Is there any new patch? And if there is then what are the chances for Gladiators? I'm waiting for answers from Dota experts curiously. Cheesy

Well actually the current games are using new patch which is totally different from all the previous patches so yeah both teams are on equal chance to get through the lower bracket final but given how both teams played today, I'd say GG is better though compared to SR

This might be biased opinion as I want GG to get to the final as well to secure my next point  Tongue
This new patch added so much new stuff to the map that I am sure we will have a couple of months at least while people try out new strategies. Need to watch a few games of DOTA to get a proper feel for it.

Can't actually do it while I am in pubs watching football  Grin Made cryptofrka watch last map of Liquid - GG and he complained whole evening afterwards.

Are you guys staying in England for few days or you are already returning home?
This match was amazing to watch online and I can only imagine how it was in stadium, must be unique experience.
Congrats to all winners for bonus round Smiley

Yep, we're here until Monday, having a blast with Steve.
I've watched a lot of football live, even games of high quality, but this game was among the best I've seen. The best for sure if I include the overall experience.

____________________________

We did put the winners for the bonus round into the spreadsheet. They are (from 1st to 5th):

strongkored
Ulven
hakan2217
buwaytress
ralle14

We'd like to point out that nothing is official so far. We'll do the BSFL results on Sunday as well, but until Tuesday or Wednesday everything we do is still unofficial.
We're working in short bursts, on small laptop monitors and with some booze in us so if any mistakes happen, they will be rectified latest by Wednesday.

Therefore it's especially important that during this week you help us by checking your results by yourselves as well and reporting any issues you might find.
We apologize in advance if some mistakes do happen, we're doing the best we can considering the circumstances Smiley

One of the questions who will determine the result of the round between me and LTU_btc is related to Dota. If I'm not wrong Team Liquid have made it to the finale. As for Gladiators they are going to play against Shopify Rebellion to be able to make it to the finale. Is there any new patch? And if there is then what are the chances for Gladiators? Now that you ask I wonder what the setup in other stadiums are as well. Where I'm from in Southeast Asia, there are no VIP boxes, just "grandstand" box, in the middle with just sofas so it's pretty close to the field as well, players can actually (and have in the past) jumped up and hugged presidents etc haha.

But the two I've seen in England are high up above. Best views, since you see the entire pitch, but definitely lacking some of the fanatic atmosphere. At Anfield, for example, the best atmosphere seats are at the Kop -- but it's a sort of misnomer as no one sits at that section, and most of it's filled with season ticket holders. But you see almost nothing, to be honest. You wait til your team attacks your end, and hope they camp there all game so it's fun. The other half, if you're dominating, happens up field and you kind of are guessing what's going on.

The VIP boxes are above, and generally are quieter =D

As a neutral, I'd definitely take the VIP cushy seats. Drink, talk, watch everything. Not sure why Trofo/cryptofrka are not too drunk to respond here!

The box at the Emirates is behind the seats. The seats are outside, it's grandstand and the view is fantastic - chairs are so comfy and way different than the usual stadium experience.
The box is closed off, you can get food and drinks inside but you're not allowed to take them outside.

They are high up above, so no way the players can reach them Grin

About the game, im never gonna understand how the bookies and the data collect compute the minutes. They always add one to the real goal. for example Martinelli goal was at 19.37 but they put 20.

it is easy, if it is 0:31 on the timer, that is 1', it can't be minute 0, so each minute after is counted when started, and minute 20 starts at 19:01

Fulham did their part, Wolves are already up against Leicester, so it is up to Everton to win against Palace and improve chances to avoid relegation

And its always that way for that i avoid like pague that kind of bets, it can make you loss health.

The NBA question for me it was like a freepoint, for everyone who knows anything about NBA. I think Trofo joking us on that, its like when he say to us check the draft in tennis.

That is beacuse we can hold our alcohol well  Cool New games are already starting so that means new round of drinking is starting as well.  We watched Fulham in a pub near hotel. Now we will try to find some even better pub for later kick off.

i assume you watched the game in the closed vip-rooms or could you feel the whole stadium atmosphere live on the stands as well? (unfortunately i don't know this stadium and can't say anything about the vip stands and how they are designed).
and of course also a very nice gesture from Steve (Sportsbet.io) - hope for you three that the meeting for all parties then (outside of the game attendance) has also been worthwhile Smiley

With the way Arsenal played the last few games there is no chance that they can beat Manchester City next week. Yesterday it looked like they want to win, but simply can't score a goal. Those two goals at the end of the game were a surprise because they looed like they will never score a goal. Southampton players were defending and didn't care about attack in the second period.

