Yep, as slackovic said - you can't join now. You can play for a weekly 10$ freebet though - and get a feel of how the competition works.
This season is ending end of May and then the Divisions will be expanded - so if you submit your application you would reserve your spot in the 3rd Division that is starting beginning of June. That season will last until December and as things currently stand, there are only 2 more spots available.

In case of more interest we will of course expand the 3rd Division - but if you plan on playing please sign up in a dedicated thread - it will make our planning easier.

Actually, I don't think you can join now for the league competition. But you can join to compete for freebets each week like Rikafip did. And when the next season starts, the guys will put you in a certain division.

Oh man, there is hope for me, Round 8 finally started really good for me, I was correct about Benfica vs Inter outcome and about City Haaland shots on target

I hope this will continue today and in next days, and there is a lot more matches left, but I wish I could change my prediction now for Milan vs Napoli.

I did check whoscored, they are good for this sort of things but cannot be considered official. Still, it is a good confirmation to have.

Oh god Slissy, I totally forgot about that, I guess it is not consolation for you that I had to settle for 3rd place, but it was very nice to see my name on a bookie actually, let's see if I can make another journey in this cup too.

City was incredibly tough, and Cro2 really found a way to make the question so tricky, so congrats to those who got 2/2. Haaland to score under 2.5 was actually very sensible, but I was not sure about City shots, I really expected Bayern to be much more solid.

Shots are statistically divided into 3 categories - shots on target, shots off target and blocked shots.
If a shot was going on target but was blocked, it won't be counted into the 'on target' category.

Most sources count posts and crossbars as off target as well.

Yes, I saw only two shots on target, despite missing some of the game (I left after the first half and returned in the 75th minute, so I missed about 25 minutes of action), but I can confirm that he only had one shot in the first half. Blocked shots on goal do not count as shots on target; they count as shots, but I can't be sure because there are so many new rules. I've always had doubts about Inter, and they keep making me look like an idiot. I and my opponent both received zero points.

we can boldly say that both Mnachester city and Inter are through to the next round

Truly a fantastic performance by City. The new tactic element with Stones playing as a midfielder is really allowing them to build their attacks steadily and they have destroyed Liverpool and now Bayern with it.
It will be curious to see how teams will set up against this in the future.

Benfica vs. Inter isn't easy to assess, but I think that Benfica will play for their lives in front of their home audience. That was my thought process and they do have the quality to win it. But the "win or draw" option often makes sense simply for statistical reasons.
