Massive game for both teams, this is. Newcastle need to try and stay in touch with the top 4 and Man City don’t want to fall further behind league leaders Liverpool.
Losing in stoppage time is one of the worst thing that can happen to team and players.
I dont know how many times they lost the match after starting great in first half, but they really need to improve on that.
Kevin De Bruyne is back for Man City, so watch out everyone in Premier League.

1 point is enough for Newcastle to play at St. James' Park against Manchester City? for me not enough. What do you think, is it enough or not?
Newcastle's worst record now they are experiencing 4x losing streak, this is clearly not profitable despite playing well at home but having to surrender also to Manchester City now they fail to secure points well, I think Eddie Howe has begun to threaten his position.

Yes this match is fun to watch. Now the standings are getting tighter between Liverpool and Manchester City, Klopp must be able to keep the distance of points again must not make mistakes or lose points in every match.

Damn that was a close game today. Almost wished for Newcastle to win too, even tho it would've killed my XFUN parlay lol. Felt like they deserved it more, idk.

I will definitely be rooting for the Toon Army here. Come on Newcastle!
If Newcastle wants to remain in the top 4, Newcastle must win. Manchester City is now 4 points behind Liverpool because the score is 2-2.

I want to share my views on the 4 goals that occurred. In my opinion, all the goals that occurred were full of technical intelligence. Newcastle's 2 goals were achieved by blocking the goalkeeper's view from the same side as Isak and Gordon.
De Bruyne also scored a goal with extraordinary technique. Before releasing the kick that resulted in the goal, Newcastle's bottom player and Dubravka thought De Bruyne would not take the shot but share it with his friend.

1 point is enough for Newcastle to play at St. James' Park against Manchester City? for me not enough. What do you think, is it enough or not?

According to the situation, Isak, who once beat Manchester City in St. James' Park in September 2023 will struggle to do so again tonight.
Reportedly Trippier is ready to fill the position on the left to help Almiron.

If Isak's results in September come true again tonight, wow... the competition for the top four is getting tighter and Newcastle will improve their position in the standings because Manchester United won't necessarily win against Spurs.

In the 6 free bets, maybe the Newcastle vs Manchester City match is not included.

Nice wins Betwrong Smiley I keep getting tempted to bet on big odds since I lose 'small odds' anyway lol
~

Thank you! Exactly that's why I bet on big odds. I've noticed that if I bet with 1.40 odds, my win is not guaranteed anyway, and I can lose several of such bets before winning one. So, maybe it's better to try my luck with 14.00 odds then? Maybe winning one in several bets will be profitable then. I must say I'm not trying to make money from my gambling, it's all for fun, but making a profitable bet is part of the fun, right? And looks like it's working so far. Smiley Only my favourite odds are above 100.00 most of the time.

In last one decade we have too many African players in Premier League
Since players of African descent are better, I wouldn't be surprised if African players are more spread across many leagues, even the minor leagues always have African players.

Liverpool will not have Mohamed Salah but Tottenham will not have Son Heung-Min. They are both very important players for two teams but Liverpool have more attacking star players who can cover the absence of Salah. In contrast, Tottenham don't have such abundant substitutions and replacements like Liverpool and Son Heung-Min simply is almost can not replaced in their club.
Liverpool's attack will not diminish in Salah's absence, there is a list of other strikers who fill the void.
And also some of their midfield players are injured including some defenders Matip and Arnold, it might be a bit of a problem for Klopp.

Tottenham in Son Heung-Min's absence have Timo Werner coming in, but I'm not so sure he can perform in the same way as Son Heung-Min.

@SATWAT Tottenham planned well but to be honest only time will tell if their decision turns a good one or it goes horribly wrong. Furthermore Manchester United too will be losing their keeper and while Ten Hag is making a fuss out of it I don’t even know if the replacement will be as poor as Onana or for a chance he’ll be better and then Onana will be benched on his return so in case wagering on Manchester United keep this in mind.

