It's his money, he can bet how much ever he wants. Will you ask the same question Drake? Go big or go home, it worked for him, why you dick heads blindly support the casinos. I don't get it.

Hello,

I deposited 50k on my account did an all-in in the roulette, won and when i tried to withdraw they locked and shut down my account.
They refused to let me withdraw and locked down my account.

After contacting support, they said i had broken their "TOS" and had multiple accounts. This turned out to be completly wrong, after a few weeks of investigatio, they admited that they where wrong and that i only had 1 account but still refused to let me withdrawn 🤯

They basicly robbed me 100k. This is Shameless behavior, worthy of a low-class casino.

Where is the proof of your being scammed. You have not updated the deposit on here, no proof of the winning amount and more important thing that you have not posted any proof of your customer service and no proof of the amount as well as disable/locked account/fund.

First of all i was just following advice. However I do not see the issue in what i have done. Saying that i'am obviously "not clean" because i have asked help somewhere else is a dumb reflexion.

To answer you question of course i'am in a hurry to recover my money. We are talking about 100K.
I have been trying to recover my money for now more than 3 month. I do not believe what i have done will interfere with what stake will announce when they will come "Down here".

I also wan't to say that for Stake, my case is closed. That's what they told by email at least. So yeah i will try every recourse possible.
I will repeat this since you obviously did not read all of my messages. I never said that i never broke any of their "TOS" i said that i had the feeling that they are using this as an excuse to take disproportionate actions against me and steal my money.

"Obviously you do not have confidence that your account is clean" Basing your conclusions on such reflexions is completly random, and frustrating for me.

I have 100K locked into my Stake account.
Try to understand my position before making such statements.

You are in a hurry Obviously you do not have confidence that your account is clean You should have waited for Stake to come down here and announce the status of your case, in court it's called forum shopping looking for the right venue where he'll have a decision in his favor, just wait for the announcement Stake representative already announce they will address it, Askgambler could decline your case if he sees that you are using their platform for your interest and its an insult bringing the case when Stake rep announce that they are going to address the issue.

Don't jump right away the other one's case could be different from yours.

Great news.

I have learned that, no point in accusing casinos over here. Most of the users will reply to your thread to increase their post count and always answer in a suspicious manner defending the casinos. I have solid evidence against duelbits for nerfing down my bonuses, what's the point. I ended up wasting my time, nothing progressive.

A very strange situation.
Can any of the players who use Stake.com casino confirm which types of transactions are marked as "refunded" and which as "bonus received"? Why would the winning bet be called a bonus?

Are Stake representatives from this forum invited to this discussion?

I would like to remind you that casinos always uphold their TOS and rules if they see that there's a violation they will uphold it no matter what, it applies to all their players small and VIP bettors

If in case one of the parties is not satisfied with the result most probably the user, he/they can ask a third-party mediator like Askgambler, Askgambler if agree to mediate will ask for all the pieces of evidence and their decision is final as agreed by both parties.

Hopefully, this case will be resolved here I know Stake has a good history when it comes to resolving cases so we'll see

I'm always forwarding Scam accusations from this section to Staff so they can be handled.

I have been sending them proofs and they only seem to accept what suits them best while ignoring the rest of it. Now, every time I send them consistent evidence that strongly contradicts their conclusions, they ignore it and don't even reply...

They have an active campaign here and an active representative here and on many occasions they have shown their dedication to resolving the case, their representative here assured you and the community that they will address this accusation soon.

Since it involves a huge money on your end and you probably can't wait any further with it moving on, so you have to take action and take the community's attention through this thread. Much better to keep those details confidential as it's written on the disclaimer of the email. But I guess that's it, you have already shared it and everyone has already seen it. I have no idea if this is going to affect the withdrawal since you already were having problems taking it but hope so, this is going to get their attention.

Here you see that they allowed me to connect into my account, so i could do the KYC.

Right after i had done it, they removed the funds from my wallet.

There are communications that are not allowed to be seen for now maybe later on when circumstances force you to show it.  I'm sure they are now aware of the existence of this thread you may send them a notification that you created a thread for your issue here in Bitcointalk.

Hopefully this will be addressed by the team the sum is not small to be ignored.
