Hi CLS63!!

Many thanks for posting that!

Yes, its fantastic catching up with all you guys in random places.  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

My flight back home from Dubai was split up for some strange reason giving me 1 night layover in a country i had never been to before.

Not only did I take this opportunity to meet the Bitcointalk Legend that is CLS63, but he and his mate came and picked me up at the airport..

We then drove to my hotel, they waited outside whilst i quickly checked in, had a shower, and got back out to them.

We went to their favourite place, had a couple beers, ( I paid of course ) and then chatted about the local sporting scene and come up with some plans for sponsorship, and CERTAINLY a return visit to stay for longer..

I liked one of the beer glasses so much, I bought it from the pub and its at home with me right now!!.. not quite beer drinking weather, but I can wait..

Looking forward to the next mixed up trip hassle to see who I run into next..   Shocked Shocked

regards,

 Cool Cool Steve + CLS63

Like Steve said before BEERS WITH STEVE can happen anywhere at anytime!

It was a nice detail to have a notification of ClubhouseTV being live on Kick at the time of the meeting. I wonder if you are still not following ClubHouseTV.  Cheesy

Many thanks to Steve for taking his limited time out of his day to have a late catch up with me. I hope that we have more time next time and we can travel the city.

I really like that beer.
Who paid? Steve or you. LOL

I still follow ClubhouseTV Sportsbet and drinks that can always accompany me every live broadcast is an ordinary drink with low alcohol content unlike beer beer of big people at important events like your meeting with Steve.

Hopefully fun and be able to return to enjoy the extraordinary atmosphere of discussions with great people like Steve.

To meet with Steve, should it be planned and what is the level of difficulty, is it as difficult as meeting the President?

It was quite enjoyable to meet Steve again and chat with him. The food and beers were great in the meeting which happened quite late due to Steve's flight times.

But at least there is a reduction in the minimum withdrawal limit on bitcoin which is very good because several other sites are also doing the same thing, the difference is that Sportsbet responds quickly to user complaints and requests here, I am happy to see the team working with a response that the team from other casinos cannot do. is on this forum, it seems that only the sportsbet team is very active on this forum compared to the others.
It gives their users feeling of more friendly customer care from the team. Users can feel more comfortable to deposit money, bet for a while and still be able to withdraw with this new limit. Win big and withdraw money is easy but if they lose, they will not have a challenge to deposit more for having enough fund to withdraw it.  Cheesy

I think the bitcoin price increase may increase over time so an update on this withdrawal limit is needed, hopefully the team will continue to update it in this thread.  Wink
Bitcoin price increase almost has nothing to do with withdrawal minimal limit because on chain transaction fee is paid in BTC or in other words, satoshi. The team can decrease the min withdrawal but there will certainly be a threshold as you can not decrease it forever and surely can not be nearly equal to transaction fee.

I think in future, many platforms will have to switch to Lightning Network or Liquid for Bitcoin deposit and withdrawal.

EDIT >> UPDATE: The business has officially dropped the minimum withdrawal amount to 0.001 BTC ( 1 mbtc )   - Obviously we are on the lookout for the next spike in BTC prices where we will have to drop it again.

That's a great job, I didn't expect that the Sportsbet team interacts quickly with all the communities and users here, it's true that the price of bitcoin is increasing so there needs to be a change in the withdrawal limits in bitcoin as well so that small gamblers like me can withdraw money without having to wait for big wins there, although of course I also withdraw bitcoins, I will be burdened with expensive transaction fees on the bitcoin network.

Anybody enjoying the AFCON?
I didnt watch a single AFCON match yet, but maybe I am going to watch Ivory Coast vs Nigeria tomorrow because it was included as one of the BSFL questions.
What I watched are some short video clips with goalkeeper and defense mistakes, it was very funny like from amateur leagues. Smiley
Salah scoring most goals sounds good to me.

This is still the group stage and there are no fierce matches yet, currently there are only a few matches which in my opinion are unbalanced and very boring to watch.
Maybe when I enter the know out round I will regularly watch AFCON matches, currently I only watch some match footage from some teams to see the strength of these teams.

Mohamed Salah is the top scorer at AFCON 2024?
Yes, it is very possible, he is in good form at the moment and in the first match Mohamed Salah managed to score a dramatic goal at the end of the match to save Egypt from defeat.

That's got to be the lowest I've ever seen for BTC! 1 mbtc min, or has it been lower before?

Obviously Sportsbet also has to take into account costs -- I personally don't see myself withdrawing that amount except to pay for pool fees (haha) but understandably, $40 makes sense to Sunday gamblers, I've been there, scrounging books for the tenners they still keep on my account haha.

2024/25: Min withdrawal $40 at 0.0001? Wink

That was a fast adjustment very short after I pointed it out, well done sportbet.io!!
I appreciate the fast feedback to customer concerns!

Since your players don't have to pay for the mining fee ( or do you have now? ) I think that's a very fair number!
At your biggest competitor the min withdrawal amount is super tiny with not even 0.00006 btc, though you have to pay almost 0.0001 btc as a withdrawal fee which makes the whole withdrawal useless of course.  Grin

I only watched Egypt’s game with Mozambique to check on my boy Mo Salah and the host nation, Ivory Coat vs Guinea-Bissau.

