Just add the proof and quite a good number of users will stand in favour of you requesting the support team to solve the issue. What you've done is just mentioned, 11k XRP stolen. Finally on investigation we'll get to know that you've lost those gambling and complain it was stolen. Several real scams were solved through the accusations from the users with perfect proof.