Liverpool star Mohamed Salah will not be present in next match against Tottenham. This will not reduce Liverpool's chances of winning, but it will reduce its chances of scoring the largest number of goals. On this basis, I would bet on the chance of "under 2.5 goals" could be as profitable as the match against Arsenal.
I also think it will be a difficult match for Liverpool since Wataru Endo will not be present either due to his participation in the Asian Championship with his country. Since the chances of winning decrease, betting on the total goals of the match will be better.

Logically Liverpool will still be a stronger team in the match and they in theory will have higher chance to win the match than Tottenham.

If Liverpool have many players absent due to injury and several are defending the team at AFCON, ASIAN CUP, visiting Craven Cotagge to complete the second leg which still has around 14 days left, Klopp only needs a draw to be able to appear in the Final.

A draw is not a difficult result for Liverpool to achieve.

I hope Liverpool can overcome this challenge despite a few absentees and international duty, perhaps the hardest opponent over the next month will be Arsenal away but I think Klopp will devise the best strategy as long as they have little trouble.

The EFL Cup is not the least bit important, if Klopp is able to win this title then great, if not no big deal their focus will only be on the Premier League and Europa League.

That is what Klopp and his fans are worried about, they hope Salah after the competition does not have injury problems, because he is a player who is quite reliable for Liverpool in important matches.
I hope they will play well and go through this month smoothly but it is common challenge for many clubs in Premier League because they have many African players. Asian players are not too commonly used in Premier League clubs but African players are.

Over many years, I did not know why the African Cup always is hosted in middle of season in Europe and I did not do research about it. From the World Cup 2022 in Qatar, I guess that it is solely because of weather condition in Africa continent to make January is like a best month to host their big tournament.

Do anyone actually know about reasons behind it with information resource?
In last one decade we have too many African players in Premier League with most of the time when we have Afcon few clubs have serious consequences for this as well but no one can do anything because mostly players love to play for their country, so clubs have to arrange for this. January and February are the ideal month s for these games in this region, and they also want they never have any issue with World Cup main events.

In June, July and August we have hot weather which is never been ideal for any games in this region which is also main reason so most they try to have this in these months.

Bit of a disjointed performance by Liverpool tonight but after going 1-0 down, we will gladly take a 2-1 lead into the 2nd leg. Lots of players missing injured or away on international duty, we weren't at our best.

We have 10 days off until our next game so I will be watching and betting on other games. The Spanish Super Cup should be interesting.

The Madrid Derby is like a Final match. It took two hours for Real Madrid to beat Atletico.
Real Madrid is just waiting for the results of Barcelona vs Osasuna.
Hopefully the Barcelona players don't steal time to meet Cristiano to ask how the weather is in Riyadh.
In next one month Liverpool having 5 games with just one is surely toughest against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium in others things are controllable few are disappointed after their performance in first leg of the EFL Cup semi-final, but players were nervous in first half then fightback good in second half and have won by the score of 2–1 which is surely impressive now they are going to face Bournemouth at Vitality Stadium which is surely not easy game but after having this win their confidence level is better, and they can do better with having win will keep them at the top which is the best option but in case of any other result still they could be in better place, but this will increase pressure which is surely not good with too many absences of quality players.

Liverpool will have some challenging weeks with many disadvantages like injuries and absence of key players because of African and Asian Cups. This winning will help them to have some different options to prepare for a second-leg match with Fullham 2 weeks later on 25 January. League Cup is not too important with them compares to other big competitions, Premier League and Europa League.

With some injuries and risk of injuries from Salah and Endo because of international duties, Klopp will have to build up careful plan for Liverpool in next two months, this month and one month later when Salah and Endo returns to Anfield. Even those players return without injuries, he will have to give them one or two weeks to recover.

Liverpool was able to make a comeback in this duel and this is a solid result for them when going into the second leg. Liverpool always struggling with Fulham and they always have to lose in some part of the match. The spanish super cup was just lit. So many goals and so many turnarounds in the Madrid derby.
