The rate limiter is so sensitive on Stake, can't even use autobet without getting restricted after a couple of minutes for too many requests, with instant bet option it's even faster.

I have experienced problems like this since a few years ago only on Firefox somehow more difficult to use Firefox when accessing gambling sites, the alternative if you still want to use Firefox is to use a mirror link like stake.ac or Stake.bz I've tried it and it works. I still can't access Stake.com while i can access the mirror links. Are you able to access directly stake.com?

This is really strange because if i had a probelm with my internet connections or with my browsers, then only I would be facing the issue but why sites like "downforeveryoneorjustme" is showing that it is down for everyone and no one else having issues except me?

@Renampun it seems to be a Firefox issue rather than Stake and there should be an option to proceed ahead so click on it and if you can’t see it then clear your cache and try again. Lastly if that also doesn’t work then use google or bing it should solve the issue and if it yet persists check online for troubleshooting steps when this happens the solution should be fairly simple to implement.

hello everyone, why is this happening to me, when I open stake.com on my laptop, I can't access it, I use a private wifi network at my house but when I open stake.com on my smartphone, I can access it smoothly straight away to access it, I used the same WiFi network and also without using a VPN

Does anyone know why this happened, I want to go back to actively playing on stake but I don't really like the appearance of the smartphone, I think it's too small, I really feel free if I access it via my laptop.

Bets: 180,904

Wins: 78,285

Losses: 86,612

If we reduce the number of wins from the number of losses, we can see that I lost 8,327 bets (86,612 minus 78,285 = 8,327)

Losing 8,327 bets out of 180,904 bets placed = 4,6% of the bets lost.

The advertised house edge for the Stake in-house Black Jack is 0,5%, which means longterm I will lose 0,5% of all bets placed.

Losing 0,5% out of 180,904 bets placed = 900 bets to lose.

If you compare Info 1) with Info 2), you can see that I lost 8,327 bets instead of the 900 bets I should lose = 9 times more!

While there is a deviation from the expected outcome, it can not be 9 times more after 180,904 bets!

When the house edge is 0,5% and you placed 180,900 bets, you will lose 900 bets and the remaining 180,000 bets are coin flips.

The remaining 180,000 bets are coin flips, because they are neutral and you will win 50% = 90,000 bets and lose 50% = 90,000 bets.

4,6% of the bets lost while I should lose only 0,5% means my experienced deviation of the 180,000 coin flips is 4,1%!


Now let's take a look at the standard deviation for 180,000 coin flips:

A) Standard deviation for 180,000 coin flips = 212 coin flips = 0,12% (In 68% of all attempts, the deviation is up to 0,12%)
 
My experienced deviation of 4,1% is 34 times higher than the standard deviation (4,1% : 0,12% = 34)


B) 3 times standard deviation for 180,000 coin flips = 0,36% (In 99,7% of all attempts, the deviation is up to 0.36%)

The Stake bet transaction history only states 180,000 single bet events and no overview of my experienced house edge.

To get my experienced house edge from the bet transaction history, I would need to take a look at all 180,000 bets and calculate it manually!

If the cards were dealt fair and I lost only 0,5% of all bets placed while the statistics states that I lost 4,6%, then the Stake statistics is rigged!

In either case, the Stake in-house Black Jack system is provably rigged and Stake has to compensate at least the 30,000 USD I lost from my pocket.

How can the Live Chat deal with the circumstance that their in-house Black Jack system is provably rigged?

I was able to open stake before but today when i tried, the site does not open. I checked different browsers plus checked my internet is working but the site does not open.

Live chat is real time and it is helpful when you need real time support for your concern and unclear things. Waiting for support through support ticket will need more time, back and forth replies between the user and a customer support staff. With chat, the conversation between them will be lively and more smoothly.

However live chat for support must be different than live chat rooms for user community because in a chat room, there will be more risk of falling to scammer. Those chat rooms will be very spammy and it's very hard for both a user and customer support staff to follow up the conversation.

This open space and job vacancies show that Stake is actually one of biggest platforms and most favorite destinations for gamblers. Big demands from users, more possibility to see the team open more job vacancies for applicants.

That would be awesome, although English is an international language but not all Stake users are able to communicate in English well.
Having live chat with various languages will help those who have difficulty in understanding English so it may minimize miscommunication.
Actually I have suggested once some time ago but not for live chat, I suggested them to have VIP manager based on the country of the users.

Livechat is the easiest place to contact to ask questions about problems that occur to us. We know that Stake casino has a large number of players. The availability of representatives on forums is important to answer problems that occur to players who are active in this community. For players who are not on the forum, livechat is a place to contact them which is available 24/7.

The answer we got from live chat was a bit disappointing because our language when communicating was difficult for us to understand. The basic point is that they and we both need it, we need a solution and they provide it.

If you have a question, the easiest is to go to livechat but sometimes the answer you get over there is a bit underwhelming or they will contact you by email which can take days. In my eyes it is always good to have active representation on the forum so they can help faster with ongoing issues/accusations/suggestions/...

Yea, you are correct... there are almost zero interaction, apart from the occasional Stake promotions that are posted. I think they should hire someone specifically for that purpos, like some of the other sites are doing on this forum.

I think they reckon, if someone needs information.. they can contact the 24/7 customer support and those staff will provide it. It would be a valid point, but open communication on this forum, will reduce the call load on those people.
