someone could possibly use that message, address and signature to impersonate you on other platforms... For instance, someone could create a Telegram account called @ene1980_ and then send someone that signed message and say "see, I'm Ene1980 from Bitcointalk, you can trust me".
Thanks for all the suggestion, i never thought like that

Just for the record... that is a really bad message... it doesn't include the date, or the purpose for the message... someone could possibly use that message, address and signature to impersonate you on other platforms... For instance, someone could create a Telegram account called @ene1980_ and then send someone that signed message and say "see, I'm Ene1980 from Bitcointalk, you can trust me".

Signed messages should always be dated, and state the purpose of the message. So in this instance, a better message would be:

Electrum

Any wallet (except for segwit address) can sign a message (see explanation below).
Same message could be signed with an infinite list of wallet, and is not useful Cheesy anyone need it to know which you used.
I get all of it! Thanks for the explanation. nc50lc said was a little confusing since he said that

It's a legacy address, we don't have to use Electrum to verify it.
that's why it's confusing. This is just my first time using Electrum since I have the priv key. I'm a user of a wallet in which I do not own the priv key. Thank you again.

Electrum

Any wallet (except for segwit address) can sign a message (see explanation below).
Same message could be signed with an infinite list of wallet, and is not useful Cheesy anyone need it to know which you used.

So this leaves that segwit addresses are to verify by Electrum or brainwallet still?

Electrum is the only wallet that build it own way to sign and verify messages using Segwit addresses.

There is no standard made to verify signed messages usign segwit addresses, so Core and other clients do not recognize Electrum signed messages from segwit addresses for now.
About Segwit addresses used for signature check my post here (quoted)

Hi Guys,
I think that Post a photo as confirmation is pretty useless, since we have online system that can't be modified and are really easy to use Wink and also easy to share!
https://jhoenicke.github.io/brainwallet.github.io/#verify
How about segwit address?

Hi,
check this: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/sign-a-message-in-a-p2sh-segwit-address-3525240
Could we please make more public know that you can not signing a message using p2sh address. Apparently there are some wallets that accept or understand signatures using an address in this format. But if it is something restricted, it does not seem to be ideal. Looking at the topic on stake address, it is clear that many do not know about it. I think it would be important to be clear on this issue and the difficulty you may have in the future if you need to demonstrate ownership of that address in a simple and efficient way.

Explanation on GitHub issue #10542 https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/issues/10542

And this technical explanation about the issue with native segwit address while signing a message.
