I think Newcastle needs to hire one or two more strikers, they only scored 8 goals this season and they couldnt win against Everton.
Next test is against Brighton after international break.
I think Newcastle has performed really well after 7 rounds in the Premier League. They currently sit in 7th place, which is a solid result. If they manage to beat Brighton and Chelsea drops points, Newcastle could break into the top 5 of the Premier League. As for the fact that they haven't scored many goals, it's likely part of Newcastle's tactical approach, which so far has been delivering good results.
Everyone thought they would beef up but even with all their money they didn't really improve the squad. On one hand, you have to wonder why, on another, it is a great example to everyone you don't have to spend like Manchester United and still get a better performance
Isak injury is not helping though.
Less headache and win once, cover 5 losers. Unlike shitty small odd bets lose once, you need to win 3 times to cover.
Easier in paper to think it that way than having it practically to play as you are expressing. Having a single bet requires higher staking power and because the team you're to pick seem to be the favourite doesn't mean you gonna have them win. And more often than not you could still be incurring much losses using that strategy.
Sometimes you can have series of long losses with single picks and there's a high chance you won't recover those losses by just having a one time win because the odds for those games we pick to play single bets are usually not big odds but considerably medium size odds that still requires huge staking amount to get a good potential win amount. @slaman29I am saying this base on your statement which I had to specifically quote <>
You completely misunderstood my point. My described way of play is very simple and practical. Do not care about the stake, assume the stake is the same for every bet. Talk only about the odds.
Here, reference this quote instead so you get it.
So now switching back, big odds, 1 bet/game, better
Try it!
Big odds mean NOT picking the favorite. So if you bet same stake on 5 games, with low odds, you have to win many to cover one loss. Bet on 5x, you cover 4 losses. Very simple, do you get it now?
