EDIT: issue now fixed.
Ohh ok, nice to hear that and hope you were able to place a bet in the match between Manchester City vs Real Madrid since you have been locked out for almost 24 hours,  I guess the issue must be peculiar to only you as I was able to accept the new terms and conditions from stake without any issues.

Sometimes such issues could result from outdated browsers or bad networks either of these could have been the possible reason for the technical glimpses you witnessed.

New account now need to "KYC".

They change the rules for this-case, so even before you play I guess need to passed some "KYC" first. It's being change for new account, old account still can withdraw or access without "KYC" but they can ask you any KYC.

Stakes can ask for KYC any time they want. So, be ready to Submit KYC if they ask you to verify. I have been there for a long time, yet I did not KYCed there. They did not ask me, maybe because of my gambling habit. It depends on various factors, including what games you are playing, on which market you place your bets, and how much the amount is. If you place bets in Sportsbetting and play 3rd party games, you will likely trigger KYC. Also, Sometimes they ask for KYC if they are suspicious of your activity like arbitrage betting, Random IP change etc etc.
And not just Stake, even sites that are saying that they don't they can ask for KYC eventually. So always assume that Casinos and exchanges will eventually ask KYC. Casinos promising that they don't ever ask kyc either don't use anything even related to stablecoins, or are just promising something they can't keep. Because it's really not up to them if they want to comply with AML laws.
Can you please refer me to any example where a casino promised that they wouldn't ask for KYC, and then asked for KYC? I don't think it's happened before. It it's happened, those casinos should be exposed. Any Centralized exchanges will ask for a KYC. But I don't think decentralized exchanges need your KYC. Most of the casinos ask for a KYC because they are somewhat regulated casinos. They have licesnce and the license provides and game providers ask them to get KYC from users. If you find a casino is licensed and promised not to ask for a KYC, they are lying. Moreover, if they promise not to ask for a KYC and then they ask for a KYC, bring them up and you should expose them for doing shitty things.

Set up custom-DNS or you can use https://playstake.io/ for the mirror link.

All Stake users should bookmark this mirror links page, so it will be easier for them to check which links that are working for them as it is simple to know because of the offline/online status information of each link.
In case all links are offline for someone, I guess it is because the user is coming from a restricted country (I'm not sure where  xSkylarx come from).

Both in the images are stake.com official site and the other is its mirror. Tried reloading and ended up on the same page.

Which mirror site you tried and what is the online/offline status of the mirror site you use (check it by visiting the link provided by ryzaadit and use the same IP as use when got the error).

First of all, Do not write consecutive replies. It's not allowed. Edit your old post if you want to add something. See the quoted rules below.
32. Posting multiple posts in a row (excluding bumps and reserved posts by the thread starter) is not allowed.

Also everyone, please watch the first minute of this video of Eddie streaming:    https://youtu.be/0l6liFJNW8U

Someone asks: ''Are you Aussie'?

Eddie Replies: ''I'm Australian, From Melbourne"

Now this is why he is playing stake, which cannot be accessed from Australia, Period. So, the argument that he isn't mis guiding customers to illegally bet on stake is false, he clearly is and that is clear proof of it.
Not to mention how irresponsible it is of him to do. This is where the inexperience of stake is on show in regards to compliance. This a long with proof of Eddie and stake suggesting VPN usage is legal and me providing my Australian IP to live chat and them not raising any concern proves all this. This is what i will prove in court. Not only did stake and one of the owners of stake blatantly say stake can be accessed in unlicensed jurisdictions, but he is also playing from the same country i am from on stream.

Now back to the point, I have replied to you in another thread. In case you did not see that, I will tell you again.
It won't be good to compare yourself with the owner. He is indeed Australian from Melbourne. That doesn't mean he is currently living in Australia. I don't know if he lives there or not. Let's say he lives in Australia. Still, you cannot compare yourself with the owner. He is not playing to make money on his platform. He is playing for promotional purposes only. He is playing with fake money. he can create his balance out of thin air, and you cannot. You are playing with real money.

Before you signed up on their platform, You have accepted their TOS, where they mentioned you cannot join the platform if you are from a restricted region. So, No matter whoever playing from where. You shouldn't be encouraged to do the same. You shouldn't play there if you are from a restricted region.

I hope my explanation makes much sense. I am not talking about favor of Stake. I am not their signature participant and I am not regular player of stake. This is what I felt after reading the information you provided. So, I feel like you will lose a few more thousand bucks by doing a fight against them and unlikely to win because you have accepted the TOS before you sign up.

Tell Eddie to return the hundreds of thousands he has taken illegally from me by stating it was legal to access stake in Australia using VPN which was a lie.

Before calling them hundreds of thousands, you should show your net depo/withdrawal somewhere. You can get that from the support.

