While I understand the concern Sportsbet.io has regarding potentially suspicious games, the way they deal with customers afterwards is lacking.
I would make the argument that only the amount that was placed on this game and its eventual winnings should be seized, and not the entire balance. That doesn't make sense to me. It makes sense if you want to eventually catch people profiting from these suspicious games, but it is clear that I'm not one of those people considering my account activity.
Secondly, the fact that there doesn't seem to be a limit to the suspension period, and that it's only limit is : "when the officials will reply". As I made the argument in the live chat, what if they never reply ? It wouldn't make sense for funds to be technically seized forever.
I think it is one particular case where the process really is not just good enough when it comes to dealing with customers. I understand I'm not the only one, but still, after 8 days, it is incredibly angering.

Are you going to list the Sportsbet app on the official Google store? I don't like to sideload apps. Browser betting is very smooth but I'd like to check out the app anyway.

I searched for sportsbet.io on Play Store. I found an app with quite similar logo. The file size is 56 MB while the size of the file in the website is only 9.9 MB. The file on google play is not the real sportsbet.io app.

Yep - the official sportsbet app has to be downloaded via their website! They mention that on their promo-page as well!
if yes it was your concern . then i can say that is the official app of sportsbet.io , an app to make you up to date on the live football scores.
i did downloaded it too as it stated on the website some time ago , this is the link https://sportsbet.io/promotions/sb-live-app
the reason why that sportsbet.io mobile betting app is not availabe on google play store is because of the google play store don't allow content or services that facilitate online gambling.
it should be crystal clear now haha

This weeks European games have been a bit rough, not many people scrolled through to a win this week unless they played few games individually. Liverpool and Napoli has been a weird one because I know Napoli has always been good against Liverpool for some unknown reason but I didn't think it would be still not easy for them, Liverpool could actually win because we all know they are the better team.
In any case I also played in Liepzig because they have been on a great roll and they were playing Benfica and possibly was a good match for Leipzig to continue their domination. Otherwise Barcelona and ajax and couple other teams were as expected yet I always play parlay so my slip was a loss, if I played individual ones I would have probably made a bit money with 4 wins and 2 losses but not entirely sure.
