With regards to no withdrawal fees - I can tell you that this is not a promotion and that there are absolutely no plans to bring in any sort of fee for withdrawals over 2mB.
SyGambler - haha, yeah man it could be a case of some sort of nuclear dragon. Or something like the boat scene in King's Landing and Bronn's arrow. With Cersei, Jaime and Tyrion all there, surely there will be some interesting scenes in this upcoming season!
We have a lot of interest in Cheltenham, Aintree, the Curragh racecourse, Royal Ascot, Kentucky and all of the other big horse races worldwide so we have discussed about bringing in horse racing but to be honest, I can't give a 100% answer on that yet or a timescale. Afaik the free cost withdrawal is not a temporary promotion, it does exist since the first day of the launch IIRC. As I remember, I have never payed any fees for my withdrawals so far and they process withdrawal with standard transcation fee so it wont take too long to confirm. Related to when mempool is clogged, I believe they have their own policies and they may change it depend on the situation.
