So, after Slissy kicked me out from the cup (damn you Liverpool for scoring that late equalizing goal), and after getting my mother in law out of the house (Easter holidays, family, a LOT of food...), I'm back with this contest. I won't say that this week questions are easy because it will probably bite me in my ass. I'm up against ralle14 who won last round. Don't make it two in a row, please

As others before have said, I think the NBA question is what I am most unsure of, but I predicted a slight "upset" in both Conferences, hopefully I understood the format correctly!!
The only thing is I was not sure how percentage will work out, so I might have made very bad wrong answers. As long as Slissy answers wrong I'm fine lol

The NBA question was.... how can i say, hard to do, but not because i know nothing about NBA, but because its only one game between teams who were winning the same ammount of matches.

Even though I like eSports a lot and I used play a lot myself quite a long time ago, I have no idea what the situation in CSGO is today. Guess I should rather leave the rest of the luck in the tank until then!
BUT: I have proven in UFC already that I am able to improvise and survive!
I still watch some replays from eSports at times when there are huge events and they have been very close and are suggested to me, but teams and stars and stuff, no idea. But hey, let's go! Oh my god... When I hear you talking I can relate only in so far as I know all the sports you are talking about, be it esports or other sport. But I can right away confess that I have no idea about snooker and I have no idea about DOTA and LOL. I did play RTS games a lot and hence know DOTA, but not in any competitive way. But the good thing is you can still have a chance as you guys put the possible answers more towards the edge and with some research an educated guess is still possible.
Snooker same thing, I love to watch it because it is impressive stuff these guys are playing, but I couldn't mention a single name right now or an official competition that I regularly follow. As I said, a bit of luck is still left in the tank.

I guess we can try to organize something, still too many matches going on but it should be possible in later stages. Maybe we can have it for semi finals and finals like special bets we had in world cup competition. Gonna talk with Sportsbet and see what can be done. That was the plan from beginning to offer some bets at later stages of the competition.
That is cool to hear.I am out of Cup competition so I can bet neutrally with cool head.
For league competition can be more difficult to do this but I think we already have some favorites in each division.
Lets get back on BSFL Round 8 now, I desperately need more points to have some hope of getting back on top positions.

You probably misquoted me or at least I wasn't explicit about my post, all I mean was that it "is the easiest round of questions, but the part I omitted was that "it easy to answer" and without needing several hours of research only to arrive at even the wrong answers, but for what it's worth, I'm taking your sidebet for 2 mBTC.

I'm not sure what you think you're missing, but it's worded correctly, the 7th and 8th seed in the East and west are still up for grabs via the play-in tournament, we're just meant to predict the teams that will grab each spot.

I looked at the playoff bracket and it looks nothing like the football bracket; does Basketball need to make everything look complicated? This league is making me care about the NBA, and I love it. I'm looking for a way to get away from Chelsea, and NBA could be the answer. The regular season concluded yesterday, and I was surprised to see Lakers in the middle of the table; I used to like them because of Kobe Bryant (RIP), and I had watched him a few times. How did Lakers get to this point—financial crisis or what?

A final match between Gen.g and T1 on League of Legends was played last Sunday. If this question was asked the majority including me would have picked T1 win and lost. I hope we can see questions from League of Legends as well in the future.

Yup, Tuesday. It's always written in the 3rd post of the thread as well in case you are unsure.
I really don't know how to word the basketball question better. The regular season is ending and most of the teams have secured places in the playoffs. Some teams (7-10th placed per Division, 8 in total) are still fighting for the 4 remaining spots.
You need to select the teams that will secure the playoffs in the correct order per Division.

Probably the easiest round of questions in my opinion, it didn't take me 10 minutes to go with guts and logic, but more of guts most of the questions can be answered logically, I'm up against @arallmuus for this round and I'll be needing all the luck in the world to pull this off, you know.
Questions look damn easy in some instance, but the booby traps are crazy if you consider forms, the odds and your guts, these criteria are often contradictory so you don't what to go with, your head, your heart or your freaking guts.

Trofo updated the cup schedule, and now we return to the league. The end of the season is approaching and there's a lot to fight for in the next few weeks - both in the Cup and in the league.

hey guys, hope you had a nice Easter 😃 I spent the Easter holidays in the mountains and finally came home. So have been very little active on the internet.
