Well, you cannot argue that having multiple accounts is no benefit to the gamblers as he has to deposit in both accounts. You do not need to find the reason for creating multiple accounts and violating's their terms of services. If they have prohibited multiple accounts, they have the right to ban all of your accounts.

Why did not you show us the answer from the customer service? Should we trust you by what you say only without looking at the explanation from the customer service? If I guess the bonus in question is related to reload or something else so I still remember doge price was very cheap in early 2020 say there is a new year's event
So each account can collect around 500-1k Doge, this isn't the first time I've heard of a case like this some of my friends also experienced the same thing.

While it is hard to understand what you completely say , the small part that i understand is your account was banned because you WON? that is not fair because I have been playing in stake and won multiple times but never experience being banned and you only claiming 2.3k Dogecoin in which with the price of Dogecoin now valuing 391 dollars? do you think that Stake.com will risk their good reputation with that Peanut?
you are being accused of something that is why your account is banned and checking your History? yeah you are a past cases in which cheating so what Stake does reflect on your trust history .

What group was that? and who moderate that group? because Stake.com does not even have a official Telegram group and here you are claiming that they have facebook group? common man i think this is a private group that has been managed by individual that is not totally connected in Stake.com that's why there are some issues like what you are saying.
and besides Stake is too popular to have kind of group that may ruin their good reputation.

What he probably means is the answer that he gets from the ban that he received. The customer supports are always telling him the same reason for having a multiple account.

I agree with @bitinity. Stake has given the reason and connected all of those accounts to the accuser and that's why he has received a ban. I'm sure that they won't do any harm to your account if you don't do anything wrong.

But if you insist, that's why you're taking their attention and you have to prove that they're really wrong with their decision.

^ That is not multiple accounts that is the customer service which I think they have a lot of staff to answer those concerns and issues. I don't know what is the reason for joining the Facebook page group if they are itself will handle this case, it is poor customer support and they should explain this better to you whether it is negative or positive. Because it is also possible that you violate the TOS, in this case, they should explain it to you.

Yes I'm not in Stake's facebook group, is that even official group or just a group created by player? Afaik stake has official facebook page only, not a group. I know you are angry with the situation but saying there are thousand account banned every day is just BS imo. If it is real, Stake should have lost all the players by now. Once a user is accused to have multiple accounts or abusing bonus, there must be at least valid evidence from Stake side. At least they told you which accounts are connected to you and how the accounts do the abuse. If you did not do what they accuse to you, simply create a scam accusation thread, provide all your proofs and Stake may come with their proofs.

Yup, supposedly by this time there should be at least a definite explanation as to why this happened to the account of OP. It is substantial that there would be a comprehensive conversation between two parties so that they could understand both stands. Is that because of VPN? I think VPN is always welcome to use on Stake as long as the region or country is one of the accepted countries on the Stake's terms.

There might be another reason why your case happened.

Stake is one of the best site that is tracking our individual bets and I know they will prove this in your face.
