UEFA Nations League this season looks not friendly for England country trough passed four games just getting two points with two games getting draw and have lost twice from Hungary on home and away. I think England need to give warning for manager Gareth Southgate what his achievement so far although UEFA Nations League is not priority, but several time bad achievement become warning how he can improved level for England national country team. I think England have loss opportunity can pass to next round on UEFA Nations League after collecting two points only right now, left two match not enough to get points with Hungary have getting 7 points and looks difficult chance because left match against with Italy and Germany.

what came in a bit unnoticed with an England meltdown from Hungary is Netherlands and Wales

both matches finished in a same way, Netherlands had a lead until overtime, Wales scored for a draw in 90+2, but Netherlands scored a minute later to secure a win
probably one in years to have two matches between two teams, with that similar finish

Netherlands have great team, as seems now, maybe they can surprise in Qatar

The biggest surprise of yesterday was without a doubt England which I believe everyone in the pool missed it,it was a humiliating defeat for England which is the finalist of the last Euro Cup.The other games for me ended as expected because I expected Germany to win against Italy but surely not with that score while Netherlands and Belgium just made their homework by winning.

It was the last game of the pool until September now and I closed on sixth place,I didn't expect to be this high but I am sad now that no more games will be available in the pool for a couple of months,hopefully these holiday months will pass really fast and we fast forward to September.

This its incredible, i write a few comments up that Hungary seems like the old Hungary of Puskas without goals (for playing against the bigs), and now they put a 4-0 against England.

A tottaly shame for England and i dont blame Southgate because a B or C team of England its also better than a Hungary team in names.

The players has to have a little bit of shame after this performance. And was a B team with A team players so not fully rotation.

And like Toma says its the worst defeat ever in England soil, the worst? 5-1 in and read...... 1928 against Scotland 5-1 but was a friendly game.
So this its the worst in a tournament game.

Losing away to Germany can happen, even to the best teams. We all remember how Brazil fared against them in WC after all. But a team like England loosing to Hungary at home is embarrassing, even more so when it is 4:0 defeat and Southgate brings on Maguire to stop conceding more

Awful to see what has happened to England and Italy this evening. It is ridicolous to see that this two historical team has taken one 5 goal and another one 4 goals.

This Nations League Seems so strange. I can understand England maybe, they aren't interested at Nations League because of World Cup, but italy no.

Losing to Germany still seems fair in my book, but England getting trashed by Hungary is unacceptable to me, They even failed score at least a goal over the two fixtures against Hungary, how worse could it have been ?

I understood why I shouldn't trust England in this tournament while they were playing against Italy. I think that Italy are the weakest team of the group considering their lineup in these matches. I don't think it is a big surprise that they are not even making their presence felt today against Germany.

Seems England is going to be dark horse for today, again! Currently trailing by a goal to Hungary, should they lose the game, that be the 2nd consecutive loss to Hungary in a less than 10 days, so much for expecting a revenge.

I wasn't expecting much from Italy though, I've got them to lose 2-1 in the pool, and got a btts in a betslip together with the Netherlands.

Belgium is hardly a winner tonight, even the odds are not favorable, and it is not the difference to Poland, six pieces in first match were hardly realistic

Agree. I'm going to go out on a limb here and place a bet against NL today... Wales 65/10. Small bet, just to scratch my itch, everything else is just way too unreliable.

BTW the Caucasus and Central Asia teams have been really playing well... now Armenia took lead against Scotland (but just conceded and then JUST scored now heh). Could it be they see this as their best chance for international glory? Georgia, Armenia, Kazakh, Azerbaijan, damn. They're trouncing the traditional "lesser powers".

They're not the only ones to be ashamed in this tournament so far but I totally agree their team is just way too full of talent and famous superstars to be not winning at least one damn game.

I think we can say Denmark/Croatia deserve to be the top 2 in this group. I got some points anyway after getting wooden spoon last round, so I live and breathe in 7th position.
