Hello, tetaeridanus

How could i pressure stake so they have to do something about my case "ASkagmabler" refused to take my case.
So i don't what to do if you can help me giving me recoureses i could take i would be very greatful.

Hey there LavaFreeze,

Try your luck with casino guru with all your evidence and make it as detailed as possible. If you tell the story a little bit confusing they straight up start to counterfeit you. The biggest problem here you and I have the common here is Stake.com. If it was another bullshit casino, you could garner more supporters here and maybe in CG. CG included is in the payroll of Stake.com, they have a referal link for stake.com just think about that. However my best bet would be trying Casino Guru. I believe you have the highest chance there. I also came here believing there are at least some people who will understand my situation, help me contact stake directly and help overall. All I got was hate, ignorance and assumptive counter arguments which are basically nothing but trash and bullshit. I see that your thread looks the same; just go and open a dispute in Casino Guru. If you need any help or have questions, you can PM me here.

Remember, you can pick not to play the game; but you cannot change the rules.

With respect,

Tetaeridanus.

hello, kingbj21

You are right i will do this right now.

I edit this just to say that i just made my complain to "askgambler" will let you know if i have any news

Great news.

I have learned that, no point in accusing casinos over here. Most of the users will reply to your thread to increase their post count and always answer in a suspicious manner defending the casinos. I have solid evidence against duelbits for nerfing down my bonuses, what's the point. I ended up wasting my time, nothing progressive.

Hey, I also have a thread which anyone answered straight up started defending casinos, sad to see how this forum has became; I have been looking at it for years I probably am one of the oldest in crypto here, never liked forums and didn't bother to open an account because of how toxic people are in these forums. Many people here just post to earn money here. They don't care about your situation , nonetheless they are on payroll by casinos( not all of them but mainly, I am talking about scam accussations thread). I had and have all the evidence I need on court, however not one single man stood up and defended me in this huge forum, they called me degenerate, addicted, etc. Don't waste your time here, people are in bad intentions and don't give a fuck about your situation. Few of the people here have a good heart, so don't waste your time here and go open a legal case. Casino Guru is paid by stake.com; DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT have high hopes, they do everything they can to counterfeit you. You can go and look at my case for example.

PS: Big Fuck you to all of the people who sell their soul for 3$ a post.

I am here whenever you want.

With respect.

Tetaeridanus.

I read your thread, it was quite depressing. I hope you get your life straight man, these offshore casinos can do whatever they want. They are not regulated. They can scam in whichever way they want and won't get noticed because of the player's base and the surplus money they have. I don't want to offend anyone who earns a living with the signature, but supporting someone blindly is not good for the community, one day they can deny their earnings as well, they are not understanding the point.

Good luck my man.

That's... an interesting two cents. If I may ask for more context, did you register while you're still in German [thus registered within the prohibited jurisdiction], or did you register after living in Japan?

Hi holydarkness.
I registered around 3 years ago while being on a trip to Germany. After I came back to Japan I always used a German VPN, even though there was no need for it. Just didn't want to get blocked for some reason.
And for the last months, because now you can't login with a German IP anymore, I just used an Austrian IP without any problems.

And like I said, my home address registered with stake is in Germany, and I never got blocked or anything like that. Also there are MANY German players at stake, and Eddie acknowledges them all the time on stream.
So there are definitely plenty of loopholes in these TOS for some reason.

Have you tried to withdraw money from there? If so, what is the largest amount you have successfully withdrawn?

You are right about loopholes because they can always keep someone's money under the pretext that you are coming from a restricted zone.

Sure I have withdrawn, over 50 times at least. My biggest withdrawal ever was around 20k$. Without any issues. Had it 1 minute later in my wallet.

It's very strange about these restricted countries in my opinion. Unless they make a real statement that says something like "from now on people living in the following countries are not supposed to play at stake anymore..." this will go on.

And for obvious reasons they will not do that. There are thousands of French, German and other players from restricted countries that are using stake for a very long time, because back when they registered their region was not banned. Banning these players now would mean a big financial loss for stake.

Before anyone believe on this story. Who will bet all in on a roulette game at first bet? Of there are some users then they are rare. Some user are doing multiple account and avail promotion such as cashback while betting both side using 2 accounts. This way, the user can claim the cashback while 100% still holds his original bankroll that go to the winning bet account. His only danger on this method is when the ball goes to zero which is very low chance to occur.

A french roulette game gives 50% refund when ball goes to zero. I believe this is what he use.

This kind of bonus abuse is very popular which the live casino provider usually detect multiple account that oppose bet even on 2 different casino involved that play same live game.

About the conversations with the support, and the "reason" for stealing my money is about their policie of "opposite Betting". They claim that another account bet the opposit that i had bet.  I told them multiple times that this was a coincidence. They do not even reply to me, the support has been ignoring myy emails for more than 1Month

Do you have active promotion when you place your bet?

No french roulette doesn't give %50 when ball goes to zero, all bets are lost. Please do your research before accusing people just like you did on my post; you are just a player hater who is probably working for bunch of casinos.

Hello, holydarkness

1. Not exactly.
Simplified version is  :
a) i deposited 50K
b) i played and ended up doing an all-in at the roulette and winning
c) i tried to withdraw and refused to do so.
d) accused me of opposite betting and multi account
e) remooved the funds from my balance
f) i proved that i only had 1 account.
g) agreed with me
h) Still refuse to return my funds since i have broken their "TOS"

2. Yes i played from a banned region but this doesn't allow them to still my money.
They are currently in contract with French Streamers to promote their casino.

