First of all am not here to spam or bother everyone as sportsbet.io has no discord and their reply in live chat or mail is just like automated copy paste messages.So,am hoping i will get clear reply here.
Sportsbet.io has one promotion which will offer 5000 usdt if we can win 15 conswcutive matches in ucl/euro.
I made it to 9 question by playing regularly.To come to this point I lost very much because once you lost one match you will get back to count zero.
Now ,sportsbet.io removed all promotions and excluded me from current promotion.And they are proudly saying they didn't restricted any funds or deposits or withdrawals so that i had to be happy But what about my persuing of current promotion?
I didn't violate any terms and i never did even arbitrage cause daily i made many parlay bets ,inplay bets and bets with crazy odds also.I can sure everyone can say am regular better who had no ultimate motives but just because they afraid to pay 5000usdt reward or something like that they removed me from this promotion.
@sportsbet.io pls look into this just give clarity here if its fair reason i wont even argue ,i just move on.And all sportsbet.io users i know sportsbet.io is genuine and they paid me all winnings yesterday like 3000 usdt also.

Not good news unfortunately.
Rules of this promotion say -
no cashed out bets are allowed.. this is just normal sportsbetting rules..
15 out of your last 22 Champions League bets were cashed out.
2 were rejected.
promo states that you need to win at least 3 bets in a row... best you did in 2.
By cashing out soooo many bets, it seemed clear to the promotions department that you were not going to be eligible for any future promotions.
That sort of Level of cashing out......I have personally never seen it. So, i have to side with our team here.. apologies mate

Whats wrong with cashout ?
rule states Cahs out bets wont count to streak but it never said that cashing out is against the rules or promotions or terms.
I had clear chat history where i deliberately ask support team that cashing out is any violation or not which they said its ok.
More importantly its not like i did abuse or i did any wrong so that you guys atleats had to inform me about any issue but just kicking me from all promotions is cruel.I played like 1year and wagered like more than 50k usdt so i expect somewhat like vip but this treatment is like am just newbie.
Can you show me terms where it states cashout bets not allowed cause am not seeing any like that..its just says cash out bets wont count.
PROMO SAYS:Bets settled using the Cash Out feature will not contribute towards the promotion.
i had confirmation with live chat about this same issue .So,tell me now sir what i did wrong ..forget about rewards but how come am suitable to kick out from all promos? and why team not explained this mail or live chat? just because i came here and stated all atleats i got this is the reason .am near to platinum level still i didnt got any reply from team in mail .
Next reply of yours is final...whatever you say i wont spam here continously I dont want to trouble all other use but everyone should know that sportsbet.io would kick anyone without any reason whenever they want.