Who do you like the look of, are you betting on anybody to win it, maybe a bet on the top goalscorer?

Isn't that a little bit high?
With a rise of btc prices what will be the point we will see an adjustment to that? I mean it can't stay at 0.002 forever, right?
It could be lower but it is not that big considering that Sportsbet is not charging any withdrawal fees, and I would always choose to wait and withdraw bigger amount of coins Wink
There is one good topic that is tracking Withdrawal Fees and Withdrawal Amounts on most crypto casinos:

Short question about withdrawals.

I just saw that the minimum withdrawal amount for btc is a whopping 0.002. At todays prices that's like 85$.

Isn't that a little bit high?

Massive game for both teams, this is. Newcastle need to try and stay in touch with the top 4 and Man City don’t want to fall further behind league leaders Liverpool.

I will definitely be rooting for the Toon Army here. Come on Newcastle!
Newcastle United really want to enjoy the air of Champions League again but Pep made an excellent decision by sending Kevin in and they won the match with one goal and one assist from Kevin within less than 30 minutes of his appearance on field.

This result helps Manchester City to continue the race with Liverpool and break down the hope of Newcastle United to maintain an acceptable distance with top four. Now they even dropped below Chelsea on the table of Premier League and above them, there are many other clubs too. This season might end as a nightmare for Newcastle United even they began it not too bad in Champions League.
This defeat will be a nightmare for Newcastle where they should be able to maintain their victory but unfortunately Manchester City is currently quite tough to beat, I think maybe Guardiola saw almost all of Newcastle's players in the second half almost all of the players gathered to play in the back line playing defensively and relying on counterattack so it was difficult for Manchester City to penetrate their defense and it was also difficult to find gaps to equalize.

But after KDB was introduced into the second half it seemed like the Newcastle players were starting to get a little loose and frustrated and finally KDB found a gap to score and equalize also on a beautiful last goal where he gave BOB an assist, it was the best goal I've seen this week in the EPL, this defeat will clearly be a problem for Newcastle in the EPL, of course it will be difficult to catch up too. Howe and his team must recognize Manchester City's superiority, they deserve to get full points and shorten the points gap with Liverpool. just waiting for Liverpool to make a mistake. Manchester City will win the title again this season. I think Newcastle should be able to focus on the UCL later  Wink

1 point is enough for Newcastle to play at St. James' Park against Manchester City? for me not enough. What do you think, is it enough or not?
Newcastle's worst record now they are experiencing 4x losing streak, this is clearly not profitable despite playing well at home but having to surrender also to Manchester City now they fail to secure points well, I think Eddie Howe has begun to threaten his position.

We tried well to get 3 points but Newcastle were unable to maintain it in the second half.
4x consecutive defeats will end in the next match. Eddie Howe's position, we'll see what decision the club management will make.

Newcastle in the second half played too much of a defensive strategy until Kevin De Bruyne equalized the score at 2-2.
If Newcastle plays with a strategy like in the first half, they will get a draw if they are unable to win.

Manchester United vs Tottenham Hotspur
Odds reach 4.10 for those who choose to draw on the 1x2 bet. It would be too bold to bet on a draw because Manchester United is inconsistent and Tottenham are without Son who is on international duty.
Sportsbet is giving odds of 2.02 for Manchester United and 3.30 odds for Tottenham.

If you are sure, betting time is still available.

Nice wins Betwrong Smiley I keep getting tempted to bet on big odds since I lose 'small odds' anyway lol
~

Thank you! Exactly that's why I bet on big odds. I've noticed that if I bet with 1.40 odds, my win is not guaranteed anyway, and I can lose several of such bets before winning one. So, maybe it's better to try my luck with 14.00 odds then? Maybe winning one in several bets will be profitable then. I must say I'm not trying to make money from my gambling, it's all for fun, but making a profitable bet is part of the fun, right? And looks like it's working so far. Smiley Only my favourite odds are above 100.00 most of the time.

Right? 2x is a coinflip in my mind, and 5x or higher is more likely to happen with the right amount of info and luck on your side. 15x happens way too many times for us to think it's coinflipping 15 times Smiley

I don't go 100x tho, but I should explore this option Smiley Good luck betting wrong Wink

AFCON 2024 started officially last night. I think that Nigeria can become champions surprisingly in Osimhen's lead this year.

The thing that made me excited the most is that the Australia-Open started. It is quite sad that Nadal had to withdraw from the tournament before even it started. Djokovic is absolutely the favourite of the tournament by far. I think that the only name who can make difficulties for him is Jannik Sinner.

Losing in stoppage time is one of the worst thing that can happen to team and players.
I dont know how many times they lost the match after starting great in first half, but they really need to improve on that.
Kevin De Bruyne is back for Man City, so watch out everyone in Premier League.
No doubt stop time goal break many hearts but still KDB's entry was the game changer after having entry within few minutes he score the goal and bring Manchester City at the level with they were completely dominating the match and having very strong position but still I was expecting good performance from them but Injury time goal from the Bobb break many hearts now they are at the second spot with having two points difference from the Liverpool now tomorrow we are having another exciting match as Everton going to host Aston Villa which is going to fight for their spot back from Manchester City.
