I think I prefer one game a day, or certainly prefer it when they're not over-lapping so you can watch what games you want with no overlap.

The city council stated today that Liverpool will get their parade, but when it is safe to do so.

I can't see that happening anytime soon if they won't even let fans in stadiums, but tens of thousands of people have been going to the beaches recently during the heatwave were currently having so I don't think this would be any different than having a parade. They should probably wait till the end of the season though. It's a shame City didn't win the game really as Liverpool play City next so it would have been good to give them the trophy there if they managed to get a point from the game. Still, with no fans it might be a bit of a let down.

I was so close to the 1-1 draw and I was the only one who went for it. Those ones sting the most. Was a great game though. Walker's clearance off the line was incredible. No idea how he kept that out. De Bruyne's world class free kick and Fernandinho's great save Grin

I think they can still go for a point record but will have to win pretty much all their remaining games. It could be done but now the pressure is off I'm sure they might drop some points. I lost my Chelsea bet, since I parlayed with a La Liga match that didn't go my way (yes, very dumb but that's me) but hey, hey hey!

@Brainboss yes, this is poetic, you took it away, and you giveth -- but to be fair, I'd have loved to beat City at our next meet up and rip the crown away from them;) Still, a guard of honour at the Etihad from the past Champions will be something to savour!

I first supported Liverpool in 1999 so it was 9 years of drought already then, and I had to watch very painful periods of United dominance, Spice Boys ending, and heartbreak after heartbreak. We had the best times of our lives too though, the 2001 haul of 5, the Istanbul miracle, still the best day of my life (early morning 5am it was for me though), that Gerrard FA cup final, and of course last year's 6th capture of ol' Big Ears.

Here's to all the heroes over the years when we tried but didn't win it, I know from social media you all still remember us: Houllier, Rafa, hey even you Rodgers, and just so many names flashing through my mind now.

United fans all over the globe were supporting Manchester City not because they wanted them to delay Liverpool title celebration but just because they want to shorten the gap Chelsea are giving them in regards to the top 4 position. Sorry to disappoint them but they're not champions league material and it would take city's misfortune for them to get a spot that's if city appeal was to be unsuccessful.
