Free credit every week can not be withdraw unless the manager ordered the withdrawal. If I bet using the account tipster is certainly not a good idea to wait for 1 week so the solution had to make 2 accounts.

I do not know about it whether privileged or not, AFAIK I won the lottery two times each 50 mbtc and other participants have never won more than 200 mbtc ( AFAIK ) some have never won so you can decide whether it is privileged or not

It means that they do not apply their rule regarding multi-accounts to all players, sounds like a discrimination imo. Or maybe it is a special condition for those who participate in their signature campaign?

I have never won anything, so I can't confirm it. But have you checked "Past Lotteries" menu?
I imagine when you win a raffle then your name showed there is not filled with asterisks like names of other users are.

Definitely not, the bet is confirmed right away after you confirm to place your bet then there will be a note saying your bet is validated. The settlement however is not instant

You should do some cross reference with the support on the site, probably you are the only one with that username and they forgot to credit the amount that you supposed to win from the raffles or probably as ndnhc said, it could be another person not you
