Why contact via email isn't there live support? if it is live support that suggests you contact email then your problem is related to the security team, usually KYC related
Are you from a prohibited country or use a VPN? I'm not sure they make it difficult for you especially you new user unless there is a problem that you don't know about
Try sending a PM to Steve + with your username he will help you and I think its not a complicated problem.

This was great game to watch with lot of goals like I expected, and Saka was really inspired with two scored goals.
This could go either way in second half but Arsenal has more chances, more shots on goal and they fully deserved win and first place in Premier League.
in few days both teams are playing their matches in Europe so there is no so much time for resting.

Really pleased to see Matip in there, he's getting back to his best. Other than Robbo (and credit to Tsimikas I we don't miss him too much over there on left-back) I don't think I see anyone I wish were in there. Really pumped for this game, everyone's going to have to eat late as I'm only making dinner after this game's over.

@buwaytress to be honest even I’m surprised to see these odds so early, but then again I have seen that Steve likes to roll out nice timely surprises for the site user’s and this one is definitely one of the best in my personal opinion. Furthermore I can’t believe I’m saying this but Arsenal may crush Liverpool, because the old Liverpool which team’s would fear playing no longer exists and Arsenal are in top form hence I won’t be surprised if they crush Liverpool in today’s fixture.

Might be saying it with a sour face but Haaland is probably the player most loved in the EPL right now, can't even dislike him as an opponent really, with the type of guy he is. He might as well even break Salah's record before the halfway mark's over. The age of the pure striker is back.

This reminds me on the last season in Championship when Mitrovic scored 43 goals for Fulham for whole season, Solanke was second with 29.

I have created a new account on Sportsbet, and instantly completed KYC verfication. Then I deposited around $50, and wanted to use the website. However, I could not place any bets. Apparently, my account got flagged.
I was approached to complete another 3rd party verification which I have immediately completed.
The support asked me a couple of questions, and I answered genuinely and quickly.

It has been more than a week, and the support of Sportsbet.io just keeps on ignoring me. I have written numerous emails, and tried to contact them in many ways without any result.

This is a very sad and disappointing experience. I have always thought highly of the site. If they would do something shady, that would be one thing, but ignoring your customers is next level.
