1. Watford agrees to square off with Man United players online, livestreamed. Sportbet does special bookie lines on them.
2. Public can record commentary, and best commentary wins a 1 vs 1 15 min match on Fifa with a Watford star. Or simpler, predict minute of first goal and final score.

And, are the match outcomes already predetermined from the computer system,,, or does it play out like a normal game and we see the highlights only? I saw one game but it was sped up like only 2 minutes,,, is that correct?

I think we need to clarify the distinction between Esports and Virtual sports.
The game you saw for '90 seconds- was probably Virtual sports. This would be computer-generated game, whether it be football, moto bikes, dogs or horses.. This does have a Random Number Generator I beleive and is full run by the computer, so similar to Slot machines really. Although, Man City odds on at 1.30 would 'likely win the match, its not totally random, but fairly well random enough.
Esports:
These are real people, players + teams playing computer games against each other. Whether it be CsGo, DOTA, or even Nintendo Mario Kart
This is where the contest is, person vs person over a video game, similar to what we do with beers and our mates when we have a night in.
These Esports tournaments are massive and millions of people are part of this industry.
So this La Liga tournament held Sat night, and the F1 tournament Sunday night, and this current big one - QuaranTEAM are actual players and drivers of the respective real time sports PLAYING the computer games VS each other. It didn't happen, but you COULD have had Messi v Ronaldo on FIFA20
I think that's the best way to clear up the difference?

I played yesterday and I enjoyed some of these games.I based my choices on the rule that even if it is an electronic league a team of La Liga is stronger than the teams from the third league in England.Also is a good choice to play the over bet as these electronic events produce more goals than their real counterparts.
Electronic league is fun these days when almost all real events are cancelled.

Honestly the esports virtual leagues are kinda fun and it should remain as an option for betting after the leagues are resuming the games, what are you guys thinking of this ? We know that esports are a big thing right now and even in my country today we had a commentary between 2 teams Dinamo vs Craiova playing fifa and it was funny and entertained to watch them play.

To those interested in this tournament, here are some teams that will have a professional FIFA player as their representative: FC Nantes, Cheltenham Town, Sheffield Wednesday, and Standard Liege.
There are probably some more but these are the ones that i know signed a pro player. We'll have a pretty good tournament in the later stages once the amateur players get KO'd in the first few rounds.

So I bet on BELARUS - Vysshaya League and AUSTRALIA A-League yesterday. And as expected, both of my bets lost. LOL. Really hard to bet on these games especially because when I handicap these games, the information about them are very minimal and didn't help at all. Anyways, just wanted some action and that's the main reason why I bet on them. This COVID-19 is killing my life right now. 
We have LaLiga fifa match ROFL! This is what corona does to sports globally and especially to bookies as they lose a lot of money now so if this Esports LaLiga thing will catch, more and more games will be added from different teams from different countries. I just checked the result and it ended at 2 - 3 for Perez which means from the 2 head to head match the Perez guy won twice.
