It is just too easy to hide behind an odds provider. I am dealing only with Stake, I'm not even allowed to talk to this odds provider even if I wanted.

The fact is that these odds were not (clearly) wrong and if they start to void bets like this, then any bet is in danger?

They might start voiding bets on Barcelona when you bet on odds 1.25 (sorry, odds provider made a mistake, they meant to offer 1,24). Stuff like that, it's absolutely rediculous.
If it was a pre-match bet and I would still have the chance to place the bet at another bookie it would be a different story. But voiding a live bet after it had 99% sure won, is insane and filthy.
Stake might not be the one who made the initial mistake, but they are the one resposible for the decision as they chose to deal with that provider. If it's too difficult to still change the bet status then they should solve things in another way, for example by crediting a bonus of the missing amount.

Dude... you are all over the place! ..... Eddie even bumped into one of your scam accusation links on Reddit while he was Streaming. If you are such a high roller to reach Platinum 4 .... why would you go through all this trouble to smear Steve's reputation like this?

Yes, your bonus for reaching Platinum 3 and Platinum 4 must be about $2000.... but that must be peanuts for a Platinum 4 player. Steve says you are trying to claim the bonus on an account that you do not own... so I guess you received your answer.

A bit confused for someone who got 25$ from pre-monthly, I only got 15$ I believe the 25$ they get from platinum rank is came from "partnership" claim but who knows. BTW 70$ still nice

they told you that the problem was on the side of the odd provider, so they can't be held responsible in this matter, I think it's common sense.

I wagered a lot here recently and currently I am Platinum 4, when I got assigned VIP host ’Steve’ I messaged him on Telegram asking for my bonuses just for him to block me and no response.

They currently owe me Platinum 3 and Platinum 4 bonus which I am due to receive.

I recommend staying away from them until I’ve received my bonuses.

Hello,

I'm a Gold VIP customer at Stake and I just had a horrible experience.
I was betting live on MLB this night and watching the game Dodgers-Angels live. I felt there might be an upset in the air and placed 2 bets on the Angels. One for 30 mbtc @ 2,95 and one for 15 mbtc @ 3.20. This was during the bottom of the 9th inning at a 2-2 score when the Dodgers had a "free" chance to win the game before the 10th inning would start. So it's pretty normal that the Dodgers were the clear favourite at this point and these odds of 2,95 to 3.20 on the Angels did not look out of order at all. Look at some other MLB games where a pre-match favourite is batting in the bottom of the 9th and you will see comparable odds all the time. For example I saw a 1.42 vs 3.10 odds in another MLB game in the bottom of the 9th inning even earlier today but didn't bet on it.

So the bet started to look well....Dodgers did not score in the 9th inning so it went to extra innings. And in the top of the 10th inning the Angels took a 4-2 lead and had several men on base. So at this point my bet was looking to be a clear winner already. I was cheering and happy that this bet would make up for some earlier losses. And then to my complete shock I suddenly saw my balance getting higher and I thought what is happening here? I looked at the 2 bets and they were being settled as void.....I am in complete disbelief that your odds provider has the audacity to do this. I went to livechat and support told me that the odds provider thought there were wrong odds offered. And super conveniently for them they found out just at the moment that my bet was a 99% certain winner.....wow. I am pretty sure they would not have void it if the Dodgers would have won it, like most people would expect.

I understand you have rules in place to protect you from obvious mistakes and you can void in rare cases. But if this is an obvious mistake.....then you can basically void every bet you want. Like I said, a pre-match favourite with a chance to win the game in the 9th inning....should be big favourite so the opponent should indeed get odds around 3. You will see this all the time. These odds were not clearly wrong. And I must also say your odds were constantly moving, from 2.70 to 3.30 all the time around this period. So it's not like the system was stuck or something.

And I can also tell the odds for the Angels were 2.30 after the 9th inning was over. This 2.30 was completely in line with the odds around 3 which I took about 10 minutes earlier when the Dodgers still had their 9th inning to win the game in.

All Stake said was that the odds provider made an error and offered wrong odds. And that they could do nothing about it. End of story.

I find this very unhelpful and it scares me that even normal looking odds on such a big event can be judged as wrong and therefore you can never be sure if your bet will actually be paid out if your selection wins. Also the voiding time was right at the moment when the bet had 99% sure won and this is very filthy behaviour.

I hope Stake can still solve this for me. Does not have to be by re-grading the bets but just a manual bonus credit of the missing winnings would also do. There is always a way.

If they solve this for me, I will report it here. If they don't I will also update and this should serve as a big red flag warning that they do filthy behaviour like this. If it can happen to me, it can happen to anyone.

It's probably based on the vip level, at least you guys received a one time bonus instead of reloads. Not that I hate reloads but they're somewhat tedious.

That's an interesting suggestion as i'm looking forward to similar tournament since they used to have a nfl fantasy survivor back then and it was a great experience. I remember one of their support guys mentioned that they're implementing something in the near future.

So you get 2 bonuses (one time bonus + reload)? You must be special player or at least there must be a special condition for those who are eligible for two different bonus at the same time. I got one time bonus only worth $15 because I'm not active for too long time here in Stake. Seems that Stake do not miss me like they miss you

Seems like an easy bet for Gane.  I mean Lewis is a live dog and I don’t like laying the chalk on Gane..  But for triple your money, easy bet for Gane.  I think he could finish Lewis prolly around the later rounds if Lewis doesn’t finish him first.  Lol.

I think Stake should do something like FJ’s Jackmate Fantasy but for the UFC.  What do you guys think?  Does that sound like something you guys will play?

I guess because of my rank! There is no explanation 70$ Bonus Claim for me just like a simple word about "VIP" and stake give me a bonus of 70$ Reload for the next 7 days. I don't know, did everyone got this offer or not.

Watched few streams who spun above 1000 time but the payment was below than the 100x. The graphics and multipliers are kinda outdated, the first release of Fruit Party was better than current release, IMHO.

In those type of situations the places that give dividends are a lot better to hold compared to other places, because when you are holding at the very least you are earning money and that could give you some reason to keep holding, when it is here and standing still and you can't just wait to gamble some more, there is a good chance you may end up gambling once again, but when it is making money while sitting there you would basically end up making a bit of a profit.

Stake however is a lot better to gamble than most other places, I mean it is basically a dream like place when only thing you care about is gambling, if you do not look for anything else then you could end up gambling here forever and that is going to end up being very entertaining as well, I know maybe like 2-3 other places that is as entertaining as this and nowhere else, I like the casino side more than sportsbook side, but that is not a big problem.
