I was expecting Galatasaray not to lose against Manchester United. However I wasn't expecting more than 3 goals in the Real Madrid-Napoli match. Unfortunately Real Madrid managed to win the match by 4-2. Thus we have a tie with jayce at 2-2 after the end of the first 4 questions. As we have 4 different answers in the remaining 6 questions both of us still have a big chance to win this round.
Meh looks like it's 4-2 already referring to the question 10, where Vini and Giroud cant manage to play this weekend. Apparently hiring Cantona isn't a right decision after all

Haha. What a change in the mood after one easy win. I have a feeling that I'm overthinking when I do the research for my answers. In the previous round I was in a hurry and answered majority of questions by gut feeling and it turned out OK. This time I was thinking, researching everything and failed big time. Maybe I should change the way I'm answering. In the LaLiga pool every time I just take a glance on the table and submit results, and it turns out OK for me as I'm holding 2nd place on the table.

It was a barely won match for Villarreal despite getting 3-0 ahead. Together with this win I have got ahead of my opponent because I was better than him on the 5th question. I need Williams M. to win against Ding J in the snooker match tomorrow. If Williams wins I will have guaranteed the draw for this week.

I was actually leaning towards all "yes" just on gut, but then got that familiar niggly tick that made me distrust Mou's teams. Same answers as opponent though, so no harm, just would have been nice to get them all right for once. Plenty of people went the all-yes route, so I need to buck up and get on par with this entire league it would appear.

So, with Freiburg leading 5-0 against Olympiacos I think it's safe to say that this point is also lost for me. Even if Villareal managed to lose like I predicted, it will be a draw answer and both me and cryptofrka will lose a point here. That means cryptofrka wins this round. What can I say... I'm already feeling generous because of Christmass

to be honest, I expected four wins, but wasn't sure which team will be that one to lose, so had all YES
and so far, all winning, except for Villareal, and Roma is leading at the moment
2-0 at the half time for Villarreal with them totally dominating the game so its kinda safe to say that they are going to win this for sure. Gotta need abit more than just miracle for Panathinaikos to turn it around

Manchester United deserves every ounce of pain for disrespecting De Gea and replacing him with someone who has a terrible save percentage for club and country. This season, Onana has cost them a lot of points, and it's just going to get worse. Well, I'm glad it ended the way it did; it would have been boring to win the round so quickly and then have to wait so long for the next round.
What really surprised me was that you picked Manchester United to win and I was actually picking that before I choose No in the end because I thought that you would 100% go for No option there so I was kinda forcing a draw on that question because I cant really picture them to win against Galatasaray in home. Heck yeah I even tried to use VAR on this question, I pmed @cryptofrka to change my answer to No in case I still havent change them yet before submitting which turned out I did

A very big thanks to Onana for make me surely lose this round against leea-1334, i was doubting to put Manchester to win, because they are playing like shit in Champions League, but it was the correct one selection if it was not for the two HUGE mistakes made by Onana today.
Onana was pure shit and classless last night, I’m sure that draw have automatically put them in the most awful situation, now they need beat Bayern Munich to stand a chance at qualifying from the group stage, they might not even make the Europa League with the way things are currently good to honest, and If that happens I’d be extremely surprised if Erik Ten Haag manage to keep his job.

I was this close to picking yes, thankfully I went with logic and chose odds of 'double chance Galatasaray' which was 1.7x. If I chose Yes, I would be 2 down to buway and facing loss early. Now we live to fight more.

You know what, that was pretty close. I was shocked that it just instantly flashes through my brain that Im losing this round pretty early after that 2 goal lead then Galatasaray managed to equalize. If only Manchester United ended up winning, you would have two points by now and another point means I lost the round. Phew glad that we managed to play this round out abit longer huh. Too close

I watched a bit of the game in the second half and the kid Palister ( not sure I got the spelling) missed a lot of easy goal scoring chances to win the game.
BSFL is the only bright green spot for me this week because I failed in everything else, results in Champions League destroyed my chances to climb on table.
