Am using sportsbet for 4 years and more. I love sportsbet for their lightening fast withdrawals. Infact they are the best in the market when it comes to withdrawals. Any big a withdrawal will be credited in seconds.
But I hate to say they are the worst when it comes to handling customer issues.
For the last few days am having a huge problem with them
1. There is a huge flaw in sportsbet live betting system. They takes upto 10 seconds to place a bet. In that 10 second period if the odds decreases or the market comes in favour of customer. They simply reject the bet and ask to accept new decreased odds. But while bet loading, if the odds increased or the market goes against the customer, they simply place the bet without even asking customer confirmation at unintended unfair odds.
2. To put it simple, you want to take Team A at 1.6 odds in live betting. While bet loading, team A scored a goal and odds dropped to 1.1, the bet was rejected and asked to accept new 1.1 odds.
Now imagine, while bet loading, team B scored a goal and odds went upto 5 from 1.5 and market totally against us, now the bet was simply placed without asking conformation of new odds
3. So the market on favor of u, bets rejected
The market goes against u, bet accepted.
People who do live betting knows how big a flaw and unfair policy is this
I was hugely affected by this. All my winning bets were simply rejected or asked to do at less odds. While bets and markets against me and my unintended odds were placed.
I got extremely affected and stressed and I took a proof of the same as well. You can see this screenshot

Just above it, market changed to 1.29 1.27. It didn't ask me to confirm. U can see nothing there in screenshot. But simply placed the bet at unfair odds.
Also check the time frame. Like this so many so many so many unfair bets.
I asked in chat. I pointed them out the flaw. But they simply harrased me. Threatened me to block and even blocked and sarcastically smiled for asking justice
All I said is sir I given proofs. I given facts. I pointed a flaw. You yourself check it by placing bets sir. No reply. No answers. Simply said nothing is wrong and lied and lied and harrased
Someone plesse help me
I still trust sportsbet and management.
Only problem with few customer care.
I lost and missed profits of more than 300mb
Atleast either u accept all or reject all.
But you reject all winning in my favor bets. While all bets with markets against me were placed. I suffers huge. Also huge stress and harassment to me by customer care for M politely asking my justice.
I need a compensation of 200 mb for these issues losses and stress I go through. I hope sportsbet management does it

Firstly, thank you for your custom over the years and we are well aware of the frequency you play with us, so thank you for that.
After looking into all the information across our departments here and spending time with the people who were involved in the this query, I feel I need to clarify a few things that you have mentioned as we are in a public domain and I'd like the information to be 100% factual and correct for all parties.
I understand the fact of a bet taking 10 seconds to get on can be frustrating. We have focused a lot of time energy and money into our product and we may still have a way to go, but im sure our latest upgrade today will be a massive step forward. Other reasons for slow bet acceptance can be the user's internet connection and that coupled with the fast price movements in play Tennis and especially In-Play game markets for ITF, they can be really frustrating to bet on.
Our odds provider has to be 100% on top of the game as well and if there are any sluggish issues on their side from data entry live at the match or data feed, that too can cause delays at the customer's end.
I'm happy to accept sportsbet.io has areas of opportunity to address, but I won't accept the following comments that you made in regards to our integrity of us accepting customer's bets:

I really hope you are not suggesting we cancel users' bets after they become winning bets?? It doesn't sound like its something you would usually say, so I'm surprised you mentioned about this point three times.
We have no idea how a Tennis match will pan out and we pay out all legitimate bets without question. We don't have time to play around with ITF bets canceling and allowing them through based on a game situation. We are busily trying to focus on improving and becoming a better sportsbook.
The other point I won't accept is the accusation of poor behaviour from our 24/7 live support team. To say they harassed you and cut you off the minute you brought up an issue is just false and completely untrue.
I have logs, chat transcripts and emails here that show me our team went out of their way to give you the best, accurate and fastest information in regards to your reported problem.
Unfortunately, the information you received about the reported problem was not to your expectations, but after my investigation of the communication between all parties, the information supplied to you was true and correct.
You did, however, come to chat 7-8 times in a 24 hour period repeatedly requesting account reviews as you "had lost 200-300mbtc recently" After a couple of free spin reviews which we did payout free spins, we had to say 'no more free spins or bets'
We have our policy and you reached the reward limit during those repetitive live chat transcripts. For you to further come in again sometimes an hour later and repeat the request, the repeat answer will be no. So I understand how that can be frustrating for you.
In reference to this claim from yourself: VJ: "I lost and missed profits of more than 300mb" : After looking at your recent betting pattern, stakes, and the bets you actually placed on that mentioned match, Im not going to be able to fully believe there was 300mbtc of missing winnings here.
I'm waiting to hear back some final pieces of information about the feed and offering of our ITF product, our odds acceptance feature and then Ill be in touch with you via PM with a follow up email.
But as for now,
I am unable to grant compensation of 200 mbtc as requested.
