As for Turkey, I'm really speechless... I was in shock after seeing full time with a defeat by 3-1. I wasn't expecting us to play unwillingly even though the pitch condition was terrible. Just what did you want from our parlays?
Thinking back at it, I should have factored it in more that both teams had already secured top place and those players will be looking forward to returning to their clubs fit to continue the season, meaning the energies expected will be very low. It was a big surprise but I think home team was motivated to finish this competition without losing a match.Even bigger surprise is Wales finishing on top of this group, but I think many countries dont care much about Nations League.
