On December 3rd you sent out a Telegram message stating:

Today suddenly its not 20% but only 15% according to the weekly boost message:

As per my understanding, the words up to 20% means that it can be any number starting from 0 till 20 as the maximum.
You may complain if Stake said something like "you will get extra 20%" but in fact you get lower than 20%.
I do not try to defend Stake, it is based on my general understanding about the words or phrase.
I'm sure most people have the same understanding as me that the words up to does not mean as a fixed number.

Why would they even mention 20% if you don't get them. Yet another shady bullshit move from stake to lure people into making KYC. I wonder if all players at Level 1 veri still get the 10% that were once promised or if those are long forgotten as well (level 2 was 12% and level 3 15%) . But now they suddenly also want "proof of funds" for level 3, hahaha. Bullshit!
Its not the 1st, 2nd or 3rd time people getting lied to at stake. Just a reminder, the VIP reload at beginning of this year was for platinum 1, then plat 2 and now 3. And people were supposed to keep the reloads, but then they stripped the players of this feature when they "wagered not enough" .
It will affect you and probably the chance of keep spending more, chasing losses as we gamblers know most of the time, resulting in emptying our pockets. Some are lucky to manage recovering back their money,, but it's not always like that.
