We hope that we won't have to take that route, although even that would be more fair than this 'case per case' stuff that we are trying to keep in place just so that the penalties aren't too big for being a bit late.
I don't know about the others, but I absolutely wouldn't mind if you decide to set up a rule where being late to submit answers equals to losing the round (for example you can set up beng an instant 3-0 loss like in football). I think that we are all given more than enough time to answer those questions, and those who are willing to wait until last moment for a slight benefit will have to accept the risk as well.
