I believe that gambling ads should not be on youtube or on twitch at all, that just doesn't feel like the proper place to do all of that you know? I mean it looks like there is a good chance it could be done there, but I do not believe that it makes sense, I believe that we should be advertising on sports like how we have Watford sponsorship, and we should do ads on websites on the sides like banners, but that is about it.
The moment you start to actually do ads on youtube with reviewers or gamblers going there, there is two options ; A) they will win and many will think it is fake because house edge means you should lose in the long run and if a streamer ends up winning all the time, it is just feels fake sorry and B) they end up losing like they suppose to and discourage other people to gamble. This is why I do not like streamers gambling.

As per terms, max refund is $50 but there is no max bet. Does it mean that we can bet more than $50 (lets say $100)? So if the bet is a lost, we will get $50 refund or we wont be eligible for the refund?
The max refund amount is capped at $50, you can bet more on Eddie's guarantee event but in case of loss, the refund coupon will pay only $50. Some users bet more depending on the odds, for lower odds I prefer to bet max allowed refund amount. Some events have a higher level of refund but the risks are not as same as the $50 ones for each week. For example, on Multi-leg tennis or basketball tickets, you have to lose the bet with one failed leg for being eligible on the refund. If you looked at Eddie's previous Stream, you would have seen him .. editing or obscuring the Stake.com banner that were displayed in the bottom left of the screen... but he forgot to do that or to remove the Banner, so someone (probably a competitor streamer) reported him and they banned his account.
I think he should have asked Dusan or Steve to stream on their accounts and they could have edited the forum with the new link and pushed it out on Telegram and in the Stake chat.
Well, looking forward to see what they are going to do for the "Giveaway" for next Saturday!

As long as they are following the rules, it can continue with no issues. Whatever report they may take while doing the stream and report takes place, they can counter that and the channel will continue.
Stream promotions from Eddie really gain good impacts on the business, as there are many gamblers who love seeing him, and some are following him.
Let see if how Eddie will find another alternative to continue streaming.

Yaps.However, content gambling on youtube is still allowed until right now there is no channel that got banned because the content is gambling. IMO, twitch policy is really strict comparing to youtube not only gambling activity but also other issue policy.

The only question, how to be approved by them?
It seems like they have to apply for some sort of license to get Youtube and Google's approval in order to post gambling content. Don't post content on YouTube if it aims to directly sell, link to, or facilitate access to any of the regulated goods and services listed below.

Today's Eddie's guarantee event has won with 2.3 coefficient, first time ever Eddie's selection pays on max bet. Personally, I bet on the specific player who will score the betting option the first time because it is very risky if the match total goals became less than 2. The odds for well-known players are low but it is worth the adrenaline plus making money based on your future predictions. So far there is no safe streaming platform for gambling promotion everything will be limited if caught, several times I saw a video ads promoting someone playing slots on youtube but if someone reports it then the ad will be stopped.
Btw actually the prizepool is not tripled but only doubled, because every week the total prizepool is $50k if 2 weeks then $100k so only added $50k there

It's a gray area.
I've watched loads of gambling videos on YouTube and yes, there have been cases such were taken down but YouTube rules can pretty much go 180-degrees.
If you know Prodigy (one of the known gamblers), there were several times his channel was taken down without any reason.

Something strange just happened on twitch.
Eddie has just started the weekly stream as usual, it went for few minutes then it is gone.
Eddie's channel seems to be gone as well, unable to find it using the search feature.
Is his twitch channel/account banned because of the new terms from twitch?
It was meant to happen as Eddie ignored the terms of twitch. His stream was displaying the URL of Stake casino. However, I think Eddie got a temporary suspension from twitch and he will be back again when it expires. Check the rules About Account Enforcements and Chat Bans of twitch. BTW, he has violated this part of twitch community guidelinesEddie has just started the weekly stream as usual, it went for few minutes then it is gone.
