Having said that I think Theymos handled the situation correctly and sitnicki is also happy with the resolution. It is pleasing to see that the scammer sub-forum has worked in this situation.

It's not only what he did, but how he handled himself when doing so. Being a moderator and acting that way is not acceptable. He is representing the community and doing so in a poor manor.

You also need to calm down a bit, you have some anger issues, I think.
