I had some problems with bets as well, same story - pending and not paid out in time. But all issues have been resolved very quickly and in a professional manner. I'd say for a new bitcoin book that's giving out the biggest amount of prizes for these euros it's not been so bad.

I can confirm it is also working now on my side. Now let's see if they can payout the Spain winnings in time so i can bet on the next game.
And my winnings are in my account, looks like i'm in time to bet for the next match. That's an improvement over the last two days, but i have to say, my pending payments were bets made with Asian Handicap, so far, straight bets have all paid out, so maybe the system has problems dealing with AH. Anyways, we shall see, since the next match i shall be betting with AH again.
Well there shouldnt be any problem with asian handicap because yesterday I won my bet germany -1 Asian handicap and received my winning around 30 minutes after the game ended, perhaps your case is just an unexpected . It could have been faster but so far everything is good for a site that just started less than two weeks ago

They have been open for weeks before Euro2016. Testing should have been done, as i mentioned earlier, they seem ill-equipped to handle the responsibilities of a sports betting site. Speed is of the essence, especially in a tournament like Euro or World Cup, when there are usually follow-up matches. The tournament only lasts a month, there are only that many matches to bet on. Time isn't on your side.
As for working perfectly, nobody expects that, but then again, nobody expects not getting paid for a FULL day after the match is already over.
I can't name you a site that works perfectly in 10 days, but then again, when money is involved, we expect better.
Anyways, i wish the site all the best, as for me, i'm out.
I have other sites that work perfectly, pays fast, running without issues, and that's all that matters to me.
UPDATE : Shortly after posting here, i got an email saying my pending payment has been resolved. Finally, after a whole day. First time trying on this site, I placed a bet on the Live Spain game, and Active Bets and Bet History still cannot be accessed, already informed the support, they say they are working on it. Thanks to Laura who has been extremely helpful these 2 days.
