If a brand, let us say "Samsung" hires Messi to promote and advertise a new high tech smartphone, you are not supposed to contact Messi for him to solve your problem, since he does not anything about tech service or engineering. Does it make sense to you?

They massively promote their casino but I have been a bit disappointed in the promotions they ran (especially for the sportsbook). We didn't have a lot of special promotions (like triple winnings or risk free bets) and the promotions they had for the worldcup were weak and not on the same level as a lot of other casinos.

As a long standing (and I am guessing they are obviously rich too) casino, they know that gambling marketing is not something that makes you money right away, like not on the first day, so they go for the long marketing form. Like lets say you spend 10 million dollars on advertising at super bowl and that's it, nothing more? That could give you some customers but not as much as paying 10 million to everton to be on their jersey all season long.

These are important distinctions and Stake figured it out. Look at their deals now, all of them are long term and that is why they have been doing quite well and I am guessing they will keep doing amazingly for a long time.

Stake does have a name in the industry but how can you say that stake is more popular than other casino. Do you have any data to proof this ?
I think there are some trusted casinos including stake which are equally popular and grab the market share. However, in order to be number one casino, they have to stand out when it comes different features of a gambling site.

And since you already talked on live chat but they couldn't give any solution. So it looks like something is going wrong. You can take a different approach in this regard For example emailing them or the last resort is to talk to their signature manager who can help you get to stake team.
