I had an account (which is closed) on Stake.com where I was Platinum 3 and am at 83% to Platinum IV and at that time I had no idea that you could get VIP benefits from a VIP Host something I did not know anything about . I have wasted a lot that time.
I have searched for articles online and found this here https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/solved-self-excluded-from-stake-but-cannot-make-withdrawal-5365985
Here, the user has the opportunity to withdraw funds from their account even if the account was closed.
I therefore want to address this in my post and hope the Stake.com administration reads this and provides feedback.
The reason I am addressing this now is that I think about this all the time and I have the right to receive VIP benefits like other users. There is money I have gambled and am entitled to these.
I have also sent a PM to Stunna.
I suggest you also send a ticket to them to have a quick reply so they can check on your account and give the right answer. I am sure they will solve your case without having a problem and withdraw funds from your accounts. You should have the patience to wait for the answer because that will need time to check your account and if there is no problem with your account, they will release the funds if you still have funds in your account. No matter when did you close your account, since you are Platinum 3 then I'm sure you had your own VIP host. I doubt that you have never received any VIP benefits (level up rewards, monthly bonus, etc). If your concern is about VIP level up reward, although you had no VIP host there should be someone from Stake (live support) who notify you about the level up reward anytime you ranked up. By the way, why do you need to address this with 2 different accounts (Stratoo77 and Espen88)?

I reached 40,000 USD, not so big because don't do any crazy betting this month just want to relax and do other stuff.If I tried even once or twice then I would have tried the other ones as well and couldn't hold myself and I would end up with a lot of money gone because I wanted to try to end up with all of it. Some people are just here to participate in any of them unless they join it unintentionally. Sure it could happen here and there, like "races" that we have that end up me being involved just because I gambled during that period but usually that is a high amount required thing and I do not gamble that much anyway.

Its impressive what Stunna and Stake.com have achieved in the crypto space. The team's consistency in delivering high-quality entertainment products is admirable. And I dont know the numbers, but it does look like the business success can't be disputed.
One thing that looks unusual is the brand deal with UFC. I read in an old interview that Stunna believes in the non-aggression principle. So aligning with an org that promotes fighting seems counter-productive, from a business leadership perspective. Maybe things have changed .

Only 5 challenges that are not too difficult I've completed , slot game Book of Santa a bit boring even though the multiplier target is 20x but not as easy as i thought this game gives low return just easy to hit bonus. We have received the monthly bonus earlier this month on December 1st. I dont think there will be another monthly bonus, of course another monthly bonus will be awesome
but I would not expect to get another monthly bonus as what Stake has given so far for their players are more than enough. Where are those who like to complain about the bonus in Stake? Why they do not complain about this post monthly bonus which is 4x bigger than what it used to be?

Thanks for the post monthly bonus heads up, this is definitely one of the biggest ones i've received ($100 worth of bonus) since I placed some bets recently and lost a bunch while participating in certain promos but it's definitely worth it though.
How much did you guys get on your post monthly bonus?
I have received something like $105. This bonus wasn't connected with the gameplay activity. It was based on the VIP level (like always). Normally the bonus amount used to be $25 for platinum VIP rank. They have made it 4× in this time. I was surprised with the bonus as I wasn't expecting anything like that. I'm a paltry player on Stake in general I guess, though it really depends on the month and the kind of wagering I tend to do. If I got big on dice, then I try to maximise lottery tickets (and yes I know it's kind of pointless haha), then I can easily get double-digit bonus, but hardly near $50...
I haven't got any post monthly that I can see yet though, just the 10 day Christmas countdown one.

Did those two really give you more trouble than Buffalo Power?
I'm approaching 10,000 spins without a 120x now on that one.
Yea.... Buffalo Power was really the easier one of the bunch, but I guess timing is key here.... it depends how many people are playing that Slot at the time.
In any way... I spend about $580 on this challenge to complete it and I got my reward of $203 for it today. (The wagering increased my post-monthly bonus amount a little bit and it added to my tickets for the draw) It was a hard grind, but it was a bunch of fun too... if I just wagered it on other Slots... I might have lost it all without any reward.
