Klopp is going to complete his last season with Liverpool and to leave the club at the end of 2023 - 2024 season.

It's his 9th season with Liverpool and because he will soon become part of Liverpool history, let's review his coach career.
Jürgen Norbert Klopp's coach career stats

Quote
Liverpool FC                  Manager   15/16 (Oct 8, 2015)   23/24 (Jun 30, 2024)
Borussia Dortmund        Manager   08/09 (Jul 1, 2008)   14/15 (Jun 30, 2015)
FSV Mainz 05               Manager   00/01 (Feb 28, 2001)   07/08 (Jun 30, 2008)
Eintracht Frankfurt         Youth Coach   88/89 (Jul 1, 1988)   89/90 (Jun 30, 1990)

Klopp has his habit to stay long time with a club he manages as a coach and has an average coach term is 7.69 years.
There will be no English team to be coached by Jurgen Klopp after deciding to end his coaching period with Liverpool.
We can confirm that in the attitude of Jurgen Klopp, the phenomenal coach at Anfied.
Sometimes there are those who hope that Klopp trains another club wearing another red uniform in England, rest assured that won't happen.

From the duration of his time coaching Klopp, I would like to correct that when he was still at Dortmund, it was not July 2008 - June 2015, but July 2008 - July 2015.

For us, whatever decisions are made by active coaches, including Jurgen Klopp, we will respect them and we fully support them even though these decisions are difficult to accept.

Until now it's impressive that he always had success and has never been sacked.
Maybe he also always chooses the perfect time to retire from his position, who knows.

I have read that after he finishes in Liverpool he will take 1 year off, as he did after his gig in Dortmund.

Bayern Munich is already licking their fingers, I sincerely hope he won't joining them after his well deserved break.
Another good option would be the manager position of the German national team. The coach we have right now is only planned to stay until/after the upcoming Euro, after that the position is pretty much vacant.
Hopefully DFB will start contacting Klopp about a job offer real quick before Bayern is making a well paid offer he can't refuse.

I'm sure many people didn't expect his decision to retire, but it's good that he closed his career at Liverpool, at least if Liverpool win the EPL this season of course it will be the best gift and memory for him to close this season with the EPL title with Liverpool, he's been at Liverpool for quite a long time and has building it for a long time until Liverpool is a good club today, of course changing coaches will be another process to become better. In many cases, when a club changes its coach, its performance usually declines.

But I hope Liverpool can maintain their consistency and performance even without Klopp and with a new coach they can become a stronger team than before. I just read this news. It's very unfortunate that he retired. I hope Liverpool gets a coach who really deserves to replace Klopp because in Basically Liverpool already had good quality while being coached by Klopp so that if their performance declines it will take a long time to go through the process of getting better.

Are any of you playing AFCON fantasy by any chance? It is a quite refreshing experience.

I thought about this before but I tried AFC because I'm around Asia and know more about the players there than AFCON even though AFCON has some better star players but I tried AFC but not AFCON.
On the other hand it seems like it's a little late to start now if you force yourself to play fantasy AFCON because looking at the time now they are ready in the round of 16 and I would rather just watch it than play it now Cheesy

BTW speaking of AFCON I honestly see Cape Verde being more different now than before the group stage matches lol

Unfortunately I heard of it after the tournament started. Otherwise I would have played absolutely.

Even though Egypt showed a horrible performance in the group stage they have the potential to reach the finale with quite easy matchups. Therefore even if Salah recovers early I don't think that Liverpool would have the chance to be able to use him before AFCON.
We have few peoples those are having all updates and information's about this all just because of this no one try and have any pool or competition about this all, but now we can expect in future because in this season we have good discussion about this all on different threads which is good. But still one thing is sure we have the good number of members those are having all details about UEFA events and doing good stuff but for the other regions we have not good details, so I never check any pool or competition related to Copa América, AFCON or AFC Asia Cup even they are having the good number of fans around the world as well.

Pochettino doesn't want his news to continue to be written with negative results. But we have to admit Palmer and Enzo played well.
Liverpool are preparing to enter the final round because they won 2-1 in the first round at Anfield. A draw could bring the Reds through to the final.
@LFC_Bitcoin, what are Liverpool's chances at Craven Cottage?

Sorry, I only just saw this. We are in the final without too many scares. Fulham huffed and puffed but they didn’t threaten too much to turn it around. I didn’t feel we were in too much danger, even when they scored. Yet another final against Chelsea now, we will be favourites to lift the cup but Chelsea are still dangerous, even if they are so inconsistent. Will be a good game, I am trying hard to get a ticket for the final.

It doesn't matter, dude  Wink, because Liverpool have managed to reach the final without losing in both legs of this tournament. Congratulations to Liverpool and supporters. Chelsea vs Liverpool is an ideal final to enjoy.
Favorites to lift the trophy? Chelsea fans' confidence is also good these days.

We now know the AFCON last 16 (full details in link below).

