I really am ruined by EURO in Last Man Standing but also in BSFL. I feel like as the seasons go I am getting worse and worse.

Well, Im not really in good shape either as of now. I might lose point on question #6 though so that would leave me 1 point behind @ulven potentially. South Africa already through to the final (no surprise) but it was probably quite close and they did a DLS thingie which means they didn't actually proceed the entire match, they just used some algorithm to determine S Africa were getting points at a higher rate. (I actually don't know what I'm talking about).

I just remembered that we have also a BSFL round this week. I'm down 2-3 against chi20 which is great given that I really didn't do absolutely any research on the questions. It would be great to finish the last two rounds in division 1 with two victories.

Still, NBA draft was yesterday, went as I expected - 1 USA player in the top 3 (2 French players as no. 1 and 2.).
In the NHL draft I'd be surprised to see more than 1, I actually expect no Americans this time around. This is a point where I hope to reduce the gap and I can still theoretically hope for a win if Copa goes my way.
If it does not, I might draw again - which would be so infuriating.

Eh, just realised my matchup is with casper. So I didn't need to rush and worry about submissions. False joy at the first question then. Shold have attempted the freebet run instead.

Just wow man... but I believe there is nothing you can do about it right? Are there any rules in place? Today the backlash would probably be bigger, but if the worst comes to the worst, I guess it could happen all the time again.
It's insane how all favorites are failing. I have had some over/under correct and each time combined it with the win of a favorite team. Well, no need to tell you guys that many of the results were totally unexpected. European Championship is so different. Can't be compared with any club competition at all. Now Georgia is leading against Portugal although Portugal has a lot of good players on the pitch. Even if Portugal doesn't need the win, you would still think that there is no way they can win that. It's not like Darmstadt could beat Leverkusen because Leverkusen doesn't need the points anymore...

I hear rumors that draw is arranged but results was changed from 0:0 to 1:1.I dont know if this was fixed match but draw was good for both of them and they didnt have to take risks getting injured and losing points.

It doesn't need to be fixed or some agreement. Stakes are high and it is probably enough just to not take extra risks. You can't fault the teams for that.

I did say that I placed a bet on over 2.5 goals in the Netherlands - Austria game. But no need to congratulate me. Smart as I am, I thought I'd give those odds a little boost by combining it with a win of France over Poland. Can't believe they messed it up against a team that was already sent home so to say. That was why waited initially too, but each of the team in the last 4 are pretty good team when it comes to cricket right ? So any one of the could still make the finals, I really would have just messed it up by going for teams that playing each other if I had submitted prior to finding it out.
Same, I was close to giving away a free point. I remember England and India are good while the other two are like the underdogs based on their odds and the teams they've beaten.I assume whoever wins between their match is the team to beat, while South Africa or Afghanistan will be the expected underdogs in the final.

I feel horrible about my submissions this time around, slightly blind on some of the selections but can't do proper research so am going with what's right in front of me in most cases. Really not the ideal scenario with this being my last round (I see I've played casper already). So if I lose it, then I'll rely on results to stay in Div1.
