Well, cannot really tell anything since all we do is just speculate, unless (the host) explains him self. However, If you chat during his work, there are 2 scenario
- Bussy
- He handles/replies the earliest chat first.

So, even if you are chatting during his time at work. He still on the process replied & process all the things from all user chat on the bottom otherwise all earlies request/chat not gonna to be handle.

Remember, 1 host can manage 300-400 user people ~xd.

Or is the question just about a bonus? IMO, If the question is about bonus claim and other think about bonus. Just take it easy, no need to fast from my experience claiming my reload. I always send a message just a simple message (Claim Reload + Username), I sent my host during their bed-time, once I get up from my sleep he already send a link for me.

It was important in 2 ways. Otherwise I wouldn't be so frustrated if it wasn't important. Obviously.

First, as I explained, I needed my reload to be renewed and because she didnt reply for many hours I lost significant gameplay which was at the 7 day cut. Because if that my reload was significantly lower than it would have been if she replied in a timely manner.
Also I had an important question which needed to be answered quick, no need to explain that here.

I did not know that the hosts implement such emojis to inform their current status for their player, that's why I guessed about timezone differences. But still, such emojis may not be updated by the host due to a reason (mostly forget) which is natural or maybe the host is not even updating the emojis status and keep it as "fast reply" most of the time. So maybe the best thing you can do is to ask her about her daily average working time when she can reply as fast as possible. Once she give you her best time but she still slow in responding many times, then we can say that she is not working professionally.


She never forgets to change the emoji.

Also I sent my question at 9am in her timezone and by 5pm I didn't have a reply yet. So it was in between regular working hours.
Anyway, forget about it.

No we can't say it's because of timezone differences.
You can actually see when your host is off work in telegram cause they use emojis for that.

Maybe contacting stake or contact your current host is there has some chance they change your private host with other host. I mean, I got moved out once but that change not came from me but from stake. However, my previous host has nothing wrong to do he still working but I got new host.

Can we say that the slow respose is related to timezone difference? Because it will be normal if the reply is always several hours late if players contact the host on her sleeping time while it is on working time for the players at the same time. I had a host long time ago but I did not really communicate with her, maybe only once or twice only asking for a reload so I cant really say how fast the VIP host respond to players.
You are right, and I completely agree with what you have said and suggested, but I also doubt if the host will want to oblige to such a request though, since it's possible that she may as well be very busy with some other things even in her working hours, so best thing to do is to always be patient when ever you reach out to a host and she seem not to be responding on time.

And another thing to do i think is to contact the customer care directly in times when your host is taking too much to respond, whatever the host can do for you, a customer care representative can as well do same for you if your host is not available to respond to you at any given time or instance.
So, for me, I don't see delay in response from our host as something to really be so worried about, they are humans like us with lots of offline activities as well.

Still nobody is responsible to take care of important "VIP" matters at stake. If you have an urgent thing it's almost impossible to get it fixed fast since the regular support says they are not responsible and the player should contact their host.  Roll Eyes

I don't have such bad experience with the VIP host. I always got the reply from my host within a short time while it was working period of the host. But the host has the capability to maximize your reload amount after considering your gameplay activity. My host had done it for me a few many times. Have you told your VIP host that a part of your gameplay activity hasn't been considered for his/her late reply?

Yes I told here and all I got was "sorry, there is nothing I can do because the reload is strictly only for the last 7 days of gameplay."

Great reply. Because my host doesn't reply in time I lose.

Why would it be an issue, if they only picked Platinum members? I think it would have been suspect if they only picked lower ranked players, because Alt accounts are ussually comprised of players with the VIP rank from Bronze to Gold.

When someone participated in the giveaway so many times but he/she did not win even once, then jealousy and curiosity will come into his/her mind.
Some questions/opinions will rise such as "why I never won" "how the winners are chosen" "winners must be high rank users only" "winners must be internal staff mostly"
It is normal though, especially when someone tried so many times and hope too much to win something from the giveaway.
However I have to agree with you that we should not expect too much, we can try as much as we can but it does not mean that it will increase our chance to win because every giveaway is independent.

Has anyone here on BitcoinTalk participated in the Stake.com StakeF1Team Twitter Profile Pic giveaway and been picked as a winner? Since they pick the winners publicly, I checked the account they selected. I doubt they only choose winners with a good current wager. Additionally most of them are Platinum +. I haven't seen anyone with Gold Rank or below. For sure they will likely argue that this is unusual. But this is what I observed.

Why would it be an issue, if they only picked Platinum members? I think it would have been suspect if they only picked lower ranked players, because Alt accounts are ussually comprised of players with the VIP rank from Bronze to Gold.

It is the same with the Weekly giveaway where higher ranked VIPs are winning most of the prizes. Who deserve the win more... the guy who wagered $1000 or the guy that wagered $2 000 000?

I'm not sure who is your VIP host, but my VIP host reply my message quick most of the time but of course there were some time when she replied a bit slow.
But I have to agree about the reload system, maybe they can make something like a request button under the VIP section under our own profile.
I think it will be much better than contacting VIP host just for a reload.
Frankly speaking, I dont see other benefits of the VIP host except about reload and surprise bonus (monthly basis) worth around $20 for my level.
VIP host was better in the past when there was VIP competitions where the VIP host acted like the manager for the team to beat other VIP team.

I played a tiny bit recently to keep my VIP host but actually I don't know what I do this for, host wise.

This gimmick having a host to take care of your reloads really is the stupidest waste of time ever and should be changed for automated reloads.

Every time I contact her, even though it's her working time, I wait hours and hours for a reply. Ok people can be busy but players are losing recent gameplay while waiting for the reply of the host. The new reload is calculated for the past exact 7 days.
So if I make a lot of wager for example right after the new reload was activated last week, while waiting now for my host this wager turns into dust because it is already more than 7 days now ( waiting for 6 hours for a reply at the moment ).

Of course you can contact your host some hours before the old reload ends, so did I, but still this is for nothing since she doesn't show up and reply too long.
The worst part is, the normal support can't, and also doesn't want to, do anything:

"Could you please contact your host for more information on this, as it is not under our jurisdiction, but your host I am sure will help you with this information. "
"I'm sure he will help you with everything you need.
You just have to be patient while she responds to your messages."

Patience does not make good for lost gameplay.

I have just withdrawn the rest of my winnings, at least making a small deposit was worth it. That was the last time I gave it a try, from now on I will only use promotion funds at this site. You give them one more chance and they still figure out a way to mess it up, smh.

I chasing 200x on Limbo 2 days ago. I using fish bait (0$) bet, on my previous bet drain out my money deposit ~xd but I have monthly 22$ and grind to a hundred, after drain section my fish bait want to spin around 20 bet.

It's hitting 200x on the 13 bet, I instantly close Limbo Sad my initial bet are gonna to use around 10$.
