Well, at least we have live support.

Rather than via email waiting only on business day and time, really sucks. Are you sure the reason why VIP Host change to Platinum 3 because lack of VIP Host, I don't think this is the reason.

I am not a 100% sure about this, but I think I watched one of Eddie's streaming sessions and he answered a question from someone on Twitch about this. The person was Gold and he was about to go to Platinum I and looking forward to having his/her own VIP host and then they changed it... just before he leveled up.

The answer was something in the line of.... "We (Stake) have seen a significant increase in the amount of people leveling to Platinum I and we (Stake) need to increase the VIP hosts to keep up with the increasing numbers of people leveling up."  Huh (The ratio for Platinum to VIP host has increased too much)

Is this kind of information never shared on telegram or on forums? for several times I missed the update on the level system although this includes important information
If I'm not mistaken this year  stake has made 2 updates regarding the level system I didn't expect the 3rd time

If hey have "so many more players" obviously they earn more money.

So why not employing more support workers? When its about improving the experience for their customers they dont give a damn.

They sponsor fighters, football teams and so on but not investing some money to improve this. Classic stake.

Thats why they overcharge on withdrawals also, pure greed.

A casino and it's support grows with their userbase, as Stunna mentioned in one of his previous posts. They took away the VIP hosts for Platinum I and then recently for Platinum II ...because too many people reached those ranks and the hosts cannot handle all those VIP's.

#Stunna promised that this will change in the future and they will train more hosts for most of the VIP's in all the ranks. Let's hope this applies to the support too.... because we saw how Coinbase got a lot of flack... when they grew too quickly and their support started to suck.  Roll Eyes
I would say that they are doing so great that they are actually doing worse. What I mean by that is the fact that they are getting to a level where they are so famous and have so many new people (stunna said 10x more players) that results with worse results from what made them so popular in the first place. You become amazing, and then people come in and because there are so many people you slowly start to give less support and have less staff per gambler number and eventually you are not going to be getting something that is profitable for you and stake will start to lose customers again in the future.

This is a fact, if you do not offer what you used to offer people in the long run then you are going to be able to not get the same results and eventually people will not be able to get that great thing anymore and they will start to leave and you are not going to be getting that many new customers anymore because of the high number and you are not offering the same thing anymore.

Does anyone find the support service a bit slow to respond ? since Stake sponsored Watford  it seems stake users are increasing
We get slow response when we need support take at least 5 minutes to wait We believe there is a solution here to keep customers comfortable
Nope, I don't.

I guess depends on your day, in busy day the chat or player online in stake can be over 5,000-6.000 people. Comparing to support who online maybe around 10-15 is pretty low, and some support is sometimes needed several check for some case.

I understand the situation stake.com are experiencing a spike in users that's why I'm posting here so developers can find a solution
Stake.com keeps growing so there's no way to avoid it maybe involving a third party could be a solution

In Search of Incredible
It's strange that stake sent out our monthly bonus today! I've been waiting patiently beginning of every month for it not to be missed. There's nothing better than playing online casino games with the FREE money! I'll use my monthly bonus to complete some challenges.

In the meantime, I plan to increase my wagering activity so that I be able to get a little better monthly bonus.
Monthly bonus was given on the 15th day of September month. So it was going to appear tomorrow or within next few days, nothing strange. I play freely with the bonus amount, but I was unlucky today. I received around $54 from the monthly bonus and lost it within few bets. Couldn't even mange to make 2× wager of the bonus amount. I wagered less than $100 before losing it all Sad

Have you claimed your monthly bonus guys? I thought the monthly bonus will be sent after 15th but I was wrong as Stake sent it earlier today. Not much for me due to my low wagering activity but at least I can play now with the bonus. The new challenge to hit 2,000x on Wild West Gold seems with more than $1,000 as the reward seems to be so attractive. I'll use the monthly bonus to play Wild West Gold and hope to hit 2,000x.

Yup got mine today too. Not much as I'm not a whale, but I see every bit of cashback as a return on my time so not complaining. Been making full use of promos and the UFC doubles hit a few times, early goals as well, though Watford's only made one "first goal payout" promo in a game they won anyway. Liverpool's up next so I hedged my usual Reds bet with a small one on here in case Sarr scores early (as they're liable to do every time they play Liverpool ha).

P.S. Noticed Eddie's no-risk has become Eddie's guarantee (or summat). C'mon Eddie, believe in yourself =p

Better withdraw the money than throwing it away in casino games.

We're working on scaling our VIP host support. In an ideal world every player would get a VIP host regardless of how much they were wagering. It takes time to train someone up to a point where they can manage high value players effectively. Reality is we've 10x'd our player count the past year while being unable to scale staff headcount to deal with that but we are slowly catching up. There's no excuse for disappointing our players especially Platinum VIP's, we'll keep working hard and try and improve.
You 10x your players number in the last year? Wow I did not imagine stake, which has been around for so long (if we include primedice as well) would end up still doing something like 10x more players after so many years? Is that mainly because of pandemic and specific to this year? I mean like do you 10x your player number almost every year, or was this special to this year only?

If it is every year, then maybe you should consider hiring 100+ staff and see which one is good and which one is not and improve on that to increase VIP staff, but if it is only for this year then getting only a few and improving on that seems like a good ideal solution for temporary spikes in numbers.

5 minutes is not that slow, as answered by ryzaadit above that Stake has many users and 1 support might be in charge to serve more than 500 hundred users.
You need to understand that, lets say there are 5 active supports at the time you contact them but at the same time there are 10 users who are contacting them like you.
It means that you are in waiting list if you come late than the first 5 users who contact them earlier than you.
So I think 5 minutes waiting is still reasonable and it is still fast.

That's the time where we live in. People get nervous/frustrated when you need to wait 5 minutes (also in real life). As you mention 5 or 10 minutes are acceptable if they can solve/handle all your questions. Sometimes they need to verify or check something with someone else of the staff.

Maybe they have many questions from the other members, so they are slow to respond to your questions. I am sure they will respond to your questions and will give the best answers to their members. Besides that, I think it is normal if they do not always provide fast responses to their members as they will have other things to do besides responding to the questions. So it is better you calm down and wait for their respond.
