Because people are watching there has some hope as well a "Giveaway".

That's why everyone follows him even we all know "Dlive" is not quite popular, we can see the comparition between Microsoft Game Live with Twitch. Even they can bring shroud, they still can't passed twitch.
---
Back to the topic, twitch are really fight against gambling activity on their platform. The different of this case, there has some case on their streamer (That's why they take more action) rather than the previous one.

Twitch released a statement that they’re banning twitch streamers who play on stake after October 18th. I hope this doesn’t have a major effect on the business. Stake has seen so much positive news over the last couple of years, this along with the recent lawsuit seems to indicate some growing pains. I hope stake is able to continue their great service and find new methods of promotion.

They are not going to stop people from using other streaming services.... just look at what happened when Eddie was banned on Twitch.tv ..... he simply moved operations to Dlive.tv and we are seeing a massive growth in the people who are watching his stream every weekend.

Eddie even said that they are considering buying the platform and then Twitch.tv will regret that they ever made that move, because most of those streamers will move to the DLive.tv site.  Grin Grin Grin

This is bad news. Because before this I always watch Twitch streamers play with stake, and I like that to fill my free time.
I don't know why Twitch's simple appearance attract me interested in try stake, different from other streaming platforms.
I hope the stake will take a new step in this regard, because I believe Twitch is quite influential in bringing new users to try and play stake
yup it is really bad news . most of the days after my office time i enjoyed twitch streamers who play on stake . youtube also banned this. i don’t know why and what is the reason of banning this. do you know why they banned ?

Obviously companies involved in gambling including those distributing gambling content will avoid negative impacts
We know some of these companies have regulations and don't have licenses to distribute content therefore there is a risk of ban from some countries. Well this is what companies like Twitch and Youtube avoid because it clearly displays the Stake.com brand IMO.

First youtube bans Stevewilldoit for showing Stake.com on his stream, even going as far as to remove his main channel which was not even involved.  Now Twitch it getting rid of gambling altogether.  It seems like online gambling is under attack.  Not surprising given that coin mixers (money launderers) have also been under attack recently.  It seems like the folks at the top are trying to clean up crypto a bit from what they feel is a threat.

In Search of Incredible
That is obvious, lol.
The plat 1 guy said his base is 50$ , the money up top is for wagering.
We were talking about the base reward and not the complete monthly or whatever bonus.
Base reward isn't guaranteed for your entire life. You have to make a decent wager in every month with deposits to be eligible for the base reward. If you reach platinum 1 rank within a few weeks/months wagering activity and expect the base reward in every month then forget about it. You aren't making a decent wager at Stake since last few months. Therefore, you aren't eligible for the base reward of your rank now. Your monthly bonus will go down more if you don't increase your gambling activity at Stake.

I doubt that there's any issue on the OP's account regarding potential fraudulent activities as they would not just limit the account but rather put a hold on it. I think it is most likely that the providers are reviewing his account and checking previous and future bets made and that will determine the limit that they'll set on the next update on the account. I suggest that OP should contact support at least every 1-2 weeks and see if there's any update about the limit on his account to avoid further delay on continuous back and forth email update.
It is reasonable because it does happen time to time. In these cases, I feel like KYC should be resolving all these question marks, let people gamble however they want if they are willing to fill the KYC, that way if they do anything wrong then you have their information and could use legal rights, if they do nothing wrong then you won't have to do it.

People should not be considering this as a problem, if you have a limited bet, then it is a good thing because you should bet very little anyway, do not lose a lot of money betting. A casino limiting the bets of a gambler is actually hurtful to casino, not the gambler, this way gambler will lose less, and casino will earn less too.

I read a slick case on the other gambling thread.

I still can't understand, how he on gambling debt while we all-know casino is doing affiliated program with most of stream/youtuber and they give a play-money & got a different payment depends on the contract.

Funny to see, streamer got a debts while he can just playing with free-money affiliated ~LOL.

It seems like the base bet is not based solely on VIP level, but also recent action.

A plat 2 that wagered $6k over the past 6 months is likely going to have a lower base amount than a plat 2 that has been wagering 60k a month for the past 6 months - and if both players wager 0 next month, I would expect the second player to still receive the higher base amount.

You claimed a couple months ago that you don't play at Stake any more.  If that's still the case, and you got $12, then $12 is the base amount, which, imo is generous.
That is not what a "base" is, base means that you should be getting that no matter what, doesn't matter how much you gambled, could be 1 dollars, could be a million dollars, there needs to be a "base" amount that you will get one way or another.

If a person with platinum 1 gets 50 bucks, and someone with platinum 2 gets 12 dollars, then maybe the base is 12 for plat 2, and lower for plat 1, and that plat 1 gambled way more than the plat 2 in order to get higher. I still think that it is too small of a number to care, like a guy who wagered 400k got 200 dollars in return, I do not think that they should even care for such small amounts when they are gambling so much.