Angola vs Namibia (Stade de la Paix, Bouake, 5pm)
Nigeria vs Cameroon (Felix Houphouet-Boigny Stadium, Abidjan, 8pm)
Equatorial Guinea vs Guinea (Alassane Ouattara Stadium, Abidjan, 5pm)
Egypt vs DR Congo (Laurent Pokou Stadium, San Pedro, 8pm)
Cape Verde vs Mauritania (Felix Houphouet-Boigny Stadium, Abidjan, 5pm)
Senegal vs Ivory Coast (Charles Konan Banny Stadium, Yamoussoukro, 8pm)
Mali vs Burkina Faso (Amadou Gon Coulibaly Stadium, Korhogo, 5pm)
Morocco vs South Africa (Laurent Pokou Stadium, San Pedro, 8pm)

AFCON has entered the round of 16. There will be matches that are difficult to forget for fans of their respective national teams. Unseeded teams also made it in.
If there is an event to guess who will enter the semifinals, I think it is appropriate to do it now before continuing with the event to predict who will enter the final.

On reddit some guy on r/fantasyPL made a public pool, and despite having no experience in this tournament, I find myself in the top 16% anyway.

The fast nature of the tournament makes me just create a set-and-forget team, and then maybe I update it once per week.

Can't believe Algeria crashed out though. One of the more unexpected results.

This tournament only really starts to get interesting now. As Salah has returned home through injury and is unlikely to play for Egypt unless they make the final I have a little hope Cape Verde can win it. They were impressive in the group stage. I went there once, beautiful country.

Who wants Boro to progress tonight? They only need a draw but it's a tough ask at Stamford Bridge... Palmer came so close so often in the first leg, Sterling also should be hungry, but I'm liking the odds against the Poch.
I know you love betting on underdogs but chances for Chelsea losing today was almost zero.
AFCON matches had many surprises so you need to try to catch your fishes there, Mauritania is now leading against Algeria at halftime  Shocked

@buwaytress has a second betting list where the bets are even bigger than the betting list shown here.
In this case, he places a bet on Boro winning, the second bet I mean is placing a bet on Chelsea winning.  Grin

Middlesborough have absolutely capitulated, damn they are embarrassing themselves. I thought Chelsea would qualify for the final but didn’t expect Middlesborough to get turned over so easily.

I guess we will just have to beat them at Wembley again. Let’s get there first though hey Wink

Yeah, I like looking at new blood. Not that I dislike all the existing ones, but it's like the Prem League, I'm always excited by the ones joining up from Championship, especially when it's debutantes. I know you're maintaining that thread here too, so you know better than most who's likely to promote.
Many players got removed from Division 3 last season so we need reliable players who wont forget to make predictions all the time.

I told my friend that Liverpool had successfully pranked the crowd who hoped that Liverpool would fail to get full points with a goalless draw in the first 45 minutes of the first half, then in the second half they opened the score and closed the match with 4 goals.
Before the match started I showed how confident I was in Liverpool's victory, who were without Mohamed Salah and Endo because of international duty.

Facing Bournemouth, Liverpool players played with high winning spirit. Trent's replacement in that match, Conor Bradley, who is still 20 years old, played well enough to make 1 assist in his first match in Liverpool's main squad. Bradley's rating also almost reached 8 in yesterday's match.
Liverpool definitely looked like they weren't the same team at both halves, which I joked around about how much Klopp must have yelled at the half time break. I mean the way they played at second half was more like a poetry, they really did showed us how good football is played, it was like an opera at sight and they did everything perfectly, they made very few mistakes and they played wonderfully.

First half wasn't like that, it was more chaotic, it looked like they were lost on the field and they didn't do as well as they should. In the end, only thing that matters would be just the fact that they have tried their best and they did as best as they could and got the three points and still the leader, that's all that matters.

I wanted to make a betslip with the free bet I won last for the Australian Open. And Novak Djokovic didn't make me sad by breaking the serve at the moment I wanted. As I said before I expect Djokovic to become the champion and I don't think that there is anyone who can make difficulties for him except Sinner now.

I like how you are too confident with your bet. 3.30 that's something special. Honestly I would not bet on it with my freebet. With courage you can really get a big win, so congratulations mate. I'm just wondering what is the biggest free bet a bettor could get? Personally I am not anymore active using sportsbet but I could not remember getting at least 1mbtc for a free bet.

Not sure if anybody watched the game but very impressive performance by Liverpool today at Bournemouth. I didn’t expect it to be as easy as 4-0 as believe it or not, in recent times, Bournemouth are the form team in the PL.
Liverpool now has a nice advantage and they are in first place with best defense in Premier League and best goal scorer.
Bad news is that Salah got injured in AFCON and we dont know when he is going to come back.

I thought yesterday that Bournemouth would perform well and make things difficult for Liverpool because previously they appeared very surprising in winning in a row, after Tottenham broke their winning streak, Bournemouth was no longer a difficult club, just look at their performance yesterday where Liverpool managed to embarrass Bournemouth at home. with a landslide score of four goals without reply, even though Liverpool did not play several important players such as Moh Salah who was focused on AFCON.
