Please verify.
How exactly are you attempting to create this signed message? Which wallet are you using? Huh

While your quoted "format" is correct... the message, address and signature do not match and therefore cannot be verified. As iasenko has mentioned, you need to be very careful with "whitespace"... extra/missing spaces and/oor new line characters will break signature validation.

Better download electrum https://electrum.org/#download current version Electrum 3.3.8

You need to verify the file signature with the developer's key.

Here is a quick guide for it: https://bitcoinelectrum.com/how-to-verify-your-electrum-download/

3.3.8 is the right and latest version right now. Btw, good for you on wanting to verify what you are downloading. Make this an habit and you will hardly get phished.

How could you tell xelja is trying to email freebitco.in? It makes sense though, and it would explain why the signed message has nothing to do with staking an address.
From their screencap here: http://www.screencapture.ru/uploaded/45/07/9a/45079AE8.jpg Tongue

You've spotted the problem here. That's their deposit address in our wallet so they can't sign a message from it.
Roll Eyes Well... That would certainly explain some things Roll Eyes

But then... how on earth did they end up with a signed message in those Electrum screenshots, with the "1CCzs" address??!? Huh Huh Huh

http://www.screencapture.ru/uploaded/66/3f/e6/663Fe610.jpg

I guess they could have just signed a message with their own Electrum address and then just pasted the 1CCzs one into the screenshot? Huh

But it doesn't explain why 1CCzSWVkvMikWboDtAxq6An9XQivYYgrJn has received 3 more deposits after the first one.

You've spotted the problem here. That's their deposit address in our wallet so they can't sign a message from it. They need to sign a message from the address they deposited from 1JAmNxWjQj1JDQWPC3VDhdWX3xZUwh3Smz (the other 3 deposits are from our withdrawal addresses when they withdrew to their own deposit address).

You have already signed the message several times... but the problem is that you keep making screenshots, instead of copy/pasting the text from Electrum into your email message to Freebitco.in support??!? Huh Shocked

I did it. It does not work.
I think the English is the problem here, maybe it will easier for you if you post in your local Russian section and ask someone to explain it in your language. We can't do more than what HCP already did to guide you.
We cannot sign the message for you.

Why do you not use "ctrl+C" and "ctrl+V" to simply "copy" and "paste" the text from Electrum? You just need to highlight the text and use Ctrl+C and then Ctrl+V when writing your email? Huh

The "standard" format for a signed message is:
Code:
-----BEGIN BITCOIN SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Message here
-----BEGIN SIGNATURE-----
Address here
Signature here
-----END BITCOIN SIGNED MESSAGE-----

So, copy the "Message", then copy the "address", then copy the "signature"... you should end up with something that looks like this:
Code:
-----BEGIN BITCOIN SIGNED MESSAGE-----
On August 5, 2019, I registered an account and sent a deposit to 1CCzSWVkvMikWboDtAxq6An9XQivYYgrJn, in the amount of 0.01340200 BTC.
When registering, I made a mistake when indicating e-mail. I indicated [email protected], and my current email address is [email protected].
As a result, your letters go to an outsider, not to me.
-----BEGIN SIGNATURE-----
1CCzSWVkvMikWboDtAxq6An9XQivYYgrJn
IHvtc/VsFeYnVhGitYEWPyfgwP3F0+cnibksMwGYsYZnFNYriuYfmRc8v76f+ZnESwb0zczl9HpuuHHJEY72io4=
-----END BITCOIN SIGNED MESSAGE-----

NOTE: This signed message IS NOT VALID. DO NOT use it. You have too many hidden "white spaces" characters in your message that make it impossible to work out correctly from your screenshot... so I cannot get it to verify with the displayed signature. Try not to put any leading or trailing spaces at the beginning or end of each line.

Again... You need to copy/paste the info from Electrum, and put it in your email to Freebitco.in support!

Copy/paste the message, address & signature from Electrum in a format like this:

Code:
-----BEGIN BITCOIN SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Message here
-----BEGIN SIGNATURE-----
Address here
Signature here
-----END BITCOIN SIGNED MESSAGE-----

How to sign a message?!
In case they don't have Electrum, which I would assume they don't when they appear to be using Blockchain's online wallet.