Did anyone managed to read about what a well known affiliated streamer on Stake had to say about gambling and streaming on twitch?
https://www.dexerto.com/entertainment/trainwreck-hits-back-twitch-gambling-ban-demands-sliker-controversy-1934996/
Someone asking to pay for his losses because he blames the streamer for getting him involved in the first place.
Some crazy stuff going on there for real.

During the last couple of megaraces the owner did mention he is working on purchasing the current platform they are streaming on, D-Live.
They are probably going to call it eDDie-Live just for the fun of it.
Based on Trainwreck statement that people always ignore the important points in gambling and don't correct themselves on how to deal with streamers on social media. Even when referring to gambling streamers, it's not just Twitch, Facebook, Youtube, and social media that provide streaming services that don't make everything wrong. Because basically, they do business, work, are affiliated with casinos, have agreed on contract rules, and so on. The problem lies in the spectators not being able to screen for themselves that the decision to bet or not is theirs, simply because they get caught in the flow and then blame it unilaterally. I watch streamers a lot, but the decision to bet or not is in our hands. It is therefore important to screen yourself from the temptation of betting. As with soccer betting, it is still said to have some skill and indeed cannot be categorized with slots or roulette as some streamer victims experience.

I'm not guaranteeing that a steak can never scam.  But I think they won't scam easily because they have already spent millions of dollars through various marketing partnerships and giveaways and continue to do so and they are one of the biggest casino sites in the cryptocasino world .so i believe that they can do real business without scamming.
I think so too. If they want to cheat their many members, they will not last this long and can compete with other trusted and top casinos. Maybe they will end up losing the trust of their members so it won't take long to see them disappear from the list of trusted crypto casinos. Doing multimillion dollar promotions and doing it continuously provides an opportunity for them to gain more trust from the members so that they can play there comfortably and safely.

Bitcoin makes the world go 🔃
At least they need something worth it to take action that will have a bad impact on their reputation
In this case, blocking users who get big winning streak is an act that needs to be condemn,  because it shows unfair behavior, if done without a proper and strong reason.
Like you said I can't trust the casino completely or 100%
But in this case, is it possible that stke will do that, given what they've spent all this time in the casino business?

If you read the ToS, There’s a line there that they have the power to freeze or close any account that they feel that is not profitable on there business. Casino is a business and it’s normal for them to ban an account that always win and doesn’t contribute to the profit of the casino. This is happening even on physical casino if player is incredibly lucky since the they he start playing in the casino because this player will just hurt the business in long term.

As you say you have been in big profit after making just a few rolls, but what about after thousands ones? I doubt anyone sane will gamble more than 10% of his bank roll at each bet if he's trying to reach such wager amount. It means 1660 bets (332k/0.2k) have been made at least with an average stake of $200. On 1660 bets you are more likely to lose the house edge than to make winnings because it's not a small number. And if you are able to make winnings on large amount of bets, you are very likely to be banned or restricted.

This is actually a very interesting question for me. Is it true that you can be banned from an online casino like Stake for the only reason that you are winning too much?

I know it used to be a thing for some land based casinos in the past, but I don't think reputable online casinos of the level of Stake are practicing it these days. In fact, I'm pretty sure that all top online casinos don't do that.
If a large account wins, that account will be banned by showing any reason Something like this can happen in new casinos site. But the site has been in the market for a long time.  and is constantly distributing millions of dollars through various giveaways.  I don't believe that casino site would do such a thing. The op made such a comment without understanding it.

Right, very likely the same as guess because it doesn't have a strong basis to prove the statement
Not only for giveaways, they have also spent millions of dollars to partner with football clubs and athletes to expand their business reach.. So it's hard for me to believe that they will ruin the reputation that has been built just for a case like this

Yeah they removed Watford promo but there was no announcement about it on social media, even banner on website has been removed.
BTW, there is no still Everton bonus drop or post monthly as promised when they announced partnership..
I think they removed many UFC promotions in similar fashion, but I don't know if they removed all bonuses for main events or not.
You can still find dedicated sponsorship pages on their website sponsorship for Watford, Everton, UFC with some fighter, and other leagues.
Maybe official Stake team members can explain this better.

I don't think you can really ban players for that as they do nothing wrong in fact. They will probably just limit the players so they can only bet a low amount on the sports they always bet on. I got limited on a fiat only casino one time because I won like a bet of 100€ lol.

I also haven't heard any player who is playing honestly ever banned due to the fact that they are winning continuously.  The worst I ever heard is limiting the player's bet.  It is not beneficial for a casino to ban honest players without any valid reason, and I do not think winning too much is a valid reason to ban anyone.  Probably these people who are banned are related or involve in matched betting or have proven to be doing it.
