed their leaderboards are Instant. Also I know the rules and my bets were placed on before 23:59 of 30th November. Also to make 100% sure I contacted their Support Agent about it before placing my bet
I also have the Chat transcript of that chat on my Email which I could provide to them if necessary


I really hope that this matter gets sorted asap. Never had any problem before with Sportsbet. So, I am a bit worried

This was mentioned in the terms and condition of their monthly leaderboards.

The updates for ranking points aren't instant compared to their previous leaderboards. Also which match did you bet on?

Seriously ? And what about some of my bets that you guys ignored to include even they belongs there

He told me that we will hold the winnings from getting credited to user balance unless this issue gets sorted and now you are making a post about Final standings

This is useless man. I asked their support agent if I place a bet on this match then it will count towards November leaderboard or not, and he said Yes
And after the match is Over it wasn't.

I contacted them again and they told me to wait as No one is online or at work

What is the average wager settlement time?

It is fair enough that we all have the expectation for example to have a match end at 2pm and to be able to place a bet with the same funds at 215pm.

*****Please advise on specifically STRAIGHT BET settlement times that one should expect to experience using your site.

There is no need to make separate leaderboards if they counts multiple entries on same bet. I thought that the premier Leaderboard is made to give a chance for players with smaller bankroll to win good amount from the promo but in fact it is not. Higher bankroll players still able to win the premier leaderboard by placing multiple entries on the same bet.

Looks like that "somebody" is xinzark.....he/she posts here. Maybe he/she will willingly reveal the winning tickets and how it was done an hour or so before the end of the contest.

You think Sportbet will reveal how it was done, like they did with that other chap earlier in the month?  Seems only fair given that this xinz.... also moved up a few spots in the second board to take another 1000mbtc from a poor sap who thought he/she had it in the bag!

It's not impossible, but to win by a large margin so close to the very end......seems a bit too lucky if you ask me.

Today somebody just got over 3000 points in the premier leaderboard within 1 hour time period. (you should bet under 20 mbtc there, so it is almost impossible to make 150x win just 2 hours before the promotion ends, but it still can happen, so if somebody was that luck, he deserve it! )
There was another user who got really a really big jump 1700 points in 5 hours. Which is only possible if they repeat the same bet for example 100 times, like I make 100 times a 19 mbtc bet to New England.
I have tried and if I bet 19 mbtc twice, the system give you the points twice.

So I think Sportsbet.io should check the bets and needs to recalculate the leaderboards to only accept the first 19 mbtc bet for the premier leaderboard, because in this way running 3 leaderboards is useless.

Actually, it makes perfect sense now that they ask for K.Y.C because that user davidoof withdraw more than 2300 euro so that is why they ask for K.Y.C, it is in the rules stated very clear. He should send K.Y.C  and he will have no problem getting pay out.

Can you link me to where it says that ?  I have been betting huge amounts on the site as well, while I don't mind giving a KYC, I don't prefer it on a bitcoin site. I feel bitcoin casinos should not be required one as they themselves are likely not following all the laws.

did you win more than 10 btc from them? From their rules it says only people who won more than 10 btc need to give a K.Y.C Very wierd that they ask for K.Y.C without you winning more than 10 btc, at least I been told that.

edit* I realize that it is either 10  btc or more than 2300 euros. So what they ask is perfectly normal for me.
