My username - janssonwi. You stole my 5.5 BTC. I made a few hundred bets worth over 40 BTC.
I ordered more than 30 withdrawals and received them, but five minutes after the last one you blocked the account with the remainder.

All your accusations are baseless and have the sole purpose of not paying out the account balance.

It would be good if you published some evidence about it. I play a lot there with no problem (although their VIP bonuses are crap lately)

Game Protect enforces Sportsbet scam account balances through legal action if required and your claim is high enough to do it on a contingency fee basis agreement.

The problem will not be solve here if both parties will not agree, if you believe you are right, go ahead and make a scam accusation if you haven't yet.

Come on, Steve! Stop writing here as if you have paid me all my money! You just gave me back my deposit of 0.275 BTC, but you have not paid me my win of 0.13 BTC. And none of you, support guys, had ever replied to my email, so I had to write at this forum. All it looks like “we let you gamble, but we won’t let you take your win”!

@bitmon999 have you got the refund? If you got the refund then there is no question about the scam. And why you have not posted once got refund but you have not forgot to post when you have thought that you will not get the fund.

You can check on his post history, only 2 posts so far. https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/bitmon999-2594759
There is no update about the status yet, so his problem is still open and pending.
Hopefully he will take time to update once it's solve so this will not impact on the reputation of sportsbet in a bad manner.
It might be open and pending but the team already replied on his post that the fund has been refunded. And for that reason I have asked.

You have already received your deposited fund which is double of rest of your claimed amount I think it has occurred for something abused by you.

In your previous post, you quoted the part of their terms and conditions that stated sportsbet have the rights to confiscate any balances.

Other casinos/sportsbook that i've seen would probably do the same procedure if someone's going to break their terms.

Make winning bets on sports with sportsbet.io!
After a similar verification, I expected information for about three weeks. Yesterday sportsbet.io froze my balance with 5.5 btc with the same wording.

"...
Unfortunately as your withdraw amount exceeds your deposit sum no further funds will be released.
..."

I made a lot of bets (mostly on top basketball championships in live), I won a lot and there were no problems. My account was blocked after within one hour I requested about 10 withdrawals in a row.

Sportsbet scammed me without any reason

Unfortunately, your account will stay disabled due to following reason:

We have acquired evidence that you are acting in breach of our terms and conditions.

Under rule 16.1.

16.1.    Without restricting our ability to rely on other remedies that may be available to us, we may suspend and/or terminate your account, cancel any outstanding bets and/or confiscate any or all funds in your account at our absolute discretion if:

(i) we suspect that you are engaging in money laundering, illegal or other fraudulent activity while using our Website; or
(ii) we suspect that you are depositing Bitcoin which have been obtained unlawfully or in a clearly and seriously debase manner; or
(iii) we obtain evidence that you are part of a betting syndicate where several parties are involved in placing bets in order to evade the Sportsbook Rules, these Terms and Conditions or any other rules of Sportsbet.io; or
(iv) we determine that you are using any device, robot, spider, software, routine or other method (or anything in the nature of the foregoing) to interfere or attempt to interfere with the normal proper functioning of our services, any relevant device(s), software, the Website, the casino games, the sportsbook and betting information or any transactions offered on the Website and in particular will not employ or make use of any artificial intelligence or other system (including machines, computers, software or any other automated systems) designed specifically to defeat the Sportsbet.io systems; or
(v) we determine that you are colluding or attempt to collude with other players in order to defraud Sportsbet.io or its customers;
(vi) we determine that you are breaching any term of these Terms and Conditions;
(vii) we determine that you are acting in a manner that is detrimental to the conduct of our business.

As a final exemption we ask you to specify a bitcoin wallet address to where your initial deposit will be returned to.

Dear Sportsbet.io agent, I kindly ask you to pay me all my balance (0.4053 BTC) to my Bitcoin wallet 15cc6AkD47UCe3oTL88eBvwDjhGrtXo3aB or specify and prove, which point of the clause 16.1 I have (on your opinion) broken EXACTLY, because the  wording of this clause is too broad and vague. I consider your allegation baseless: I have passed the verification and provided all the required documents. Now the situation looks like an attempt to steal my money on a made-up reason. But I still hope on the successful resolution and your full payment of my win in the next three days. Otherwise I am going to address my complaint to your supervisor in Curacao for the arbitrament.

I think mobile friendly and mobile app are totally different things, it could be mobile friendly but when you have a mobile app you can make things much easier. For example depositing and withdrawing could be a lot easier on an app but right now it takes a little while, I would prefer that QR code reading deposit type of deal with an app which could save some time.

I personally do my depositing and withdrawing from Laptop because its easier but then I can totally play games on mobile. Betting is definitely super comfortable on browser even on mobile, it doesn't really take that much, and honestly that is the three things I do on this website I don't know if there is anything else "deposit-play-withdraw" those are it, if there is any other thing we do then we can discuss it further but for now you can just deposit/withdraw from PC and then gamble on mobile easily.

I do not know what to do. They asked me for a passport and bank statement, I sent everything.
Then I was asked to pass verification on veriff.com and I successfully passed it.
After all, I was asked if I had other accounts. Of course I have no other accounts.
On April 30 I passed the verification and since then they have ignored all my emails.
The account is blocked, they do not respond to the email for a week, I do not know what to do. I have 0.4 BTC at my account  Huh

I am not sure what is the situation with you, only the admin can give you a solution, if you think that they have confiscated your coins without giving any valid reason, you can create a scam accusation thread and make sure you explain everything clearly and you will get a response for your situation and hopefully get resolved.

Maybe you're right. This is my problem. And it's not right to write a post here. Because it is not right to discredit the site for potential new members. So i will delete my posts about this. Thanks for everything guys.
Maybe I am right, maybe I am not. As you have posted it it will not create any problem hence it might be helpful for the people who usually face same type of problem.

Sportsbet, do you have APP for android?

Nope, is it even needed while sportbets is mobile friendly already? Indeed, the mobile version is not that fast compared to the original version but I think it is good enough as alternative while we are on mobile. Android app for gambling is not really popular, I cant find any other gambling sites provide android app for their users.
I got it now. I thought it is not working on my mobile, can't log-in but i think it's the problem on internet connection and it's working fine now. Can bet on the move Smiley.

Right. Me, I don't see any gambling websites that are offering apps for their websites. It is just good that it is on the web so that any gambler that wanted to play here can do. And also it is not necessary for a gambling website to have an app because their web can access by anyone who wanted to play.