This only matter in the sens that i have no legal recourse against them. They perfectly know it and abuse it to steal my money. It has never been mention by them that beeing "French" was a breach of their "tos" during our exchange in emails.

I hope you are satisfied with my reply.

Thank you for the more detailed-yet-still-simplified chronology. I understand they never give any explanation of what ToS --other the multi-acc-- you breached? Usually [if not most likely] a casino will at least narrowed things down to one or two clause on their ToS that you breached; for example [and this is literally an example for illustratory purpose, not a real clause on any ToS of any platform]:

"According to our system, you breached one of the terms you agreed upon signing up, specifically terms described on point number 13.1,

13.1. You are not allowed to enroll to a bet near the end of a live match.

for this reason, we believe..."

And I understand you are yet to heard from Stake after Symphonized's last reply to inform you implying he'll forward this matter to Stake team?

Just my 2 cents on this matter about region and so on.
Being from a banned region can't be the cause here, 100% not.
I am from Germany ( also banned) , there are hundreds or thousands German players at stake ( you can see in the stake chat as well). If you registered a while ago it's ok to play from a "banned" region, you just won't be able to make a new account from these areas.
I know it sounds strange and doesn't make any sense but that's how stake handles this matter.

My account is verified with a German address, even though I live in Japan but that doesn't matter, and I never had any problem with that.

2. [you've acknowledge this yourself, so this is kinda just a formal confirmation] you're from France, which is a prohibited teritory and violation of such allows them to sanction your account?

Unlike some others, I have read this thread in full and have looked at your twitter feed as well. I can see that you've gone to great lengths to provide proof, and (to me) it seems like this is a legitimate claim.

I have seen tens of threads about Stake getting posted in this last month. It's obvious that Stunna is either abandoning/neglecting the casino, or is finally out of his depth...or, has put it into the wrong hands...or, he is abusing the sovereignty he very cleverly created for himself (I do not believe he is prosecutable by law, and if so, his financial and legal power is incredible from my research).

I wish you the best of luck in getting this unarguably giant sum back from this situation.

OP, my initial appearance here was to... tell someone to edit their post to prevent a scammer taking advantage of the situation. I only had a chance to read your case just now.

Do I understand correctly about two things as below:

1. Simplified the chronology was, you deposited, went all-in, you won, they confiscated the fund under multi-acc accusation, proven to be wrong, returned your fund, but block your withdrawal?

2. [you've acknowledge this yourself, so this is kinda just a formal confirmation] you're from France, which is a prohibited teritory and violation of such allows them to sanction your account?

Are Stake representatives from this forum invited to this discussion?

Yes, Symphonized here attended the thread under the capacity of person in charge that forwards all of scam accusations to Stake's staff.

A very strange situation.
Can any of the players who use Stake.com casino confirm which types of transactions are marked as "refunded" and which as "bonus received"? Why would the winning bet be called a bonus?

Are Stake representatives from this forum invited to this discussion?

That's what I was thinking as well.
I looks a little strange.
Normally when you are getting auto blocked you can't even withdraw, you would get a message that says "this is not possible right now" or something like that.
I was blocked myself in the past and it took a long time to get my account reopened, that's a lot of stress.

Anyway, cancelling the amount and then putting is back into the account as a bonus looks a little off, that's a strange notification!

Also, why would anyone bet 2 sides on roulette with 2 different accounts, this makes no sense. If the 0 hits you lose double and the house edge killed you. The odds of losing it all are the same as if you just use 1 account.
Instead of betting 50k here on red and 50k there on black you can make it in 1 account with 25k red / 25k black for 2 spins, even if that's stupid as well, haha.

Of course, they did lock it. They wouldn't lock your account if you lost a million. That's a standard casino practice.
I have seen a lot of scamming site and saw those site disable withdraw and/or disavle account only if I win but until there is no winning and untill there is no withdrawal rrquest there is no ban or disable withdrawal or account. So, obviously you are right. You have told the untold words of a lots of gambler who fall on scamming.

Hello, robelneo

First,
"After careful consideration of your case, AskGamblers Complaint Team reached to the conclusion that you must forward the dispute in front of the relevant Gambling Authority directly as they are the only competent authority to conduct proper investigation and reach to justified decision whether there was any breach of the regulatory requirements or not."

Askgamblers refused to help me so i do not regret the decision i took to contact them.
I'am greatful for the help you have provided to me.
However as i explained in my comment, i do not apreciate you trying to discreditate me because i looked for help somewhere else.

I hope you understand my point of view.

have a nice day

Hello, robelneo

I have 100K locked into my Stake account.
Try to understand my position before making such statements.

I understand you, am I, not the guy who recommends that you upload all your evidence and quote it for everyone to see because what you are posting is all hearsay, am I not the guy who recommends the best action for your issue, is that how you treat people who just tries to help you on how you proceed and take action.

Be kind and do us a favor by entirely removing their quoted post from your post, please? I've report them to mods and they'll likely be nuked soon, or, at the very least, got their posts deleted. When that happen, your very own post will ironically contain the info that led gullible people to their trap.
