Unfortunately, live support is the worst part of sportsbet site and it almost never works for me. I think i tried 7 or 8 times and it worked just once. Maybe I just have really bad luck but I seriously doubt it. The pattern is not that small. That time that I managed to get them they could not help me, I wrote you a PM and you took care of my problem instead. Thanks again.

This is a brilliant idea,,, I know I have placed bets by mistake. Sometimes to my own benefit (as I posted recently I had two winning tickets on the very same selections, which won, so it was a happy mistake. But I would have probably preferred to get back/cancel one bet, except that if you cash out, you get a bit less of your money.

Definitely should allow it for pre-live bets,,, maybe with a min time frame of 2 or 3 hours before first game plays out? Then again, I do see the disadvantage of bookies here because you could take an early bet and cancel it to retake it if odds change.

So my suggestion is,,, Allow full cashout within 5 mins of placing bet (so you can delete the bet if you realize you made a mistake).

I think for now the best way to fix an error quickly is to contact our 24/7 live support team.. I can't say it will be voided 100% of the time, but the quicker you identify a mistake and let us know, there will be more chances for them to fix it for you.

Nice going on renewing the MultiMaster! Congrats to whoever hit the last few ones when price was at such a crazy high, and I guess they'll all be happy now with the winnings in dollars if they haven't spent it all already!

Happened to me at least twice when money was on line and maybe a couple more times when I lost tickets on other games so it was not important. One time I won ticket because of that mistake and the other time I lost.

That brings me to another request. It would be great if we had option for full cash out for let's say 5 minutes after placing the bet so we can void our ticket if we find the mistake. As it stands now you can cash out with small loss if you played supported sports. For instance if you have one eSport match on your ticket you will not be allowed to cash out at all since eSports are not supported. Of course above should only be available for tickets were there aren't live markets.

I haven't visited Southampton's official store in a while, basically since the start of the season, but why is there no Sportsbet jerseys available for purchase? The only one that i found is a framed/singed shirt @£499, home and away kits are all with the LD Sports logo (previous sponsor), what's the deal here?

I was able to screw my little bet by not properly looking. I wanted to take St.Etienne/PSG double chance @X2 but instead, i've inadvertently gone for 12 and the match ended in a draw. Almost every, if not all, double chance markets are arranged as follows: 1X, 12, and on the right side is X2. But for some strange reason, all of PSG double chance markets are 1X, X2, and 12, not sure if this is an error or it's intended to be like this but it can be confusing especially if you are in a rush. I think that's the second time i've had this with PSG double chance markets in the past couple of months. 

Anyway, the moral of the story, always double-check your selections before you hit that 'place bet' button.  freaking PSG, can't get it done lol

A couple more things > you may have noticed the weekly prize for Multi-Master has been adjusted to 125mbtc. This is obviously due to the heavy rise in Bitcoin price (yay)
Essentially, it's still the same weekly prize ( a touch more actually) than it was when we launched it.. It's worth about 3,500 Euros and over $4,200 USD so still very good amount.  

Also, there has been a few questions around why we are still running the Arsenal handle on our main page.. so to give those who are unsure why a reason, Ill explain the timeline.

Towards the start of the 20/21 EPL season, Southampton's main sponsor from last year did a runner leaving them empty-handed & no front of shirt sponsor plus the potential of a little embarrassment.
Southampton contacted our boss to ask if we wanted to go into partnership with them. Our boss agreed and we had to move quickly.. I think we had under 4 weeks.
Everything went well and we launched just before the start of the EPL season.. and our thread title and adverts were all Southampton based.

Meanwhile, we were in conversation with Arsenal about betting partner sponsorship, but talks with Arsenal were a lot slower as they were already set up for the season.
We kicked off EPL 20/21 without the Arsenal deal.
This Arsenal deal came through several weeks into the EPL season and it was very exciting. By the time we signed everything off, got the assets, got the graphics, all that sort of stuff, we were well into the season.

And, here we are now. So I guess in essence, Southampton was our handle/title/advert for a long period of time and now we are giving Arsenal a good push!! Both teams are winning at the moment so that is great too!!

It doesn't really work that way. No matter the current results Arsenal is much bigger name than Southampton. When you ask people that just occasionally watch football they will know about Arsenal for sure while Southampton will not be recognized. As you said Arsenal has much bigger fan base which is also important factor.

Name/brand is something you have to build over the time and Arsenal has already done that while Southampton is just beginning its story among the big boys.

I have said this before and I am going to say it again; sportsbet.io is putting that Arsenal partnership as the head of the situation, which I understand because Arsenal has a bigger fan base all around the world, thanks to their previous success they are known more, however Southampton is the better one this year.

Southampton is 6th in the league and Arsenal is 11th right now, so this is not just about one game, anyone could beat anyone if the situation permits, sometimes even the greatest teams ever end up losing to worst teams, but this isn't like that, Southampton has been great all year and they are 5 places ahead of arsenal. So, sportsbet.io should probably go with Southampton partnership and jersey deal for marketing, starting with the naming of the topic here as well, instead of focusing on Arsenal, at least that makes more sense for this season.

Live Betting is a HUGE part of this industry; so I'm sure this award is very meaningful.  

I know it's tricky to bet on NBA right now as most of the underdogs are winning in the beginning of the season so we should not be that surprised. I know what you feel about betting on NBA because let me tell you a funny story from last night on HEAT - Hornets.

It was 1st quarter and 9.5 seconds left until the end of it with a total of 26-20 ( I had Heat wins 1st quarter 3+  and I didn't cash out at 90% ) and was Heat ball. What was next is pure chaos and bad luck because they lost the ball , they faulted a guy who shot from 3 and made the shot and put him to an extra trow so the score goes up 26-24 and 3 seconds left of the quarter. Guess what happened next ? Bad pass from Heat and score goes tie 26-26 in 1st quarter. Took 9 seconds to go from YES to NO.
