- Stainless steel 100 x 100 x 4 millimeters in noble and simple design (also in 6mm possible)
- Front and side areas very finely ground
- Protect your Recovery Seed from water, fire, corrosion, mechanical damage and other hazards
- Protect your seed additionally against unauthorized access or robbery with BIP38 / BIP39
- Can be used for a 12 or 24 word seed (backside is not polished but can also be engraved / lasered)

Each seed word can be uniquely identified by its first 4 letters, so 4 letters per seed word is all you need. Please mark the first 4 letters of each of your 12 seed words to keep your Bitcoin seed safe.

Distribute the seed over several plates:
Here's Sam00's idea, here you spread your seed over 3 plates and hide each one separately, and if one is found by an unauthorized person, everything is still safe since you need two out of three plates.
Plate 1: words 1-8 and 17-24
Plate 2: Words 9-15 and 17-24
Plate 3: Words 1-8 and 9-15
