#UltimateQuaranTeam tournament is such a disappointment thus far, at least for me.

Some games started with hours delay, others were played yesterday and the last 2-3 games were played this afternoon. So annoying....

It doesn't matter, but I strongly believe the league would resume for where it stopped even if it take a year currently the season usually takes between two year 2019/20 as the current, It easier not change the title for the upcoming one than to pretend a total of 29 games hadn't been played, it's going to be a bigger mess not to complete the season in all sense, than finishing it very late.

If I am not wrong then we have finished 2019/20 season and if its cancelled then really feeling bad for you as its never been fair for club and fans wait for three decades really bad if cancelled.

Fifa's nice and all but I'm more looking forward to "Poker with Steve" . Any updates on this one when it might happen ?
Oh my GOD! A fifa game against the players who are actually in fifa would be like dream come true for most of us. I am not going to lie I am not a great fifa player, I do not have those amazing players and I haven't played in couple months now and I am in 6th or 7th right now, never been above 5th so far in division, so I can't really say that I would be ideal candidate, there are so many great players around the world who can probably score 10+ goals to me in a game.
However if given the chance I would play the hell out of that game and twitch stream it and also cast it myself and just be the commentator. It would be like a life story for all my life that I talk about to my grandchildren when I am old, it would be that awesome honestly. I definitely suggest asking around and trying to get at least some young ones interested.

Yes. The La Liga tournament finished yesterday with Real Madrid winning the grand finals against Leganes.Man, I was looking forward for some NRL action tomorrow but I forgot they're suspended as well after the AFL gave their announcement.

I was reading that even within Australia, they are closing down states vs states.. so teams can't travel between cities which is madness.
The NRL proposed moving all the Teams to Queensland for the season! imagine that.. but logistically impossible really.
Lets hope this blows over quickly.

I am in for wiping their asses in Fifa but my weapon of choice is PC. I am nowhere near good enough to play against pros but should be able to more than hold my ground around casual players. Should be fun to have some Fifa tournament during this Corona quarantine crisis.

@Steve yeah! That would be so super awesome. Can do a mini tournament for Sportsbet Virtua Bitcoin Cup 2020 =), maybe a small contribution to one of the causes in the UK like Coingaming did for #Teamtrees... even if those of us here don't play Fifa (I don't but my son will happily enter haha) will want to bet on it!

Also did someone watch the nascar and F1 races from yesterday ? I heard that Nascar was badass with actually all the pilots but F1 was a disaster ....a lot of crashes in first 2 laps ...a bunch of kids playing F1 and the problem is that it was broadcast in skysports LOL.

What is this esports platform based on, does anyone know? I mean not just the game engine but who feeds the statistics. And, are the match outcomes already predetermined from the computer system,,, or does it play out like a normal game and we see the highlights only? I saw one game but it was sped up like only 2 minutes,,, is that correct?

I think we need to clarify the distinction between Esports and Virtual sports.
The game you saw for '90 seconds- was probably Virtual sports. This would be computer-generated game, whether it be football, moto bikes, dogs or horses.. This does have a Random Number Generator I beleive and is full run by the computer, so similar to Slot machines really. Although, Man City odds on at 1.30 would 'likely win the match, its not totally random, but fairly well random enough.
Esports:
These are real people, players + teams playing computer games against each other. Whether it be CsGo, DOTA, or even Nintendo Mario Kart
This is where the contest is, person vs person over a video game, similar to what we do with beers and our mates when we have a night in.
These Esports tournaments are massive and millions of people are part of this industry.
So this La Liga tournament held Sat night, and the F1 tournament Sunday night, and this current big one - QuaranTEAM are actual players and drivers of the respective real time sports PLAYING the computer games VS each other. It didn't happen, but you COULD have had Messi v Ronaldo on FIFA20
I think that's the best way to clear up the difference?

I played yesterday and I enjoyed some of these games.I based my choices on the rule that even if it is an electronic league a team of La Liga is stronger than the teams from the third league in England.Also is a good choice to play the over bet as these electronic events produce more goals than their real counterparts.
Electronic league is fun these days when almost all real events are cancelled.
