Wheel of Whales 🐳

Don't know it that ever happened to anybody but today I suddenly got a promo phone call from sports et. I didn't pick up cause I thought it's just a random spam call ( nobody really has my number ). Call came from a Japanese number, I also live in Japan.

Seconds after I got a sms message with the following text:

" Hello and welcome to Sportsbet! We've just tried to contact you.
Predict the outcome of 10 matches to win free bets, cash prizes or a 10,000 USDT jackpot!
sportsbet.io/sports/survival-games | Terms and conditions apply. | Unsubscribe: sb88.io/preferences"

By the way, I am not a new user. When I checked my preferences I saw that it's actually all unchecked so I don't understand why I even got this message and the call. Also reported this to the support and hopefully this will get fixed.

I think Newcastle needs to hire one or two more strikers, they only scored 8 goals this season and they couldnt win against Everton.
Next test is against Brighton after international break.

I think Newcastle has performed really well after 7 rounds in the Premier League. They currently sit in 7th place, which is a solid result. If they manage to beat Brighton and Chelsea drops points, Newcastle could break into the top 5 of the Premier League. As for the fact that they haven't scored many goals, it's likely part of Newcastle's tactical approach, which so far has been delivering good results.
For the first 4 weeks this could be true, it's just that Howe's troops have not been too biting in the last 3 EPL matches because if you look after they lost to Fulham with a fairly heavy score, there was actually momentum when they managed to hold Manchester City to a draw but in the end there is still a lot of work where they also can't do much when facing Everton.

A lot of obstacles seem to be owned, especially for Newcastle's attack line because seeing from the scheme of the match on the field their performance is not bad, it's just that they always fail in finishing.

Isak and Gordon until now still have not contributed too much and the most prominent during these 7 weeks my version is only Pope and Barnes, the rest of the players' performance in these 7 weeks still has a lot to improve.

This number is bigger if you include EFL Championship and all the sponsored clubs and deals there.
Sportsbet is taking big part with partnership with Hull City, and in last few seasons they partnered with Southampton.

Everyone thought they would beef up but even with all their money they didn't really improve the squad. On one hand, you have to wonder why, on another, it is a great example to everyone you don't have to spend like Manchester United and still get a better performance Smiley Isak injury is not helping though.

Less headache and win once, cover 5 losers. Unlike shitty small odd bets lose once, you need to win 3 times to cover.
Easier in paper to think it that way than having it practically to play as you are expressing. Having a single bet requires higher staking power and because the team you're to pick seem to be the favourite doesn't mean you gonna have them win. And more often than not you could still be incurring much losses using that strategy.

Sometimes you can have series of long losses with single picks and there's a high chance you won't recover those losses by just having a one time win because the odds for those games we pick to play single bets are usually not big odds but considerably medium size odds that still requires huge staking amount to get a good potential win amount. @slaman29I am saying this base on your statement which I had to specifically quote <>

You completely misunderstood my point. My described way of play is very simple and practical. Do not care about the stake, assume the stake is the same for every bet. Talk only about the odds.

Here, reference this quote instead so you get it.

So now switching back, big odds, 1 bet/game, better Wink Try it!

Big odds mean NOT picking the favorite. So if you bet same stake on 5 games, with low odds, you have to win many to cover one loss. Bet on 5x, you cover 4 losses. Very simple, do you get it now?

In short, more often lose in multi bets and win in single bets but increase the amount of bets wagered or choose a team with low odds?
I myself prefer multi bets because it is quite exciting and yes even though I lose many times. Lol But when you can win, then it is a fairly large amount especially if we bet on many games.
For single bets I have a higher percentage of wins, but I bet more often on teams that have a greater chance of winning. I have not tried the option to bet on teams that have small odds, and the results I think will not be much different from what you experience.  Cheesy

No, in short, don't waste time with many multis with low odds. Just pick one good team with possibility to win even tho they are not the favorite. Or bet against the big favorite because everyone, including Djokovic, Alcaraz, Barca, Real, Bayern, City will lose some point.

If you pick strong teams for a long time, you will have positive net win, <>

Wrong. Strong teams, let's say PSG and Manchester City right? Do you see what the odds are on these kinds of teams? 1.1 mostly, if against another big team 1.5, max 2x.

Long term, picking them over and over again, you will be negative.

Think about it, yesterday it was 1.05x against Fulham and they ALMOST DREW. So if you bet 100 dollars every single game, and lose JUST ONCE, you need them to win 20 times at those odds just to keep even.

Stats of Man City last season: 28 wins, 7 draws, 3 loss. So, to cover 10 games they didn't win, you need the 28 wins to have average of 1000%/28 =  35% returns JUST TO BE EVEN. That means each 28 game won must have 1.35 odds. And we all know it's not all 1.35.

Finally managed to win a free bet from Pick 4 Win. Most of the time I only pick 1-2 right picks. I didn't expect the Arsenal vs. Southampton game to go over 4 goals because, by the end of the first half, the score was still 0-0. Then, Southampton scored first that I thought Arsenal would lose. Luckily, they made a comeback and score 3 goals in 2nd half and all my picks hit in the last minute. I hope I can convert this to real balance again. Thanks Sportsbet.io for this kind of contest.

When a gambler get a small chance he will use it LOL. I logged in and found there were some sats left in the account. Arsenal were 1 down and thought to put it all for Arsenal to win. I added it on the betslip and at the moment they scored. Then I thought to go for over 2.5 goals and added both team to score on a LaLiga match just to increase the odd. Paid off eventually LOL

It's quite interesting, but it also has quite a big risk, it seems the same because we need a lot of luck if we want to win in a bet that we have to put the underdog team to win. But I think your experience is quite good and it can be tried.
Maybe later I will try betting like this, but what about the nominal bet that we can bet? is it the same or do we increase the nominal bet again?
You are right, when we bet with what you do, actually the odds we have will be greater and it might cover or even exceed the amount of defeat we felt before. This requires very high courage, so it requires careful consideration too.

If you pick strong teams for a long time, you will have positive net win, but gamblers don't have this style. They want to move from club to club, and sometimes bet on big and strong clubs and other times bet on weak clubs. This causes them more unstable bet results and loss becomes bigger than the first method.

I know odds of big clubs in matches are important too but if you feel unsafe, just don't bet. When you feel safe, bet with strong clubs, and if you do it like 100 times, your bet net results will not too bad.

Like in tennis, chances for losing to Djokovic, Alcaraz in a long term bet is very low but if you bet big in one of their matches, you can lose big.

Nah, I used to make multibets and small odds, or even 5-game multibets, and very bad track record. Then, after about a year ago or something I got inspired by some of the members here who just go for 10x or even 20x bets on single games.

I found success with that, especially in French League Wink But then, you have to be prepared to lose many times, win 1 time lol

And due to my inability to be patient, I switched back to my normal 'low odds' and still, keep losing.

So now switching back, big odds, 1 bet/game, better Wink Try it!
I am in no gambling period now, will continue for a few weeks before I decide to start again. It's worth trying.

I was doing well on the former strategy of switching play and then I don't know why I decided to try build my balance with low odds. Fastest way to lose money lol
What is this switching play strategy? Do you mid to share. It may help me LOL
