Sportsbet manually credited my account .047BTC when the blockchain was having issues.
To say Sportsbet doesnt care about its customers is a bit far fetched.

I had 9+ 2 = 11 hand in blackjack, i gave double down.. But nothing happened .. i was made to stand @ 11 and lose .. Site was also too slow and down that whole day ..

But u twisting words as per your needs .. If u know i gave double down @ a specified time, u received my request and you should process it..
check the time frame, the next second i pressed double down .. Offered @ 19:53:15 .. Pressed double down @ 19"53:16 .. So obviously you received my request, you should process it .. If u didnt process its your mistake, connection problem @ your site ..

You accepted, I pressed  DOUBLE DOWN at 19:53:16 ..

My job is just to press double down .. If u recieved double down request and knew the time at which i pressed double down, then how its my problem ..

If u didnt process it, its your mistake, you are responsible ..

I am certain that they will not allow if you are entering from US and a message will pop up regarding that, but i am not sure about other countries who have those restrictions, but i would like to hear from them regarding that, even if you bye pass a countries internet restrictions, i am not talking about US restrictions but other countries, will they allow to gamble and will they dispute if they win big.

Hello i have 2 issues on this day, where u mentioned site was slow and down..

 Been 5 days , both issues were not solved .. Been fed up with multiple live chats and emails..

You accepted I pressed DOUBLE DOWN ..

If i press double down, you should process it .. You acknowledged even the time @ which i pressed double down ? If u didnt process it, then how it will be my mistake ?

in addition, your site is too slow and down that late night and early morning .. You even accepted it here ..

On quering it, again u accepted site got down at that time and offered me a compensation of just 10 mb for my 270 mb loss ..  

Again without making an issue, i accepted it ..

Forget it .. But i need a solution here .. been 5 days..
