I am self-employed, so I sent a quarterly declaration certificate. it's the same as a payslip.
They absolutely want a payslip. I am not an employee. I work for myself and the only document that proves this income is the quarterly statement.

I don't really follow much about your case but upon checking your previous post, it looks like they've put a hold on your account because of some issue relating to multi-account. But since, you've mentioned that you don't have other accounts then you could just rest assure that your account will be release soon. It seems like Stunna hasn't responded yet because he isn't online since Dec. 10. I suggest that you wait at least until Stunna came back to respond more on your issue. I guess, she'll probably provide some leeway for the document you've sent especially that you're self-employed and won't be able to provide a payslip.