I once asked for it from my host actually . Can't find it anymore but somebody in stake forum posted something that looked like this:

This shows actually how much you are up and/or down on any currency on the site.
Much more easy to see than going through a lot of pages of deposits and withdrawals.

Is vpn allowed to use on their platform? Nothing with the mirror site work for me both using wifi and mobile data.
Have you tried all the mirror sites provided by Stake?
Not sure if it's allowed as I've never used a VPN never even had a problem on the main Stake.com site.
But it's better to try to contact via email support team if you can't access all the mirror sites.

Anyone experienced this issue today? I can't access the stake website because of my ISP so I tried to use mobile data. But when I switch to it to access stake, it shows me this warning or error. Both in the images are stake.com official site and the other is its mirror. Tried reloading and ended up on the same page.

Have you tried the other mirror sites? Afaik there are 11 mirror sites available to be used, check which links are online when you visit the mirror sites list link. BTW, I have no issue accessing stake at the moment. The main site is working fine as well as the mirror sites. So it must be related your ISP.

"Wednesday/Thursday".
Missed one day only ~XD

How much you are getting everyone? mine are not betting so much but still getting a good amount around 55$. I believe even you are betting small, still get a good amount in-case from previous month you are waggering a good amount as well.

Ended 55$ to 330$. Nice.

As what I predicted previously, I received less than what I got last month. This month I received $62, managed to triple it in several bets playing keno but lost it all eventually because I was too greedy to increase my base bet 5x than usual Cheesy Congrats to you who could make the bonus to few hundreds dollar. Did you use your old favorite strategy by always all-in in live game?

Hi guys, I am currently faced with the issue above, it says "stake has updated their terms of conditions", but goes on to say that "they were unable to retrieve the terms and conditions", and because of this, the accept button is greyed out and not clickable, and this have locked me out of the casino as well as my funds too, that is, I can't do anything on the casino as every part of it is greyed out.

Am the only person having this issue?

I've tried different browsers, kiwi, Chrome, and the issue is the same for both, any help would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: issue now fixed.

Glad it worked out.
Does anybody know what the actual changes are? They just write they updated it but it's hard to tell what is different compared to the previous version.
At some sites they point out what has been changed but I didn't really see it here.

Any hint would be highly appreciated!

You don't have to make a lot of threads. Yes, post all of those details and just go with the thread you've made on the Scam Accusations and post all of those stuff that will prove your accusation. It's because many accusations have been not just on this casino but also on others but the posters or accusers didn't post anything but mere words. Owner and most of their staff are accommodating so if they really have seen something that's needed to fix on your concern, they'll come to you.
True, many people are throwing words of accusation without any detailed evidence.
If you only make accusations without being based on clear evidence and details, then it is possible that these accusations are only made to bring down the reputation of some of the accused casinos.
We can see for ourselves that Stake.com is a gambling site with such a high reputation and trust that we can judge whether the allegations put forward are the truth or just empty words.
We ourselves also know that the team is very accommodating so it is impossible if a problem occurs just to be left alone without a good resolution.

I honestly don't really believe what he's been accusing of.
He's now given something to read and it's detailed so I've got to read just a few of it and then nothing really is impressing anyone on it.

People will probably look at those threads as spam more than an appeal for actual help. If enough substantial evidence has been posted on that thread, the community itself will put a red tag on the casino you're referring to and even give a heads up on other people to stay away from that casino until your issue is fixed. Scam accusation is there for a reason, and if you still make threads outside of that board that particularly attacks the casino while not adding anything relevant to your current case, your thread will really be ignored at all.

Also, casinos such as Stake will take these accusations seriously. Imagine raking in millions in revenue and letting your name be tarnished by a simple issue? I doubt they'll do that. Maybe have some more patience, I guess? Or post substantial evidence that will urge Stake to take action on your request. Your post means nothing without any evidence that somehow puts Stake in the bad spot.
True, they won't let it pass when there are problems that they can resolve and if it's attended to them properly. But with all such accusations and what not, these are just like really spams that want to gather attention from everyone. I have looked back to the thread he has made and still got no proofs provided but all activities he said he's doing but do you believe that?

I think that is mainly because stake does have an employee that checks here all the time. Symphonized has been here since the start and that person will end up checking what accusations are thrown against them and search about it in the company and talk and ask what's wrong and then when figured out what was the problem they will end up coming back here and either tell that the gambler is right and it will be refunded or whatever and apologize if there is any issues from them, or if not and the gambler is wrong at least provide proof what is done and what happened and what are the reasons for this issue and that way they will get clean again. Most casinos do not have that kind of staff, so they do not even come close to that.

It's nice amount, my wagering are lowered that yours.

Seem like my prediction amount are correct for both of use, I believe next month you're still gonna to get the same amount for my case my amount will be lowered due the un-active + lower waggering.

Mine in next month could be around 30$+.
