I answered No on that questions and I expected one of this teams will fail to win, but luckily my opponent also answered No

Maybe this is last chance for Tottenham to try and qualify for Europe and Champions League next season, and Brighton is hard nut to crack.
We both answered same wrong answer for Lazio vs Juventus match, so it could be all down to UFC fight coming up.

It is hard to rate the tiebreaker question so we rated it only when needed - in 3 games in total. I marked it now - so it's easier to see.

The same method will be used in the 2nd Cup round as well - last question will be rated only if there is a draw between you and your opponent after the first 5 questions.

@2.6-2.8 are odds on Tottenham at home (value bet IMO, but I don't think that they are going to win), as they are playing United or Liverpool, not Brighton

No I totally agree and Vinicius is an integral part of their success strategy. He sometimes comes across as a bit too bubbly, but it also is required to some degree. He definitely adds speed to the game while Modric and Kroos are theclock work guys.

What I did not expect is Benzema's comeback performance. After he had missed the World Cup and given his age (he turned 35), I didn't see him coming back into shape as he is now. He would have left a gap and that was one factor I thought could be bad for Real Madrid. This is pretty much the Real Madrid we have seen last season in the Champions League.

If you see how Lewandowski is doing now, that is what I kind of expected from Benzema. Injury, comeback and not perform that well. Not too bad either, but really not like this! Cheesy

Unfortunately, round 1 questions were meant for division 3 players as a way to get players to fill the last 8 places through a knockout for the round of 32...

And yes you had a good performance in Round 1 against your opponent but this didn't count as your game week starts in Round 2 officially.

Btw you only filled round 1 answers because you couldn't leave this section blank as the doc couldn't allow it, take this as a formalities round for you guys(D1 & D2) but round 2 is game on, good luck.

Yeah, that could potentially be a problem for them. But maybe some players that have not yet "establish a name for themself" will be willing to sign for Newcastle to compete for the title next season. Yep, it is made like that on purpose so you cannot really see your path to the final.
We wanted to have a standard 'cup draw' like for example the English FA cup or how CL had it until recently but it would not be possible to make unless we did it offline - which we did not want to do.
