The main idea of BSFL is to basically give you a weekly overview of important sports events/interesting games happening.

When you know what's happening, you're more likely to place a bet. If you have a bet (or at least are playing in a competition like this), you'll want to track sports results in general.
If you're watching, you might bet something live or hedge your picks, etc etc.

That's actually better in my opinion too, I'd rather not start a new season during an international break, it's better to do so during a more unpredictable week after the break and you can take a positive excuse for starting the new season poorly.

The only con is that some players like Buwaytress would need to be sent postal mails so as not to forget their picks. Cheesy

I think that it is more accurate that Season 3 starts after the national break. I really don't like national breaks. If I didn't forget to make predictions on the friendly cup I was going to check off Red Bull to collect less than 45 points at this weekend. Initially I was confident with the results I got after Real Madrid and Manchester City won their matches, but everything disappeared after the dirt club (Brighton) scored a goal in the final minutes of the match, then I still had that confidence when Caroline Garcia almost won with score 2 - 0, the tie break result really destroyed my hopes. If you later win the F1 question, you really make an epic comeback ( 2 - 0 becomes 2 - 3).

Maybe I'll just place a local Sportsbook bet on the next four options to keep proper track of the result, because Binance has been very shitty responsively with an I have for over a few weeks now, so placing crypto bets have been somewhat off the table for me for a while now.