I truly hope they play differently against City. Jesus is back, Saka is in the team, everyone is almost there even Trossard is back, they were struggling with injuries before but everything is with them now.

If City win, then they are the winners for sure, and then FA Cup and also Champions League. Not that I hate City but if money wins treble, then the message is strong and wrong Sad

What a great game yesterday, best one I ever watched live. I feel Arsenal should have gotten that 4th goal, they were really piling the pressure in last moments. There will be some pictures in near future, both here and in cygan's thread but maybe they will have to wait until we get back home, lots of stuff to do while we are here.

Thanks to Sportsbet and Steve to making this happen Smiley Maybe I would have watched Arsenal game on my own one day, but VIP treatment is something I know I would never have gotten in any other combination Smiley

i am already looking forward to the upcoming stadium pictures Cool
you can both consider yourselves lucky that yesterday was such a dramatic and high-scoring game (which then made the trip to london even more than worth the reward).

overall, that is their only chance, to win at Etihad and forget all the fuss around last three draws they had
I would not count them out for that, although chances are slim

they conceived fast and stupid goal yesterday, and that made a match different from what expected in the beginning

Alcaraz and Tsitsipas are through to the semi finals for then tennis question, but Jannik Sinner is out for by a walkover to Musetti, I don't have much info on that though, was Sinner injured or something, because it was stated as Sinner withdrew from the tournament.

EDIT: It was due to an injury..., but my question below is still valid, please any hints ?

I don't know what happens to those chose Sinner for that question, and does it get voided since, logically he wasn't eliminated from the tournament, but technically he didn't make the semi finals, I don't know how any sportbook would have settled this bet either, I'd love some explanations or insight to this type of situation since it's usually suppose to be an outright be in this case.

Was Musetti picked by anyone to qualify for the semi-finals? If there is no one in the pool, I believe the best option is void (0 for everyone who chose Sinner), and we can then focus on the other three. Just my 0.2 cent

Feel sorry for Sinner. I hope he heals quickly; he was my biggest hope,.. got Alcaraz and Tsitsipas correctly but Ruud disappointed once more.
Question will not get voided, no reason for that. Question was to pick semi finalists, Sinner isn't one of them, end of story. I have him as my choice as well and I really counted on that tennis point for my match, now I am probably loosing. In the end it will probably be all draws in that question so almost like it is voided.

When you bet on outrights, bookies void the bet only if your player hasn't even played on tournament. Ie. forfeit before first round, so they wouldn't void this one as well.

Wow what a game from Arsenal. If they didn't need to win this people would say this is the stuff of champions, to climb back from 2 goals down and win a point in the end.

But this was a must win to bottom team, so it appears they have given up the title fight, they can still beat City next and win every other game but it doesn't look good...

I was very sure that Boston Celtics were going to be the team to give me that NBA 3-0 question edge, after an awful 2 games on the road for them at the TD Garden, but it's a blow for blow game for them tonight and finally Trae Young decided to step up and have semi-good game, but the help from Dejounte Murray was very much needed to bring the series back to within just a game difference, maybe they can they as well even up the series too.

Denver Nuggets saved the day for me as they are now 3-0 up against the Minnesota Timberwolves, and 76ers with 3-0 lead too, so that settles the question No 8. in the spreadsheet in my favor, and I'm now 2-0 up against Jayce, with 3 questions still having different answers between us and I need just one more correct answer to win this round.

Damn, what a game it was Grin

Glad to see you having fun with it (and our special promo) as well!

I marked the correct answers in the spreadsheet but they are not official yet.
Again we have a discrepancy in Arsenal's number of shots on target - Premier League (and Sofascore) have 6 while Livescore has 7.
We said we will always use the official stats so the correct answer has been marked as 6, but we'll give it a bit more time and we'll announce it tomorrow.
Of course, Arsenal scored exactly in the 20th minute too.

Therefore I did not even calculate questions 6-8 yet.

@famososmuertos, you need to teach me how you make all that good videos and infographics/animated gif.

About Sinner i dont think we have to void anything (i have sinneron my selections) because the question was clear, "who reach the semifinals" and he didnt , no matter how he dont reach that instance, i think in sports being healty its part of the overall, if your body cant manage the charge of work well, bad for you.

About arsenal-st question i dont remember exactly why i pick, but when i saw the goal from Alcaraz in the first minute..... i give up.

Two edits because i put two times ruud instead of sinner what an idiot.

Arsenal and Chelsea could end up trophyless it's happening, the team looks exhausted, and Aaron Ramsdale needs a break he can't play under pressure. The end of season syndrome has began. Bottlers !!
